Cons:
- A bit more expensive than standard memory.
Pros: - Very tight timings with high frequency!- Looks good on top of that Comment:
When swapping to these, it really helped my core i3 memory latency issues, high quality memory really helps in certain situations and I am really satisfied with Corsair's offering on this side. A lot better and better priced than competitors! |

Pros: Stable, performance Comment:
Very strong and not-too-expensive memory kit. Run games like a charm, even when not overclocked. Combines well with an i5-750. Thumbs up! |

Cons:
- MIR is a pain
Pros: - Fast- God timings- Corsair brand name Comment:
I pop these in my new Gigabyte P55A-UD3P motherboard and I have been an happy camper since then. I did not try to overclock these since I am happy with the performance so far. I finally got my MIR after 7 weeks. Great product!! |

Cons:
No heat spreaders
Pros: PriceSpeedLatenciesSize Comment:
Great memory for a great price. Isn't limited to Core i5, I have it working on an AMD machine, its just a marketing gimmick. Corsair is a great company and you won't regret buying memory from them. Don't know how great they are for overclocking but these things are pretty speedy already. Get four sticks at this price its a steal! Not much else I can really say about these, just buy em! |

Pros: More RAM!! Great value Comment:
Great ram for the price. Very stable and easy to install. Corsair has created a great value in these packages |
Alex13@NCIX Rating: Review Date: 09/07/10 |
Cons:
You have to set speed manually in BIOS.
Pros: Best stats for the price. Stable. Comment:
This is the best ram you can get for the price (100$ after MIR), the heat spreaders are small so it fits with huge heatsinks like noctua ones. 2nd set I buy and they are very stable. Would recommend to anyone. |

Cons:
-A little expensive
Pros: +Fast+Good timings+Corsair Comment:
I have had very good luck with Corsair memory in the past, this memory is no exception, it simply works well. I have used it in 2 systems(Intel I5 and AMD X6) and the triple channel set(x2) in my I7 system. they all work well. |

Cons:
-Top settings need to be manually entered in mobo, but not unusual.
Pros: -Works right away with no hassles. Comment:
This is a typically solid Corsair product. Worked right away and were easy to install on slots 1 and 3 in my ASUS M4A77T AM3 motherboard. Had to go to the bios to reach full 1600 speed and 7-8-7-20 timings, but worked perfectly after that. |

Pros: PriceClocking Comment:
Really a godd price for this RAM. DDR3 dual channel from Corsair , I always use Corsair Product for their quality. Watch out for timing and make sure your motherboard support these clock before buying. |

Pros: Works perfect Comment:
Built a new AMD Phenom II X6 1055T computer for a friend on a ASUS M4A87TD/USB3 AM3 motherboard.Set 1600mhz in the Bios, works great.Ran benchmarks and stress tests for several hours, not one crash. Suprising results, did not expect such high benchmarks. |

Pros: DDR-3 1600 and works great with my i5 rig. Comment:
I have the Gigabyte P55A UD3 mobo and it work well. Just remember to put it in slots 1 and 3 to get it working. I'm not experienced with playing around with timmings so I can't comment on that. In order to take advantage of the 1600 freq, you must manually set it in the bios. |
Albert_H@NCIX Rating: Review Date: 05/15/10 |
Cons:
Misleading name
Pros: Great memory timings, good price Comment:
This memory works great in my new rig and is very stable. I also like the fact that it has heat spreaders without going overboard. I do find the name misleading because you can use this memory with a non-i5 processor as long as your motherboard supports the timings. |
Brown-Dizzle!@NCIX Rating: Review Date: 05/09/10 |
Cons:
Run hot, not the fastest available
Pros: Low timings, high speed, low price (on sale) Comment:
Though it states that the RAM is for the i5, any board that supports it's timings and speed can use this DDR3 kit.On sale, this is the best RAM that is available for DDR3-1600 for the cost. It is currently being used on an AM3 board with the new Phenom X6 and is performing admirably. Corsair comes highly recommended in the industry for a reason - and this is just another great product to put under their belt. No fancy trimmings with this RAM, just low cost, high speed and low timings. |

Cons:
- need to turn on XMP to get timings and speed
Pros: - timings- speed- price Comment:
Great brand for a great price (when on sale). I had to turn on XMP (extreme memory profile) to get the advertised speed. It works great with my i5 build. |
clessard@NCIX Rating: Review Date: 03/17/10 |
Cons: Price when not on specialDoesn't automatically adjust to rated timings
Pros: Corsair brandTimingStability Comment:
I've been using corsair for the last 10 years and they never let me down. Compared to other models from the same brand, this DDR3-1600 has very good timings for the price (around 125$ in special). Of course it doesn't have the fancy heatsinks of the more expensive models, but I really don't care. One of the things is that my board (P7P55D-E) saw it by default as DDR3-1333, 9-9-9-24. I had 2 options to make it work: use the X.M.P. profile, or set the timings & voltage manually. I chose the latter and it proved to be perfect! I think I'll eventually buy another set, if the price ever drop below 100$. |
These fit on my mobo underneath the noctua fans (mmm cool) but I had to go into the bios and set all the timings to the settings on the corsair website since by default they're too low. But hey, if you fear touching the bios you probably won't be purchasing computer parts anyway :P
