Cons: Coverage area not as big. Not good for multiple level houses.
Pros: Cheap and easy to install Comment:
Overall good router if you live in small apt. Works great so far. Streams hd movies from pc(wireless) to ps3(wired) with no problems. Good for the price as well. Would recommend it for an apt. |

Cons: Lies flat on deskDust and finger print magnetRuns quite hot
Pros: Excellent basic routerGood rangeVery easy setup Comment:
An excellent basic router with good range if you're not looking for fancy features such as dual bands. Set up is a breeze, and anybody can handle it himself. Two drawbacks though. It lies flat on the desk and doesn't stand up like many others, occupying precious desk space. It's also a dust and finger prints magnet, and easily scratched even by a fine cloth. Also, it runs quite hot too. |

Pros: Cheap Wireless Router Comment:
Excellent wireless router for the price. The e1000 was decent with the original firmware. But I was able to get DDWRT installed on it which made it even better. |

Cons: Basic router (10/100 wired connection)
Pros: Looks niceEasy setup Comment:
I bought this router on sale for $45 shipped to replace my wrt54g router. I was able to install the 3rd party firmware DD-WRT which gives me advanced features. So far so good. This review was modfied by poster @ 10-26-11 07:37 AM |

Cons: have to use Cisco Connect to manage guest acct...defaults to ON so would be frustrating to novices
Pros: Built and managed by Cisco - reputable company Comment:
Simpled down web interface which is great but lacks the very obvious need for guest acct mgnt. not sure what cisco was thinking. as for communication distance, I would say very average. I have 3000sqft home and you start losing bars as soon as you leave the room. Identical performance to my dlink N router that is 2 yrs old. Use the 4000 at work - VERY dissimilar performance |

Cons: -Basic features that work for everybody... but for someone who knows a bit about routers and networks, its functionnality are kinda limited
Pros: -It works nice-Linksys-Easy setup-Nice design Comment:
Good for everybody with basic router needs. Works nicely as most of all Linksys products. Got it for kinda cheap to replace an old router that died (RIP old buddy) after years of service. |

Cons: Basic Router
Pros: Works Great Comment:
Got this at a discount price of about $40 with tax. I would highly recommend this router if you can find a discount. I think the price is pretty steep for $89. It works well as a basic router. |

Cons: - It would be good if you can configure the guest network using the online utility.
Pros: - Very sleek design (black and blue matches my computer system)- Setting up was extremely easy.- I almost never receive any dropped connections, granted I do live in a small apartment. Comment:
If all you need is an inexpensive (when on sale, I got it for $50) wireless N router which is reliable and does the job, without any unnecessary features, this is the router to get. |
It took about 5 mins to install, the range is pretty good 100% transfer at 10 meters. The router's look fit pretty well with the rest of the equipment. would recommend anytime.
