I was pleasantly surprised to see these fans come with the silicone pull-thru mounting pins ( not the ones pictured in the product description ) which are included with the PRO versions of the TrueQuiet fans.

Seems to pass air nice and smoothly from one end to the other and does so without a sound. What more can you ask for?
