Get it in 2weeks time and it works well. Didn't have any problem with drivers. Best for laptops that doesn't support modem anymore. |

Delivery was fast and efficient. Product works extremely well. No hesitation to give a 5 star rating for performance!! Price more than reasonable too. Appreciate small amount of space that this Hiro Ext. USB takes up as well. |

Installed in Windows Vista with no issues whatsoever. Works exceedingly well, as well as can be expected for dialup. I would recommend this modem to anyone. |

This was plug-n-play with Windows 7. The only drawback I have found is that it has a tendency to disconnect when it is started the first time each day; when re-connected it seems to be fine. You also need to make sure there is no tension on the connection into the USB. |

Very happy with this modem, performs exactly as advertised and is small enough to be tucked out of the way. Installed on XP with no problem. Received it in a timely manner so I am very happy with my purchase. I will most likely purchase a second one for my other pc. |

I bought this for the answering-machine software. Turns out you still have to buy the software separately, and then you can't screen your calls. Application support says that voice recording is done by the MODEM DRIVERS, not by the application, and that the drivers for this modem can't speak the data as it's being recorded. I'll have to look for another modem |

This model is the 2nd HIRO modem I tried and neither one worked. I run a new installed windows 7 and it took a US Robitics to make intenet connection work. I'll not buy another HIRO because they don't work for me! |

Hi: I conected this up to my new Netbook 532h Running Windows 7 home premium as I had upgraded from 7 basic. I did need not use the DVD. The Computer and Windows 7 found the Modem and set it up automatically and it works great I have not used the fax function as I do not need it. |

I purchased this v.92 Modem, which is a stand alone modem, but it has a phone jack and fax jack if you need one. It is powered by a usb port on your computer and works just great. Has a power light and vents for cooling, even though it does not heat up. I am using mine as a voice modem, but it can be used as a fax also. Just follow the directions and it works just fine with phone recording and answering software. Buy one, you will like it. |

This modem did give me some trouble installing in Windows 7 (64 bit), the first time I tried. It did, however, finally install correctly and has worked flawlessly ever since. |

Easy intall on my Win 7 64 bit system. All functions work. You must upgrade drivers to activate the voice function. Just a few years ago an external vax-voice modem would cost 5 or 6 times as much. Plus this offers you a very small foot print. |

needed a modem for my address book dialer. I don't use any of it's other features, not even sure what they are but it is from your company and I've never had a problem with anything I have bought through them. They are 100% in my eyes |

I purchased this device for a compaq laptop with a blown modem. It worked great and was easy to install. Wished it would have shipped a little faster though. I would purchase another one if needed. |

This is a great buy and the compact size design allows me to put it along with the notebook bags. Works with my XP system and would love to try it on Vista to see how it performs. Highly recommend. Recently updated to Windows 7 and it works on both 32bit and 64bit. The driver is built in and works like a charm. If you are using Windows 7 and need a modem, get it!! |

It says it's Vista ready however my Vista Ultimate says it's not compatible. Having said that it still works. It does the job so I can't complain. |
