Cons: I wouldnt have bought extra 4pin -> 3pin cable if i knew it was included in this package. wasted like $5 buying one.

Pros: Real comfortable4pin -> 3pin cables included (2, one short, one long one)cheap for $30

Comment:
Overall happy with the price. Comfortable to use, does what it should do.
