Not heavy, 400W is enough for a low-range non-gaming computer system. ATX and mATX compatible, easy to assemble. Front of the method is lockable. Paint attracts fingerprints. The front door is a bit wierd with its double hinge, but when its closed its fine. We bought these for security camera DVR systems. Shoppers like the appear.

Comments: Wonderful situation! Solidly constructed, fantastic PS, lots of area inside. I employed this case to construct my very first laptop or computer. I like the quick release drive bays and removable Hard drive holders. My only complaints are the funny seeking air duct and the lack of a door latch (only a lock is present). New Egg did a great job with shipping as usual.

I have had this case just brief of a year now. I have to admit I love it. Incredibly simple to perform on and set-up. I would surely get this situation again. This case can retain your components fairly cool if fans are configured in an intelligent manner. The energy provide has held up until just lately. I have started out to encounter some random crashes, and failed boots, but I'm not actually surprised, its lasted longer than I expected, and I'm not disapointed seriously I have gotten some fairly good overclocks out of it. Front bezel hinges are a tiny flimsy, but every thing else is sturdy.

Paid way too a lot for my version of this case! A windowed side-panel, a clear blue led rear fan & a small larger power provide ain't worth practically double the money! I have the Dyn*x version of this situation which is a key electronic retailer's "house" brand. The substantial differences with mine are a 500w power provide featuring a tri-colored rear fan & the case has an acrylic windowed side-panel. Also the rear 92mm fan is clear w/blue led. Not positive if it's worth almost double the money over newegg's supplying. I'm fairly sure, nevertheless, I would've gone with this Apex version had I recognized it existed in the 1st place!

Situation fan fairly quiet. Relatively sturdy situation. A lot of space for add-ons. Received it with dent in rear of case. Slide in enclosure for dvd a small difficult. Had to play with position of dvd a bit just before it fit in, otherwise nice notion. Enclosure for tough drive not as firm as it need to be. Vibrates a bit. The cover door a bit annoying, if you don't have a need to have to lock face of situation. I will return product for credit. I bought a new situation and expected no defects like the dent in the rear of the case. If not for the dent I would have rated it a 3 egg.

Good install alternatives, i.e no screw 5.25" bay, and unlocking HDD bays. Simple to function with, sturdy case, good fan placemnt and power provide Front Door is very flimsy, which is as well bad, because the rest of the case is built rigid and sturdy.

Comments: Was extremely straightforward to install the motherboard and all other drives. They just actually slide in and are effortlessly installed. Its a incredibly study heavy situation and keeps factors pretty cool with the factory fan installed. If you are operating anything over three.0Ghz I would suggest installing two front fans to keeep points cool. I had a few high temps around the drive bays but installing the two front fans kept anything super cool.

This is a quite nice case. It is Quite sturdy, and Really nice searching. 400w ps is a bit light for gaming, but this was for a perform client, so no problem. The situation was prolly worth the price tag without the PS anyways. Also, only 1 sata ps connection :( If I could get this with a stock 500+ ps and a lot more sata connections, I'd buy it as a server case.

Comments: This case is excellent! really roomy, strong (except for the door, which a fly could in all probability break) and a great appear. i particularly liked the vent that is correct in front of the cpu. mine didn't come with any dents. the only gripe i have is that it's fairly heavy. definately worth the 60 dollars i paid!! Comments: I purchased this case for my Sempron 2800 and it operates like a champ. No sharp edges, I'm in a position to close and lock the front covering up almost everything so my small boy won't begin fiddling. Seriously uncomplicated to deal with.

Comments: What I like most about this case is its looks. The black finish is good and "hides" in my living space nicely on the black wooden shelves. (Glowing aliens or disco balls would not go well with the rest of the decor.) The hinged front panel means that there's no challenge of matching the drive colors with the case color. Every little thing went in well, but there was about 1Ǟ inch also tiny space to fit the bottom drive holders in with a dual-processor motherboard. The other drive holders worked just as nicely although.

Design,Size, PSU seams descent so far, all the info i necessary was supplied(not alot, but sufficient) I like the lock, very good against small ones. None. The door feels fine to me. And the magnetic holder operates nicely. Though I have no problems with this case, If I had a bigger spending budget I would have went a diverse route. For the price tag even though, IMO this is seriously fantastic.

Comments: Perfect for my A64 3000+ build and the PS has been handling that, plus a Geforce 6800 w뢘MB, plus dual SATA2 120GB hard drives, plus a 16X DVDቴXCDRW AND a floppy drive, all perfectly.Did throw in an Antec Superpower 2. 500W PS not too long ago even though as I added a bunch of case fans. Nonetheless, I highly advocate this case for its clean lines and serious appear.

Bought this case in 2004. Dollars well spent. I've had no troubles and I'm now passing this case down to my young children. Make confident you get 2 80mm fans for the bottom front panel and mount your hard drives in front of the fans. Heavy if you count that.. Would like the USB ports at the best, but thats me...I just now posting this critique mainly because I am lazy, but I hope it helps you out. If you are creating a newer AMD technique, upgrade the power provide! Otherwise.. this is a fantastic item.

Comments: The case itself is excellent. Incredibly uncomplicated to install the hardware with lots of space inside. The snap in function for the bays is quite nice. I did have difficulty with the power provide although. Almost everything ran fine till about a week right after it was set up. Then I had trouble restarting it, or powering up at all. I upgraded to a new 450w power supply and have no troubles considering that...and there was no way that I was pulling enough juice to not support a 400w. Overall, I suggest it...I just had a negative apple.

Fantastic supplies. The lock is good. Swift releases for three.5" bay and for five.25" devices is friggin' genius. Most likely plenty of area for 8800 Ultra cards, would most likely need to have to remove the lower tough drive bays initially. The door is flimsy. A single of the tower foots broke off trying to get it in the cabinet. The 80mm front fan mounts are located poorly. Operator side doesn't have enough fan blowing on the hard drives, non-operator side has as well a lot of wires (switches, LED's, USB) in front of the fan. That can't be too excellent for airflow. They must've traded the two 80mm mounts up front for one particular centrally-mounted 90mm fan.

Solid construction. I enjoy the FDD/HDD cage! Its super solid, and the locking mechanism makes it super straightforward to get it out and back into the case.The 5.25 cage has a truly cool mechanism for installing DVD drives and so on. You just use a special cylinder headed screw which slides along a guide and locks in spot. Removing the drive is effortless as pushing the eject button!Its also quite roomy. A lot of space to shop those cables out of the way.Who makes use of floppies? So that leaves threeư for three.five" HDD slots! Great for RAID systems, tho only the bottom two sit behind a spot for a front fan. The PSU is *weak* at only 400W, so if like you you're operating an ASUS M2N/Athlon 64x2 6000ǚGB/Nvidia 7600...this PSU wont do it. Immediately after two days it just refused to turn on, so I promptly replaced it with a 650W from an additional well-liked case manufacturer. I do like the front door, but mainly because of its double hinge that allows it to open about 260 degrees, its a small wierd to close. You have to move it in just the right way or that bottom hinge wont let the door to close.General I like it...

This is a truly wonderful seeking, nicely developed case. Plenty of area to work with, help for all present mobos, some good vents... I enjoy it... The power supply isn't that good. I've gone through 3 cases, just to get warranty service on the PSU. I've considering that offered up, and decided to lose the PS that comes with it, and just preserve the case. Upgrade to a greater power provide, preserve the case.

This is a good, solid case with no frills. Metal perform is very good with no jaggies. Power Supply only has a single SATA style connector. These days, most drives only have this style. Make sure you order an adapter else you will be scrambling with the DVD drive. Not a bad case for the dollars. Don't expect too significantly.

Comments: I searched alot of cases right here and kept coming back to this one. Was kinda nervous to purchase it due to the fact of some of the evaluations. I recieved my case three days after purchase. It came in wonderful shape, no dents or dings. I do have to agree the door is a tiny flimsy. Negative factor i see about case is the door goes to the bottom. So dont keep anything in front of it if you open it alot. General case is sound and sturdy. Terrific black color.
