Bought it because I read a couple of reviews that said it was all but silent. Perhaps some are but not mine. Makes a racket even though its in Antec's supposed quiet case, a P280 xl. |

Experience since December 2013 kit H20 650 used for custom arrangement: vinyl tubing 3/8 OD x 1/4 ID, one 3/8 polyethylene T splitter, (3/8 cooper pipe, 1“1/8 cooper end pipe and cooper heat sink plate -- heat exchanger for GPU), ‘fast strips’ (for tiding ends), 50/50 antifreeze distill water. Liquid flow: pump > radiator > GPU > pump. System specs Phenom quadro 140 watt, GPU 100 watt. Result: on load CPU 50 C, GPU 45 C. (Case arrangements: air draw from BUTTOM to UP and from OUT to IN : up-front by radiator up-back by PSU and exhaust on the top of the case. Cons: - reviews say pump is noisy- can't replace the fan if fan has a problem, must change the entire cooler

Cons: May be a bad batch but my radiator makes quite a bit of noise.Back plate is made of weak plastic and you have to be careful not to strip itCooling tubes are VERY stiff and make it difficult to install in a tight space.

I really like the look and concept of this product but unfortunately it could be better. It looks amazing and works amazing too but the quality of the components isn't quite there yet. Perhaps the next iteration of these coolers will be perfect but this is a good low budget AIO liquid cooler. |
