I thought I would let you know of a major failure of two of your products. The first was the Aqua M1 bay, after a week of use the reservoir cracked leaking fluid into my PC, shortly after replacing that the Big Water 735 kit pump failed and the CPU cooling block overheated so bad that the hose connections leading in and out of the block melted out the screw threads, the entire kit is now one big paper weight. I am lucky that no further damage to my computer was caused by this failure. After almost $250 of Thermaltake products I got about a month and half of use.

I bought this with the old watercooling package from thermaltake that doesn't have an indicator for liquid flow, so for almost the same price I have an extra cool looking reservoir and a flow indicator on the front of my case. I do agree that it would be best if coper so that you don't get the galvanic type corrosion, I am taking my chances. It comes with different sized connectors incase you have different sized tubing. easy to install and looks nice. Technically it is also a radiator since the coolant is in the holding cell with aluminum casing, but I think the effect is probably negligible. I am happy with this product and Tiger Direct beat Newegg with the delivery by almost 6 days, and although I paid tax on it here, I paid about the same for RUSH processing/delivery at newegg and got nothing for it. Keep up the good work TIGER!

I have been using this for over a year now and it works great, no corrosion or anything, the only thing i didnt like about it is that it didnt really line up that great in my thermaltake case, its workable but still a pain.

everything was flawless except the thermaltake flow regulator after is finished assembly and was testing it i found a crack leading from one of the metal connections leading from the fiber glass resoviour had to use silicone glue to seal it as i found more cracks that were leaking, overall looks good and performs well but they did a shabby work on the construction.

Looks great and as said before even more with some lighting behind it! I have had it now for about 3 weeks with no major problems with the wheel, cracks, or corrosion. I gave 2 3s for the following reasons: it is not a resivor its basically a tank mine ended up filling up all the way there is no way to add water to it or remove water unless u remove lines, i did not like the line from the wheel to the tank it is 1/4 and cant be changed to 3/8 and im running 3/8 tube all the way so now cause of this im basiclly running 1/4 due to 3 inches of 1/4 tubing. I have not had any performance inssues due to this. In some points may be better becuase too much flow will not allow the water to pull heat as well. as long as the wheel is spinning at a good pace should be fine! very flimsey line from the wheel to the tank. Also when i recieved the tank the line from the wheel to the tank was on the wrong fitting. as in the line was pushing the water in the tank from the bottom rather than the top.

Overall good craftsmanship except for flow indicator. It hangs up and blocks water flow often enough that it took it out of the loop.

My entire cooling system and tower are thermaltake. Coolant, hoses, waterblocks, case, radiator. everything. Everything worked well, except this particular item, which corroded after about one month. the corrosion got caught in the spinner and blocked most of the water flow. No other components corroded (come to think of it all the other components are copper, this one looks like plated aluminum). I love thermaltake products, as I have always had good results from their products, but this one was disappointing. maybe the others are ok, and i got the only lemon?

Easy installation, looks great (especially with some lighting behind it), and very sturdy. Overall a great accessory for your thermaltake water cooling system. A++
