TRIPP LITE ECO350UPS UPS

Works Great. Had used APC products before and had lots of problems. Purchased 7 of the Tripp-lite's and have not had any issues. Shipping is high for these though. But worth it not having to call customer service to make returns.

I bought two of these. First one completely died in a couple months. Would not power anything, it was just dead. RMA process and shipping charges were not worth the hassle to get replaced. Second one works, but EVERY TIME my printer (plugged into a different wall outlet, same circuit) would start up, the UPS would completely shut off, instantly shutting off my computer killing whatever I was working on. Isn't constant power the reason for a battery backup? Switched out with an APC of same capacity with no problems printing anymore.

TrippLite makes great products with quality in mind, and I used their UPS devices since 1985; so I know a good manufacturer or I would not use their products. APC is close, but not as good as TrippLite in my eyes. The ONLY problem I have to deal with is the weight and shipping cost. I do computer servicing and if I purchase this UPS for a customer, it costs them over $60 when they can get the same 350VA device for $49 in WalMart. No Brainer! Shipping eats up my incentive so why bother? Aside from that issue, the product is very good.
