Little size, and decent looks. Fantastic qualityGreat Ventalation PSU cords are brief I was searching for a tiny micro-ATX case for a HTPC, and this fits the bill. the case is great good quality and sturdily built. There are a lot of holes in the structure to snake wires via, but the power provide cords are just as well short to be snaked below the fan (it looks like that was the intent) to reach my particular mobo. At present the wires block some airflow, but I'll see if that has any impact with heat - there's lot of vent holes.I'm using the stock PSU, and aside from the brief wires, haven't had any issues that other people have reported. I can definately see obtaining a more efficent one tho. Hold IN Mind: This power provide form factor is not incredibly typical, so there are only a few choices out there.

Effectively built situation, easy to install and looks great in an entertainment center. The fans are quiet and everythings run wonderful. absolutely nothing This case is nicely built, just calls for some thought as to the order the components are installed in the method. I have been operating it for about three months and qorks nicely. The only fan I hear is my CPU fan and need to get a quieter 1.

Built effectively, good layout None Fairly nice case! Great finish, no sharp edges that I located, everything slides in quickly when adequately disassembled. No power provide problems as other people have reported. Air blowing out is barely warm. Methinks many problems are due to overload, as it is only 275w continuous.Spec - Dual core AMD 5000+, 2gb memory, Ubuntu + XBMC. Couldn't ask for much more from an HTPC!

Well built case, strategy to use it again A second hard drive slot and far more eSata power connectors For Ripwave I have had this case more than a month and have a Core i3 530 CPU with an ECS mobo, 4GB RAM Windows 7 64-Bit, 750GB HDD, DVDRW and 2 Hauppauge 2250 HDTV Cards and so far no problems. I would watch for a 4 pin CPU power on the motherboard the 8 pin may well draw much more load on the power supply.

I like the case, pretty excellent room to be low-profile. Nice hunting, as well. Also, an additional point I take into account a pro: when the power supply burned up, it didn't burn up my motherboard, hard drive, or DVD drive. The energy supply lasted actually 30 seconds before it sounded like firecrackers going off and smoke came wisping out of the energy provide. I connected one more ATX power provide just to be certain it hadn't burned every little thing up, and it performs fine with that one. Total energy drawn at idle is less than 60 watts, so this power supply ought to've handled it simply. I gave it 3 stars for the case, zero for the power provide. My process is a Biostar G41-M7 motherboard w/E3300 CPU and two GB Important memory, Seagate 500 MB 7200.11 drive, Lite-On DVD drive. A couple years ago, I had 3 systems burn up in a span of 3 weeks, all with inexpensive power supplies (made by "Deer"), burning up the MB and HD in those machines in the procedure... considering that then I've avoided low cost PS's till now. I consider I'll just order a different PS instead of bothering to RMA this case and PS, partly due to the fact I'm too lazy to get rid of all the stuff to reinstall it.

Very slim. Decent Seeking. Good worth for the cost. Comes with brackets to stand it vertically. Extremely slim - challenging to discover a decent cooler to fit it. 5.25" drive bay comes incredibly close to the memory and cpu. Cabling to the drive bay is tight and may possibly require suitable a correct angle sata connector. Case fan blows inward -- it can simply be reversed to exhaust air out the front, but design of case doesn't yield the greatest efficiency in employing this way. Only has provisions for one particular exhaust fan. It's much better suited to lower-power components that won't produce a lot of heat. No IR.

Great for my spending budget HTPC construct. I required less than 17" wide to fit my enclosed Tv cabnet. Huge vents in best and side of CPU finish of case for passive air exchange for CPU. But compact case and enclosed space, I necessary cool elements. So I got WD AV-GP drive, and 45W AMD CPU. Also required low profile RAM to fit MB power cable over, because ful size DVD drive does overhang the MB. Yes, items are tight, but almost everything does fit nicely. Gigabyte board has eight-pin CPU connector, and this 300W PS has four-pin plug, but it powers the AMD 235e just fine. Quiet! Solid case, consists of PSU, great for desktop case, OK for HTPC. Excellent looks too. only 1 SATA power plug, but a lot of molex 4 pin plugs, so be confident to choose up an adapter. Sata adapter cable was too short to let efficient routing to 5.25" bay. BD-ROM drive was a tight fit in five.25" bay. BD-ROM drive was extraordinarily tight. Due to positioning of CPU & heatsink on Mobo (Asus P7H55-M PRO), nearly had to return either Mobo or case (pick one). absolutely recommend elbow connectors for any drive in five.25" bay. Other than the SATA power cable, cable routing wasn't also substantially of a challenge, just be sure to program anything out before starting to hook issues up.

Looks excellent in my entertainment center as an HTPC, sturdy style, and decent size power provide for an HTPC. Depending on motherboard this layout does not lend itself to memory sticks with heatsink fins on them. I bought this case to replace an additional SFF and located a problem when attempting to install the memory. The sticks I have incorporate heatsink fins on top rated of them. When putting in the DVD writer the drive essentially rests over the top rated of all but one of the memory slots on the motherboard I personal. I temporarily put the two sticks in the final two slots and bought correct angle SATA power and information cables in order to make the technique work. Even with this setup, there is nevertheless a challenge with 1 of the memory sticks causing the stick to be slightly bent and the fins to touch every single other. I am sooner or later going to have to order an additional set of memory sticks as I do not want to have to mess with removing the heatsinks given that they were mounted with glue and not screws. Other than this small complaint I am really pleased I purchased this product.

I like the look of this case. Managed cables quite well given the tight fit. It (the value for case and power provide) seemed to superior to be accurate and it was! I ignored the warnings about the power provide. Just following developing this Ubuntu HTPC on the lab desk and running a couple of tests with a monitor, I was looking forward to giving it the initial go with my Television. Plugged it into my UPS, pressed the power button, and POP... POP... In no way a sound I appreciate when booting up!Taking into consideration the number of others that have had a dilemma with this power supply my suggestion, like others prior to me, is to contemplate this a case only. I'm not bothering to RMA this PS. I don't trust this PS adequate to risk my MB if it is not currently trashed from this PS blowing up. Your luck my vary. Promised myself a couple of years ago that I would never ever use a low-cost PS once again immediately after an earlier 1 blew and took the MB with it. I won't need to have a 3rd lesson. Wish the case was offered for much less with no the PS.

1st off I would like to say searching at the pics on here don't do this case justice! The posted pics make it appear low-cost but to my surprise when I opened the box (as will be yours as properly) not only does it look awesome, sleek, black and modern day but it's built sturdy like a lil media center tank (steel w plastic face). Pleased therefore far. I read a lot of evaluations on this case, nooby builders complaining that they had difficulty with the order they put parts in. FYI The face plate comes off noobs! makes your life so each easier. you can insert the optical drive and HD from the front end and not be concerned about what sequence you put your parts in. The create was a cake walk! 1 of my simpler builds. I already had my machine setup in an additional ATX tower but was way too bulky to put in my media cabinet. I wanted a thing slim, narrow w/o too considerably depth. This case is excellent for that. Its about two inches or so less deep than a standard ATX and surely a lot skinnier. Looks like a media ninj Appears a small longer than I was hoping however still a few inches less deep than a standard case so it's fine. Stand it up and it will fit easily in a side cabinet or on your media shelf below the Television and it will come out a little additional than your other media devices (stereo receiver and so on). Other evaluations claim a poor Power Provide. Has but to occur to me. Get a low profile video card or use the built-in MB video card and the chance of a fried PS is less most likely. Even nevertheless, its not a deal breaker. Nevertheless a very good cost for a sleek lowpro media center case even it means getting to buy the PS replacement. Seats vertically or horizontally. Fits nicely in most media cabinets, either in a side cabinet or shelf. Comes with a stand. Get your self a low-profile prepared video card w/ low profile (half-height) bracket if you are going the PCI x route. Low profile (low power consumption) video card is extremely advised. A common video card will consume too significantly and hence why a lot of noobs prolly blew their power supply. Or you could just use your built-in video card and save yourself further danger from a burnt PS. I do since I'm just employing to stream videos, basic net browsing and my movie database. I'm not working with as a gaming machine. I have a Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L MB. Was very easy to install. Just take the case metal side bar off ahead of mounting. Replace for stability but not essential. No problems. Fits effortlessly and secure w/ space to spare. Install was a breeze. Seemed simpler than my ATX tower create. The case is nicely developed and gave me no hassles.

I specifically bought this case for use as a home theater Pc in a tiny corner television stand. The overall dimensions are about on par with an original XBOX, possibly slightly deeper in length. It also type of looks like one, with a matte black finish and green power LED.The construction excellent is incredibly superior for the price. The build is all steel with a smart space-saving internal design. The air flow style is good, with each top- and side- exhausts and a front 80mm fan. The cost is extremely nice considering it is such a modest form factor and contains a PSU. -Case fans are loud -- sounds like a hairdryer going on full blast when under any level of pressure. Upgrade those instantly.-Included power provide only contains 1 15-pin SATA connector -- not a enormous issue given that MOLEX to SATA cables are incredibly affordable, but certainly something to note when you make your obtain.-Cable maintenance is difficult in such a modest space, and there aren't a lot of ways you can run them with no impacting airflow.-Case cover is somewhat tough to get on properly, but soon after a few tries you'll get it correct. No actual negatives with this case at all that can't be worked out with low cost cable addons or a little familarity with the item. This is the smallest Micro ATX case I could come across and a good value for what you get.

Quite sturdy, small and nicely laid out case for use as an HTPC. The front three.5" faceplate will not fit when a hard drive is mounted in that three.5" bay - it wants to snap out and not fit flush in the case. I took 1 star away for the hard drive keeping the three.5" bay cover from snapping in flush on the front of the case. The difficult drive was a WD AV-GP 1TB drive, and the other bay was being taken by an intel SSD. I swapped areas for the drives, and almost everything fit flush once again.

-Sleek-Modest-Quiet (PSU makes zero noise, front cooling fan is barely audible)-Includes a PSU...-Price tag (็ + free of charge shipping when I bought it)The description says it can fit only 1 internal 3.five" HDD, but if you wanted to, you could simply fit two. -You need to have to unscrew the power provide in order to fit an internal HDD exactly where it's supposed to go.-No eSATA-Other than that, none truly I'm very content with this case. I was going to go with the Antec Minuet 350, but then stumbled upon this and decided to go for it. (This is โ less costly with comparable characteristics.Black was nicer for an HTPC case. It didn't call significantly attention to itself.Primary thing I wanted from it was complete silence. And it definitely delivers in that respect. Employing it with a G31M-ES2L mobo, E5300 CPU, and a low profile fanless 9400 gt, nice mix for HTPC. The loudest factor about it is the terrible stock CPU cooling fan, which I need to have to replace immediately.Wonderful case. For the cost, it's a steal. Get it.

Nice searching, sturdy. The case fan is audible (also not variable). I ordered a quieter fan. There are polarities with the Power/HDD LEDs and they are not consistent. So, you might have to play with flipping the connectors. The three.5" HDD bracket is a bit hard to get to due to the fact the power provide is blocking the back side. However, you can take the front plate off. 1 every single side, there are two flaps that you can take off with your fingers. The tricky 1 was the one in the best middle. You want something extended (a smaller screw driver for me) to swipe along and it will come off. Then you can slide the HDD from front.

Nice seeking case, fits well inside entertainment center. PSU included with case is horrible. 300W is the peak rating only, it is really nominally rated at 270W. 鵬W in the product title is misleading.) PSU fan is super noisy at high power draw. My 300W-rated motherboard/CPU included in the bundle had intermittent stability concerns as a result. I wasted a week of my life troubleshooting this. Then, I read the other evaluations here and got the nicely regarded SeaSonic SS-300TFX PSU. Fan is quiet; my method is now stable. If you like the case, buy a name-brand PSU and don't waste your time with the 1 included--except for removing it and throwing it away. It's garbage.

Nice build quality for the cost I paid. Superior value overall. Only 1 Sata energy connector from PSU, which seemed strange. There's possibly only room for two Sata drives in this case, but if you do program to use Sata for both HDD and a DVD/Bluray drive, make certain to order a molex/Sata adapter. There's probably four or five Molex connectors, but only 1 Sata, which makes zero sense.
