I have these headphones plugged into my Onkya HT-R290 receiver and the sound is amazing, I really could not change much about these. They reproduce the sound of music just as it was recorded, but with that they are not bass heavy headphones and you will have to adjust the EQ to up the DB in the lower end if that's what you like. That's really the only downfall if you want to call it that.The other issue I will tell you and not many people mention this prior to buying it, these headphones in my opinion require a small amplifier to sound amazing. Hooked up directly to an IPOD I found the sound was lacking. I purchased a FiiO E6 amplifier which is a small portable amp and that was all it needed to really perform at the level I needed them to.

I have these headphones paired with a Creative Sound Blaster X-fi HD amp/dac and even without the DAC the audio is amazing and crystal clear. I am so satisfied with these headphones it is unbelievable.

This headphone is very good. Great sound all around and balance between the high-mid-lows. The low impedance makes this headphone easy to drive from ipod or general mp3 players and don't really require an amp. The coiled cable is very nice as it is not too long and can be bundled up.Since these headphones are not open headphones and the ear cup makes a complete seal, my ear gets sweaty when it's hot. Also, the leather looks like will go bad over time from wear.
