ASUS USB-N13 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter
Cons:A little bite hot when using.
Pros:Easy to install , Work very well, Cheap. This new version come with the USB extended cable. Comment:

ASUS USB-N13 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter
Cons:may drop your connection on computer resume.
Pros:Good signal.. when it works. (see rest of review)Inexpensive Comment:
I'm having the same problems as some other people. I use AMD as well.My internet connection drops when I resume from sleep, and I have no way of reliably restarting anything to get it working again. I go through re-obtaining an ip through ipconfig, I unplug/replug the adapter, my router, Disable and re-enable this adapter from within Windows.. It just shows I'm connected (in Windows) but does not load any web pages. About half the time that it does load pages, it loads it extremely slowly. Internet works fine with all my other devices, so it's something to do with this adapter.Have latest drivers/utilities installed as well.Would not get this next time. For all that's good about it, sitting around for 10 minutes trying to get this adapter to connect with restarting the computer just breaks the deal. |

ASUS USB-N13 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter
Cons:does not work well after 'sleep' and hibernate' mode
Pros:Plug and reads wifi signals Comment:
After 'sleep' or ' hibernate' modes, it connects to internet 30percent of the time.. Even with the utility software upgrades. Maybe it is my computer as it is AMD motherboard chip(which I bought it from ncix). Haven't tried on Intel chips or notebooks. Probably have better results than I do. |

ASUS USB-N13 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter
Cons:- nothing really
Pros:- cheap- wireless Nworks with WDTV Live HD player Comment:
I got this specificly to use and a wireless device for my WDTV Live HD plus media player. It worked perfectly just plug and play. However just so people understand here is what you can do with it:- Netflix- streaming standard def video works perfect- streaming 720P TV shows and low bitrate movies works well- streaming 720P med and high bitrate movies and TV doesn't work- streaming 1080P also does not workIf you own a WDTV and want to stream your movies and video from your PC I recommend finding a way to do it hard-wired instead of wireless. It's better than nothing, but if you have a lot of hidef stuff and want to watch it flawlessly use a hard-wired connection or possibly a powerline setup. |

ASUS USB-N13 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter
Cons:None
Pros:Just an amazing piece of hardware. Comment:
Wow Just Wow, wireless through a floor, still getting 50ms ping in games. Downloads and Upload speeds are the same as the computer plugged into a hardline (around 6.0mbs). It even looks good! Setup was easy, plug and play. UI is a little outdated, but thats ok.I was considering running Cat5e throughout the house, but I'm going to stick with this. |

ASUS USB-N13 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter
Cons:The Mac OS X driver that it comes with asks me to input the network password after every re-boot.
Pros:Works with Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8 Comment:
I bought this USB wifi adapter for my Mac computer and it works great. This is one of the few USB wifi adapters that I know of that will work on a Mac. I installed the Mac driver that it came with on the CD, rebooted, and was up and running in just 5 minutes. It puts a Wireless Utility icon on the dock. Speed and connection reliability seems to be pretty good. So, if you have an old Mac that does not have an AirPort, this little USB wifi adapter will solve your problem. |

ASUS USB-N13 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter
Cons:plastic construction feels a little cheap
Pros:inexpensiveworks with Win7 64bitfast transfersno dropouts Comment:
Great little USB WiFi stick. Downloaded the lastest Win7 64bit drivers from Asus and was up and running in a couple min. Comes with a lanyard and a short USB extension cable.Bought it for my HTPC in the living room and the access point is at the other end of the house. Was using a wireless repeater but this set up is simpler and cleaner. Well worth the $18 I spent. No dropouts so far and is quick (Wireless-G). Haven't used Wireless-N yet as I don't have an N capable access point. |

ASUS USB-N13 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter
Cons:Included software is not necessary and clunky to use
Pros:CheapVery stable connectionHas great range and speedsThe included extender/positioning cable is very solid and useful Comment:
Very good wireless-N adapter for anyone looking for a cheap solution and doesn't want to open their computer to add a PCI/PCI-E card. The rigid extender USB cable is very useful for positioning the stick wherever you want it.Connects to my Asus RT-N16 (running TomatoUSB) and receives a solid connection/signal through several walls and down one floor. Would buy again for future builds or get the PCI-E equivalent (Asus PCE-N13) |

ASUS USB-N13 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter
Cons:Windows 7 does not automatically recognize and install drivers.
Pros:Great connectivity, extremely fast, easy to install, great price. Comment:
Bought this to replace my PCIE card that was working but was taking to much place since I have a mAtx board. This one is great work perfectly. Don't use wifi n like most people, think about the speed of your HDD :). I have purchased over 5 of these and they have always been great. |

ASUS USB-N13 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter
Cons:Speed is all over the place out of the box, needed below.Needed the Utility installed * see summary
Pros:It worksCan reach 300mbpsUpgrading and installing the driver was simple (from the website)Disc installed the driver (old but to be expected)Shipping was fast for me. Less than 24 hrs from ordering it! Comment:
Was able to plug the adapter into any of the USB 2.0 ports on my PC and have it work once driver was installed and/or reinstalled.Looked at the Speeds and saw it all over the place between 2 and 300mbps. Entered a game and started playing online (by myself to test it out), at first the ping was fine (60 - 100), then everything stopped moving and it hit 100+, could of sworn it was over 9000 at one point then the game kicked me shortly afterwards :(. *Installed the utility (from the website - updated) and under the advanced config options, enabling Multimedia/Gaming solved the issue I had with ping, at least for now and hopefully until I end up giving it away. Highly recommend installing the utility/management application. |

ASUS USB-N13 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter
Cons:Nothing so far
Pros:USBInexpensiveGood reception Comment:
Very good little adapter. Haven't had any problems with it. I prefer to go with usb over pci, as there tends to be a plethora of usb ports on modern mobos, and it gives you the flexibility of easily swapping it to another system at any time if needed. Pricematched down to 18 bucks, this adapter was a very good buy and has given me more than adequate reception so far. |
I bought one of these for work and it worked so well I bought another one for my mom's new build. Very, very easy to setup. Haven't had any problems to speak of. Would definitely buy again.
