I purchased a few of these to try out as boot drives for some simple work machines. They need to boot to Windows and load some client software and that's it. Well, I'm not disappointed with my choice. I decided on these because I found them on sale around Christmas time. I was impressed with AData's USB flash drives so I took the chance that their SSD's would not disappoint as well. It's nothing spectacular, but works great in place of a spindle drive. The speed difference is still quite noticeable. I have had no issues with them so far.

Cons: none so far

Pros: speedcheap

Bought this for caching in my MSI GT70 2OC gaming laptop.Installed it turned on raid in bios and enabled cache mode in windows SRT.works perfectly no mus no fus and great speeds through cache mode very similar to my 240GB Corsair GT drive on my main gaming PC if not even faster load times due to Win8 vs Win7 for boot times it seems win8 edges it out.everything so far has performed flawlessly since and load time's on everything are great this way. would recommend to anyone looking for a budget SSD but doesn't want to compromise on the speed.I got mine on sale so it was a good deal too cheapest 500+mbps both read / write drive available.

Bought for $67.99. For the value, this is THE perfect upgrade for an older PC! Its value is amazing, let's leave it like that.

Pros: Excellent performance as advertised

I just purchased 3 of these on sale for my H87 build to be used in a raid 0 configuration. All I can say is that Windows 8 is fully loaded in 5-6 seconds from the time the power button is pressed! Tested the raid 0 array at 1.3 GB/s average read speed with a burst rate of 3.5 GB/s!! Very pleased with this purchase.

A great upgrade to an old PC. So far so good, works like a charm. One thing you need to know (if you don't already):You can upgrade the firmware on SSD'S. You need to go to ADATA website and download the upgrade tool, then check the version and if there is one you can upgrade it. So far, I've checked and there is no update  right now.Firmware version: 5.0.6There is 5.0.7a available, but not for this one.

Bought to replace Dad's laptop hard drive that died. No problems getting setup. Worked like a charm. It's fast (even though his laptop is Sata2), and since I haven't heard from him yet it's still working great! Not worth the price if it isn't with free shipping though.

Currently I'm using this for SSD caching on my main game drive, so far I haven't noticed much, but I've only had it a week. Before I set it up I tested some of the speeds and everything worked fine and ran very fast, sure to be impressed.

Cons: like all 64 gb SSDs: price per gb isn't very good

Pros: not DoA out of the box, comes with everything you need
Comment:
Bought this as a boot disk for a work computer - they don't even put 35gb on their HDDs. Fired up straight away, no problems or DoA. Comes with all the cables and mounting brackets you'll need. Boot times of less than 20 seconds with win7 home, very nice little unit.

Pros: Light. Quiet. Dependable. Fast ...everything a drive should be !

If you do not already own a SSD then I highly recommend buying one. Speeds up loading and start up time considerably. Got this on sale w/ $13 instant rebate and is a major improvement over my previous Hard disc drive. And no noise!
