An Acer AL2416WD Will sag slightly downwards. Monitor's weight is exactly at arm's max. rated cap.I'd have rated 2 stars for the weight tolerance but the sys. won't let me without my order id# |
Now that high quality monitor arms have come down to a reasonable price, I decided to give one a try. This Ergotron desk mount model is made out of metal and has a very strong, professional look to it. The mount is adjustable so that it handles the weight of your monitor without having to apply too much force to move it up/down. I am using a 22 inch LCD, and it handles it well. It pivots and reclines with just the right amount of effort. Setup is very easy.Overall, I think this is an excellent mounting arm and and a good value.Edit: I've since set these up for several other people, and I'm still very happy with them.
