My unit had cheep usb connectors that fell apart and one serial connector fall apart. When you switch between computers you have to adjust your moniters screens each and ever time. All and all I would rather pay for the more expensive units.

I see from the other reviews that anyone seeking knowledge about this product won't find it. I own one of these and just bought another one. Compared to the cost of the other brands and the fact that the other higher cost other brands do the exact same thing, this is the deal of the century for this type of equipment. It works, it works well and does what it is designed to do. I have a small computer store and can't buy these any cheaper anywhere. I have two midrange multimedia computers and two high end crossfirex gaming computers hooked up to this. This is the second time I've tried to review this not mentioning any brand names or web links or special characters and was stopped cold. If they wonder why they don't get many reviews or good product reviews that's probably why. This is the only site I know of that is so restrictive on what you can put in a review. This is the last one.

This product worked exactly as advertised, however, I realized after I connected it, that I liked seeing my two monitors after all, so I returned it. But it was super-easy to set up, worked fine, and was a good value for the money.

Stopped working 3 month after purchase. Support non-existent, price is good, but do not buy. You get what you pay for.
