APEX AL-D500EXP 500W Power Supply

Totally unbelievable for a ำ 500W PSU. The only explanation why I got this was due to the fact it was the highest rated 500W PSU on here and not to mention the value. A lot of connectors, every little thing you could possibly will need. I presently have 2 challenging drives, two cd/dvd drives, a five.25" 4 fan controller, and video card hooked up to this and it powers every little thing wonderfully. Not modular, so it can get a tiny messy if you are a cable management freak. But you can't count on modular with that sort of cost tag. Specs:Asus M4A785TD-M Evo AM3 Micro ATX MoboAthlon II X4 640 3. this thing was inexpensive so at initial i believed it wouldnt perform as well as some of the larger costing power supplys but now i realize why so several people said that it was a good buy iy is a tiny noisy following playing for hours but whatever it gets hotter then i believe it should but its not affecting anything at all

quite fast shipping. Effortless install. Working perfectly so far...I'm using this to power my new rig:phenom two quad-core @ 2.6ghz8gigs ddr3 ramradeon hd 5750 graphics1.5tb tricky drive1 optical DVD drive none right now. I'll update if anything at all else occurs.

This PS is excellent. I got this as a combo with the case. It was a wonderful deal and effectively worth it. It's performing a solid job so far.It's operating a sata dvd-rw, sata 1tb hd, and the mobo with dual monitor IGP. It's not becoming strained, but it does the job properly. I didn't a lot more of them.

Operates excellent for my nVidia GeForce 9800 GT. Makes no sound from fan. A handful of to several wires Has 480W.

I've applied four of these and each and every a single has worked fine so far in mid-range builds. Nice weight for an affordable PSU. Bought all four on sale at Newegg. Not on sale any longer. I want a Viking helmet for Christmas.

operates good fan was broken, just cracked it open and place a new fan in. other then the fan it operates fantastic

Awesome power provide! I was skeptical and was going to shell out 30$ more on a diverse energy provide but ended up with this a single and I'm glad I did. Oh and did I mention that IT IS QUIET! five eggs The only factor that was a pain was that it was a tight fit in my case but that's not Apex's fault so eh. Deep thoughts by Jack Handy.

Good and quiet, I didn't even think the fan came on when I first booted. I had to feel to make positive it was moving air, which it was. It wasn't cost-free?

Got it on sale for 30 bucks. Very best 500watt for the price.Appreciated the fan mounted on the underside of the power supply. Seems like it would improve the airflow. Inexpensive price tag. Worked fantastic. Lots of connections. 500 watts need to power very a bit. Its not sexy.

price tag all the way had to dump my 350w stock so i could get a better video card cables every single where! like all lose cables they have a thoughts of there own

Lots of each kind of connector youl will need. The cords are also extended which makes it uncomplicated to connect everything. They are also labelled clearly for persons building a computer system for the 1st time. None. Good power provide, get it.

I used this PS in 3 recent workstation builds with Gigabyte motherboards, AMD PhenomII quad cores, and Nvidia Quadro 580 workstation cards. Powers every thing just fine! All 3 worked perfectly out of the box so no need to have for RMAs. No wrap on the wires so its kinda ugly unless you wrap it yourself and do a great tuck job. If its enough power for your setup, its worth the acquire!

Seems to be operating just fine and was pretty economical The wires are a bit cumbersome, wrapped in blue electrical tape and looks fantastic.

You get what you spend for. Affordable case/powersupply combo. Works. Kinda flimsy. Lifetime of the powersupply is questionable.

Effortless install, quite a few hook up possibilities, lengthy cords. A tiny noisy but tolerable. Lots of added wires in my case not in use. This in fact helped maintain my cpu cooler due to the giant fan, it helped alot in my case.

I'm not taxing this energy supply at all. Operating a low energy CPU and graphics card. On the other hand, what I discovered striking is the lack of fan noise from this energy supply. It has a huge fan inside, and I can't even hear it run. Lots of connectors of ample length. None

This power supply has numerous connections for something that you want to hook up. The fan is quiet and there is a lot of cable to reach almost everything in my case. none
