I set out to build the best possible machine at the best possible price. Oc'd a PII 965 BE to 3.888ghz with a stock cooler and it runs at 53c at max load! I'm talking 3-4 high intensity programs etc. Stock cooler alone I know from reviews cannot do that at that speed. |

Bought this for a few build, temperatures were in the 40's, decided to get some arctic silver 5. Dropped the temperature about 7C. Works well, but not if your overclocking. |

This is the best thermal paste period. The temp never gets above 42 C and that's heavy gaming all day with the stock cooler. Its the best |

I put this on my brand new Intel 2 Core Extreme QX9650 and with all 4 cores operating at nearly 100% cpu usage the temp is 33c, idles at 28c. Before I was using an Intel Pentium D that Idled at 52c, same heatsink different cpu and grease. All I can say is I'm glad I bought this grease. Plenty left over for other uses, nice screw cap to close shut. |

Comes in a large tube so there is plenty to go around. Keeps my cpu cool with my zerotherm core92 cpu cooler. |

This is great, while a little pricey your processor is to never be overlooked and this grease will make sure of that. |

Previously I had used Arctic Silver 5 on a 780i SLI FTW motherboard by EVGA on a E8500 CPU with an ambient temperature of approximately 65F. My CPU would be running at 75C under full load at times, the max recommended by the manufacturer. This grease after reapplying it and doing some minor case reconfiguration resulted in temperatures of 50C under maximum load with an ambient of 75F. It's easy to apply, comes in a great tube applicator. Great product, highly recommended. |

This product got the job done. The thermal cooler did exactly what it was supposed to do, was easy to use and I would certainly purchase more if needed. |

I coupled this thermal paste with a Thermaltake ISGC 200 cpu cooler overclocked from 2.5ghz to 2.9ghz and haven't seen temps over 34c yet. easy to use applicator and great container so I'll have it ready for my next build |

what can you say about cpu grease - I ordered it since I was out of the small tube I had on hand, was nice to see it arrived and should be enough to last for a long time. let's face it, if you pull your cpu fan you need replacement grease so you may as well get enough to last for the next several builds. |

I don't have anything to compare it to but it seems to work well. |

If greasing palms, use something else. If greasing a cpu you just spent good money on, use this. The tube has lovely (yes i said lovely in a pc related review) lines and the plunger plunges quite well, not uncontrolably and not requiring the might of... anything much. The performance has been great and it's a heck of a lot easier to deal with than the dern little squeezy plastic things that come with most cpus / heat syncs. |
