Very good monitor. Does take a tiny acquiring use to as far as buttons and On screen menu but not at all worth creating any egg reductions none very good common cost and even superior with the rebate. We'll see how that goes

Hooking this up as my new major monitor was easy. I had no problems with recognizing the monitor and applying my desired settings. 23" widescreen is wonderful for a desktop application as this monitor doesn't take up too much space, but delivers a nice massive image for what ever my demands. No HDMI cable integrated, had to go hunt for a spare. I use headphones so I can't speak to the high quality of the speakers. Also I haven't played with the menu because it had the settings I wanted suitable when I powered it up. I've noticed a massive distinction in the color of this monitor compared to my old Samsung I'm utilizing as a secondary monitor now. 20,000Ʌ contrast ratio is a lot nicer than four,000Ʌ, hooray for Newegg sales.

Good searching, good show. I obtain lots of Asus Monitors. I've had two of them exactly where the DVI interface went bad within a month. Rapid replacement is nice but I nonetheless have to pay for shipping 1 way.... I like Asus and rarely have good quality issues with them but it does happen to everybody on occasion.

Good monitor- plugged in and it operates like a charm Rebate supply does not perform. Went on the web to register for the rebate (part 1 of the redemption course of action) and got "there are no rebates being supplied for this item at this time" Oh the woes of rebates...why put them on there if its a sham?

Good price and shipping was totally free. Has wall mount and HDMI. None I can think of. I envision the speakers are negative but who makes use of them? Purchased an LG LED 23in just before this one. I was not paying focus and it didn't have wall mount holes. Plus it had an off colour I could not get proper. This Asus display mounted simple and looks good.

Lots of features for your funds. Not knowing you have a good sample until you get it, when buying online. I've had 4 Asus monitors more than the past year. two of this same model. three of the monitors had to go back (including the most current), because the color was so far off and not suitably adjustable. It fees me two weeks time, ฤ in shipping and a lost ฤ rebate, given that I can't get it in on time with all the delays. Asus also has a crazy rebate routine of jumping through quite a few hoops ahead of they give you a debit card, which they hope you'll forget about. I'm starting to assume that a nearby acquire makes a lot far more sense when dealing with monitors. If it's not a fantastic sample, I can take it back right away without any added expense or weeks delay. With the return fees and lost rebates, I don't consider I saved a penny for my aggravation buying these on-line.

first thing i did was hock it up to my blue-ray to test the screen and how the colors look....I have a 32 1080P Tv and this puts it to shame its bright, clear the colors and wonderful. I love it. I'm not a fan of the gloss finish, finger prints bug me. not really a con trigger i don't use the speakers that come with it, there very good for a film or for temp use but not a extended time. more than all greatest screen iv ever had...you want this screen

Functions beautifully with each my computer and PS3. The rebate procedure was awful- don't count on ever finding your Visa card. I was told I didn't contain the signed rebate type or barcode when I most surely did.

I suppose its a decent sufficient monitor when it functions, which isn't for quite lengthy. Monitor worked for 1 week out of the box then stopped accepting any kind of video input.

My initially time shopping for an Asus item and boy, am I happy. The screen is a lot larger than I imagined. Displays crystal clear and no dead pixels on mine.Nicely worth the 179.99 i spent on it and the free shipping i got on this. Gaming on this puppy is so sharp and clear. No ghosting whatsoever. Stays pretty cool as well. Basically Gorgeous MONITOR! Headphone jack is hidden above the sound jack and it was hard to come across. Does not come with an hdmi cable. Speakers suck (but all monitor speakers suck). I advocate this to anybody in the monitor marketplace. Not a single dead pixel. Packaging was decent.Make certain you down some 1080p wallpaper for it :DAmazing!

For 179.99, you can't actually beat it. Asus has been great to me from netbooks to MOBOs. Concerning the speakers, they are just alright, but not much expected. They will be great for my dorm room (not also loud, not to quiet). Navigating via the menu is a bit weird and unless you know the on-monitor buttons by heart, it's hard to tell what they are unless you have above avergae lighting. All round, very good purchase.

very substantial screen, glossy hardware, very sturdy set up. the base is set on tight, w/o being difficult to assemble. does not wiggle or wobble, which is important to me as i have cats. the picture is clear and vivid, had to make no adjustments. I play World of Warcraft, and this monitor is a comprehensive upgrade from my last ၻ inch lcd acer from four years ago!* and tends to make game play a whole new and way much better encounter! no cons, this monitor is a great deal. could not possibly get superior for the dollars you pay.

Value range. A dead pixel. Ordering monitors on-line sucks.This monitor requires a couple seconds longer to turn on than other individuals.Logo soon after turning it on. I seriously dislike the buttons, particularly with them becoming on the incredibly corner of the monitor. Not a big deal.

I've bought two of these now, each worked good correct out of the box. No undesirable pixels. Crystal clear screen.I'm operating each monitors off a GeForce GTX 460, i7-930, 8 gig of ram. None that I can see with my two monitors. Other have had a fried pixel, but maybe I just got lucky with mine. I'll be acquiring 2 additional soon for my other 2 systems.

low cost, major, looks nice makes a horribly annoying noise anytime the pixels are actively shifting. if watching a film or anything, i can mute the computer system and hear these genuinely annoying sounds from the monitor.
