I have had this product for about 3 weeks now and so far it has been great. This notebook cooler provides plentiful airflow. My computer weighs about 13 pounds and the non-slip grips on the cooler keep the computer from sliding around. I love that it has multiple UBS ports for other accessories. The adjustable risers for height and angle adjustment are a great additions for functionality. This is a very sturdy and stable product. I would recommend it to anyone. |

This is the 3rd cooler I've purchased. It is the best, by far. And, well worth the price. It is sturdy and cools my laptop very well, even if my computer is on all day. The other coolers I've tried had a connector that wore out quickly. This one has a USB connector on both ends, making the connecting cable much more durable. This is my cooler from now on. Thanks for a great product! |

My wife LOVES to leave her laptop on all day, and I paid a good deal of money for her to burn it out within the first year of owning it! She has a 17 inch, and it was difficult to find a decent cooler for a widescreen laptop. This cooler is very lightweight, but is a well-built quality product, and keeps the laptop running cool to the touch, even directly below the CPU, even with it being left on so much during the day. Buying 2 or 3 more as Christmas presents, HIGHLY recommend this high-quality product!! |

the Zalman cooling board is AWESOME! It is extremely quiet, easy to hookup, and definitely keeps the laptop cool. The laptops fan has yet to kick on after 4 hours of use. I'm planning to purchase another for a Christmas gift to my brother. No more noisy fans for me!!! |

The product arrived a day early and in good condition, at least as far as you could see, there was no damage to the unit carton. However, when I plugged it in to my laptop (HP Pavilion dv9000 with dual processors and hard drives) it did nothing. I couldn't get the light or fans to come on. So, I packed it up to send it back, but I had a 2nd thought and decided to try it with another cord or from another PC's USB port, just to make sure it wasn't my Laptop. I plugged it into my desktop USB port and the thing worked fine. It also works fine with the laptop now. The fans are so quiet you have to turn it off and watch them as they slow to a stop and they keep the laptop cool. Expensive but quality is not cheap and it is worth the price. |

This item resolved my cooling problem (overclocked laptop on a glass table surface). It is well built and esthetically pleasing. The only thing that is a little less robust is the way the 2 USB ports are attached to the cooler. |

I have a Sony Vaio laptop with 2 hard drives, one crapped out so I upgraded to 7200 rpm drives knowing they would run a little hotter, I knew I needed to buy a good cooler, this cooler fits my 17'' VAIO perfectly, runs quiet, cools the entire bottom not just where fans are on other brands, spend the extra $ on this unit, you won't be dissapointed. |

It cools the gamming laptop and I can still hear birds chirping outdoors, unlike my old desktop computer. It's frick'in amazin!!!! A bit expensive but its tray is made of aluminum, a great design and I don't have to hunt for the power USB cord as it has a storage area built in. |

I purchased this item a four weeks ago and when it arrived, it was missing the Universal Serial Bus Cable that makes the thing work. After speaking with a Customer Service Rep. I was told that they would send that info to the manufacturer. After 2 weeks of waiting, I couldn't wait anymore and went to Frye's and purchased a 6'' M2M Universal Serial Bus Cable to make it work. I STILL haven't received the Cable from the Manufacturer. but I obviously got it working anyway. My review of this product is that it's the BEST Laptop Cooler on the market. I could've paid more for another unit, but that would be money thrown away as I know that my Laptop couldn't be running any cooler. If it gets any cooler, the thing would be turned off. Highly recommend this product itself, Customer Service leaves something to be desired on THIS purchase. Usually this company is GREAT to work with. Maybe they had a off day, but don't hold that against the Laptop Cooler..
