I sent this ram to my mom in Australia, it caused a BSOD minutes after installation. After running memtest on her computer the it came up with an error. |

Acer Aspire One Netbook 532h (N450) would not turn on at all with Corsair chip installed until first update BIOS from 1.08 to 1.26 (latest version as of this writing). Once done with BIOS update d Netbook booted perfect with all working smooth as silk. |

Upgraded an Acer AS1410 with 2 of these today. Went from 3GBr667MHz to 4GBr800MHz. System recognized it fine and automatically upped its memory speed to 800MHz.Is 800MHz a big performance increase over 667MHz? Probably not but 3->4GB is a welcome increase - it's lovely to be able to open my usual 40 tabs in Chrome and still have some breathing space :-) |

Pros: Decent value for DDR2 in today's DDR3 market. It is standard RAM so there isn't much to say. Comment:
I installed this in my Dell Mini 1012. It improves browsing a bit in this modestly powered machine. You can easily have multiple tabs open in IE8 and use MPC (or whatever) at the same time without a whole lot of caching going on. It works flawlessly and there isn't much more to say! |

Installed this ram on a netbook gateway LT27http://blog.whyztech.com/2011/01/upgraded-gateway-lt25-netbook-ram/Had to use a sharp exacto knife, on the left corner of the keyboard, as two of the locks is not adjustable like the other 5.This ram lacks a proper SPD table.The spd table only lists 266Mhzacas5 and 400 Mhzacas5The other speeds are missing from the SPD table. (133/200/333)Basically I am able to get 4-4-4 a 533 DDR2 or5-5-5 a 800 DDR2THe Kingston module I was using before lists 266/333/400. Anyways what this means, is my netbook runs at Cas 5, even though it should be ad 667 DDR2, or is it running at 533? Cpu-z will not show the speed of the ram.Other then that, the ram works.Maybe the Kingson KVR800D2S5/2G would be a better choice as it the SPD might list 667 at 4-4-4 |

Installed this on my asus 1005pe netbook, took away the original 1gb ram, performance increased under windows 7, runs smoother. Works right out of the box, no extra work required to get it running. Price is acceptable compared to the other brands. |

Needed a 2GB SODIMM for an old Acer Revo 3600 that I use as my XBMC Media Center, worked like a charm, now snappier with more ram.
