Extremely tough design and style, lots of airflow, tool-less design and style for HDD and other drive bays as effectively as PCI for add-on slots like PCI and PCI express. Blue LED fan, leading of case has I/O with USB, audio, eSATA, and firewire. A tiny confused on how to get the drive bay covers out...ended up snapping the squeeze to release mechanism :(but all round an really good case, also the side fan is a bit loud so I moved it to the top of the case to suck air out. This case is great! I really propose it to any person seeking for a mid-size ATX and mATX case. Just preserve in mind removing the drive bay covers is not hitting it :) and the side fan might be loud so I advocate turning it off or putting it in a different spot in the case.

Quiet! Exceptional cooling! Easy connectors on the leading of the case. I'd definately obtain this case once again The energy switch should be on the front rather than the side! Oddball design and style, but it operates effectively anyway. The spare screws were challenging to find (for storage, they are on a frame bar, in the case itself) My 1st thought when I looked at this case was that it was either gratuitously non-standard, or brilliantly created by alien beings. After assembling a personal computer inside this case, I decided to go with the alien beings theory. This case is really unique than most instances, yet all the parts function amazingly properly. You’ll in all probability need to have to read the directions ahead of you’re performed! My front panel had arrived with a broken tab. Newegg provided to replace the case (but by then I'd constructed a laptop in it). On the other hand the manufacturer provided to just send me a replacement face plate (mighty nice of them)

The develop high quality of this case is quite great. I seriously like the way the difficult drives mount are in treys that can be very easily slid in and out of the case. Also the optical drives can be installed effortlessly and securely devoid of the use of any screws. I located every little thing to be very easy to set up into this case. Two minor factors I give this case four rather of five eggs. The case fans that come with the case are somewhat loud, not a deal breaker because it is tolerable and if it isn't they are easily and pretty cheaply replaced.Second the power and reset switches are sort of odd. You have to push them in the proper spot and a small harder than you'd think. Once more, not terrible...just a thing I could see have been a little superior. All round this is an great case. It is quite roomy and appears really nice. I would definitely advise this case to everyone.

I have utilised about 15 distinct computer circumstances and I have to say this case is a dream to function with compared to situations costing twice as substantially. This case is incredibly higher good quality for the funds you can't go incorrect with this 1. Verify front fan screen for something getting into the fan. I had a small wire producing noise when I very first turned it on that I had to pull out. Quite uncomplicated to repair and not worth removing an egg for the price tag. If this was a 赨 + case I would have removed two eggs for the front screen wire finding into the fan.

Design and style tends to make installation of components very easy. I have this case along with the Cooler Master four in three HDD Module Device and have 8 drives in my method at the moment and every little thing runs good and cool. Not a fan of fans with lights. What's not to really like about this case? Tons of space for challenging drives, and fans to cool them.

I had to watch a video on youtube to show me and even then had to get support due to the fact the force needed was so great. I was afraid I would break it, fortunately this case is study adequate to take some rough handling. The power and reset buttons are on the bottom right of the case on the edge and they are tricky to press. All round I would advise this case, it's a wonderful worth and a great solution, just be ready to place up with the handful of annoyances.

Has extremely very good functions, looks good, and the price was affordable. Appears extremely nicely constructed as nicely. I bought it for the three 140mm fan slots it has in it. Being a "mid tower", not a "full tower", leaves my possibilities for a cpu cooler really great, but not superb, due to the width of the case. Even even though I have however to get the rest of the elements but, and finish my "build",which will be my fist "build", other than themodification of a branded Computer I mounted in an aftermarket case,I am rating this case now.

Lots of space inside, tons of drive racks.Comes with 3 fans, has space for a lot a lot more.Appears fantasticThe Really hard drive bay is really good, its a screwless tray-primarily based design where you just pull a tray out, slap the drive into it, and slide the tray back into the bay.Tons of screws, I believe there's about 30+ screws provided. Retain in thoughts they aren't in a separate bag, they're drilled into the cases five inch drive bay (DVD/CD drive bay). I essentially like this, because I'd almost certainly shed them if they have been in a tiny bag. The space for the bottom fan was entirely messed up, the holes for the screws were much also modest, the what-would have-been-nice dust filter attached more than the air entry holes was slightly larger than it should have been, so even if the screw holes were the suitable size, the plastic from the dust filter was slightly offset, so the screws wouldn't be able to go right by way of.The guidelines had been horrible, they consisted of a couple of diagrams crudely illustrating the procedure. Luckily most of installing components into the case is pretty straightforward, but if the bottom fan situation I seasoned was just me not attaching the fan effectively, the guidelines definitely didn't assist. For the fan installation, they simply showed a fan with arrows pointing towards the receptacle. No text instructions.Removing the front panel (the face where you install DVD/CD drives) was hard to take away, you pretty a lot have to pry it off, I was actually worried that I was breaking it when trying to take away it. A wonderful case, but I would very appreciate a lot more detailed guidelines, and rather of having a couple of photographs, written instructions would be a lot nicer. It's not that really hard for a company as substantial as Cooler Master to hire a translator to translate written directions to diverse languages rather than just having 1 or two photographs.

Been using this case for over two years. It is without having a doubt one of the better situations I have utilized. It is sturdy, properly laid out, has lots of cooling fan selections, has lots of room and appears very good. Before installing components a little forethought will go a lengthy way. Airflow through the case is superb with proper fan layout. I don't care for the case best connectors. They are topic to collecting dust and other debris if connector not plugged into them. Front panel place would have been far better.

Really uncomplicated to install issues (other than maybe drive connectors if you have additional than two) and has worked excellent so far. Very good airflow and keeps processor cool - even in a constrained environment that I have. Top panel connections for USB and Firewire have been just fine. Really delighted with obtain. Guidelines are rather sparse. SATA connections for internal drives can be a bit cramped - but then 1 could say the case side actuall could assist to hold the connectors on the drives. I have an external three.5" access panel and its just a bit wigglely - not an issue for me but believed I would mention. Swift delivery from Newegg.

Got the case for about four month now, and it's functioning quite effectively. Top rated mounted I/O panel did not break as quite a few other described, and airflow is good sufficient, and my power and reset button are operating too so no complains. I also like the chrome strip factor. case fan speed is a bit low for my liking, it feels like it's not moving adequate air..and it can\'t be adjustedUndesirable front panel style on how to eliminate it, just as several other described. Constant vibration noise from the HD cages. I have 3 tough drives in there, and no matter how I place them, there's vibration noise. It may not appear just about every day, it could be silent for a couple days, then all of the sudden starts to vibrate once again....it's obtaining on my nerves..-__- Would be nice if the fan speed are adjustable, i seriously want the the front intake fan to move far more air as my difficult drives are operating hot. The rear exhaust is also not moving sufficient air, I feel like my CPU heatsink (zalman 9700) is moving a lot more air than the case fan is..I know the fans are designed to be silent, but i'd rather have a nosier fan that really moves air than a silent one that just looks pretty...

This is my 3rd case (first Fungkai, 2nd antec). This one is the ideal I have had so far. There is lots of room. Uncomplicated installation. I really liked the way the hd installation worked. Very easy. Compared to my antec which took me some time to figure out how to mount it with the anit-vibrate pads. On this case, you just snap drive in and you are carried out. Verys small con (no egg loss) was the fan on the case side is surely audible. If I disconnect this fan, the case is silent (under my desk). But if I plug this fan in I can hear it. Not annoying, but audible. The power button on the front suitable side (no egg loss either) but my layout has this machine below desk and I have to reach more than and really feel about to find the button. Final minor con. This case has filters but cleaning them may be a discomfort compared to the antec. To clean filters on this case, the front will have to come off and pulling of the front is a bit scary as you have to pull pretty darn challenging. Difficult adequate to feel you are going to break something (one egg loss for this) When you 1st open this issue, you will only see one particular bag of standoff's in the hardware bag. At initially I was "wth". But realized, all the screws necessary are inserted into the back of 5-1ǚ drive bays inside case (both sides). There are way far more screws than you need.

Looks excellent and not a negative value. Solid develop except for 1 situation. Right after about 9 month of use I began to get reboot if there was any vibration like someone jumping or bumping the case. Took every little thing apart and resetting thinking that I had a loose connection. It finally went away when I disconnect the esata. The port was clean and had practically nothing in it, so don't know why it was causing it. Don't use it anyways so I didn't care if it was disconnected. It was just a function if I ever needed it. Wish it came with more fans and more room for cable management. Tool less front mounts appears really flimsy, but appears to perform ok. Appears skinny and not as and a muscle case like my antec but got a lot of area inside.

-Low-cost-Nice size-Excellent make quality-Decent cable management choices-Plenty of fan mounts Picky problems, challenging to complain with a case only costing ๥-No black interior finish-A few sharp edges-Tool totally free is quite flimsy, but works Bought this case as an upgrade to my old Centurion 5, since the C5 has really small fan alternatives. With this case my fan count went from only two, 120mm S-Flex and a single 80mm to at the moment holding three Ultra Kaze fans, and 2 S-Flex 1600 fans, nevertheless with 3 unused places, plus a nice location below the CD drive for yet another with a small creativity (I use that location on all mesh front circumstances). I've seen idle temps on my AMD X4 940 @ three.six drop from 38C on my old case down to about 34-35C with this case. Impressive for a uncomplicated case swap and a handful of further case fans. I also got this case for the cable management, considering that my C5 had none, and my non modular PSU, which is a large Computer P&C 860W with tons of extended cable runs, was spread all more than the old case. With this I was in a position to route the cables suitable out of the PSU to behind the mobo mount panel and bring them out only exactly where required for 12V and 5V principal, as well as power for the GPU and HDD and DVD. The HDD cages, although flimsy, function properly. Affordable AND very good!

spacious for a mid; lots of vetillation/cooling. Appears fairly nice. The front panel was really tough to take away; I genuinely felt like I was going to break it. The screwless HD racks are adequate I suppose, but feel really flimsy, so only time will inform. The "cable management" clips are extremely flimsly, and a lot more in the way than useful. I ended up removing them. But worst of all (so far) is that the best headphone jack is absolute junk (and yes I absolutely have it hooked up appropriately). I use my headphones alot, so this is a large adverse for me. Our older build makes use of an antec case that ive had for 4 years or so (front ports perform like a charm) and I actually regret not going with antec once more. I haven't tried the prime esata yet (dont at present have anything to plug into it), so i don't know if that functions or not. The prime usb does work, but no explanation why I really should feel thankful about that when the bottom line is that I didnt get what i paid for. I'll be telling absolutely everyone I know not to waste money on coolermaster trash! But, as often, newegg is the spot to shop--good bargains and they get the stuff out rapidly; I can by no means complain about "The Egg." This case is stunning--austere, but not boring, exterior design--I enjoy the top mounted front jacks, the out of the way power and reset. I am surprised a lot more cases don't look like this. Most cases either appear like stock company boxes or goofy insectoid child's factors. This is a case for an adult that likes fantastic design and style. Super roomy inside, straightforward cable mgmt. The ideal case, imo. As everybody has stated, taking the front panel off feels precarious. Just stick to the directions and it won't be a difficulty. Comes with three fans, appears nice, cable management Did not like the tool significantly less drive notion, thumbscrews would be so much simpler than the tool much less difficult drive cage...I believed the complete explanation for these tool less drive cages are to make factors less complicated for folks, not the other way around . Screwing in thumbscrews by hand is certainly easier than bending the really hard drive cage...(but the tool much less back panels are good)STUPID front panel design, whoever made the front panel so hard to takeoff and placing back on is beyond me...I was afraid I may possibly break the complete front panel when I was pulling it off, and I was pushing True challenging when I was placing it back on...Why can't it be some kind of hook like Antec circumstances have?! rather of this sort of muscle instruction design? side panel fan also did not function appropriately, the power connector is not manufactured appropriately, the holes and the pin on the PSU won't connect, other two fans are fine. Did not bother RMAing the case since of a defective fan.. Got the case very low-cost for the duration of thanksgiving sale, which is the primary reason why I got it. Immediately after seeing the poor styles in this case, my next case will undoubtedly be Antec once again. The front fan does come with a dust filter, but it would be incredibly tricky to clean because I gotta get rid of the stupid front panel and placing it back on just about every time I clean it..*sigh*I always thought cooler master cases have been nice...I guess I was incorrect...

It's a case, does it's job. The drive mount bays are really uncomplicated to use and make removing or installing challenging drives and disk drives a breeze. The fans that came with it aren't very very good. The fan mounted on the side has an imbalance and whirs very loudly. The front fan with a blue light appears to be far more for show and hardly moves any air. There's enough noise coming off the case from the fans that I wasn't capable to run a USB microphone headset off the prime connections. Everybody I was talking to complained of a quite loud fan that fairly substantially drowns out my voice. I had to use the back ports off my motherboard. The power and reset buttons are also a bit funky. They are hing/pivot primarily based rather then a flat push in button. Only works if you push them on the left edge, pushing strait on doesn't perform well. If I had been to purchase a case again I wouldn't pick up this a single. It's low-cost and does it's job, but I'd rather invest a different 20 bucks and not have all the cons that this 1 did.

Just completed reinstalling my laptop into this case (old a single was dirt cheap placeholder till i got anything much better) and this is absolutely superior. Largely Mesh throughout, lots of air flow, lots of space for much more fans. Excellent I/O panel placement on top, w/ an easy to take away leading panel. Best fan holes are drilled for 3 diverse sizes, so what ever fan's you have from prior situations, probabilities are their going to fit up leading. Plastic paneling is solid quality, despite the fact that don't know about removing front panel since i had no require to do so myself, the front LED fan provided with the case does not want to be replaced by something higher quality, CM makes very good fans. The PSU opening has what looks like a padded gasket separating your PSU from the case, i thought it showed a little class, along with the rounded edge interior and the cable management clips. Front Panel I/O its all bad, Energy button and reset button perform but are of quite poor design, challenging to push, and prone to sticking. Only owned it two days and I can see this becoming annoying.Tough Drive Bays are also poorly made, requiring 90degree SATA cables with out supplying any in the case to match the red one particular that comes from the top I/O Panel is IMO fail. Whoever believed tool-less drive bays need to be the new ATX normal must be slapped with a wet noodle. Too a lot of case makers are doing a terrible job of attempting tool-much less designs. Although this a single works and appears secure "enough", the space it occupies could have been optimized for space alternatively of the "ease of use" they are aiming for with the tool-less style. i got this w/ cost-free shipping and about 1ǘ off immediately after the rebate and immediate savings. at that value point this case is Incredible, trust and believe that. I wouldn't advocate this case at its MSRP nevertheless. I'll Almost certainly go with Antec subsequent time.
