good fan a little loud
Comment:
louder than 4 120mm aerocool fans but i think it moves more air than one 120 good length on power cable overall good fan and fast shipping

Lots of airflow, but also lots of noise.
Comment:
This fan moves air, but it's EXTREMELY loud! It's great if you're building a server, but for a desktop it will probably be way too loud.

Great Case Fan, but....
Comment:
I purchased this PC case fan (2 each) over the ThermalTake fan of same size mostly due to the cheaper price (approx. one half the price). Bad decision! These two fans move quite a bit of air (intake and exhaust) but they are very, very, very loud. Guess it's due to the small size and a RPM rating of 4000+. Should have listened to previous reviewers concerning the loudness of the fan. Aerocool makes some good fans---my opinion, this isn't one of them. Would not buy again.

Not bad but definitely not quiet.
Comment:
Installs easily, moves plenty of air, reasonable power demands, but they aren't kidding when they talk about how loud it is.

Good but loud
Comment:
installed this unit over the weekend and it works flawlessly,in fact I am getting RMP ratings of 4300+ when this fan is only rated for 4000rpm. I installed it in the front of my case to cool both of my hard drives and in that respect I could not ask for more, the over all temperature of my case has dropped by 19 degrees. The one downside however is the sound. My Tower was never quite but now my office sounds like an airport. After several days it is starting to get to me, I may get a fan with better noise control. I hate to give up the airflow of this little guy but It makes it difficult to watch a movie or listen to music or even talk to the person next to you.

really moves the air, only drawback it's loud. If you need something to get the job done, who cares about a little noise.

Fairly good
Comment:
they seem to be fairly well built. a bit noisy, but i have them on a controller. i bought 3 to replace my radiator fans, and they move more air than the stock ones did. the insulation seems a bit thin on the wires. time will tell if the bearings hold up to 24/7 running.

AeroCool AEROFANS-X X-Blaster Case Fan
Comment:
Lots of air... nice and loud.. doing crunching for cancer research you need to have the system cool since it pegged at full load all the time.. no need for the fan controller since the noise actually helps me sleep... zzzzzz sounds like my PC is in a clean room of it's own.. lots of air flow and proper maintenance a system can last longer then the adverage of 2 - 3 years try like 5 - 7 years.. with all the air going parts last longer.. especially the hard drives.. cool to the touch one mounted right next to it... keeps the spindle bearing from heating up and wearing down making noisy hard drives.. with systems more powerful and cooling a pain.. I find air cooled systems better then watercooled.. it all comes to what you got for hardware....

I have 2 of these fans in my computer 1 on my CPU heatsink that replaced my stock 60mm and one for my rear exhaust fan that replaced my stock 80mm and this keeps my computer at real cool temps running them at mid-range about 2200-2400 rpms. They keep my Ambient temp at 30C and my CPU at 29C. This fan is really good for the price and is way better than the stock fans. When turned up they are loud but cant complain they keep my Ambient temp at 32C and CPU at 39C at full load. Gotta give this fan a 5 star rating.AMD Athlon 64 3500+ , 1 gig DDR 400 , MSI MS-7093 Motherboard , ATI X700 256 MB PCI-X , 200 gig Harddrive , Windows XP MCE 2005

If your looking for a fan to move a lot of air and provide serious cooling, this is it. They are loud, but chances are if your in the market for this much cooling, priorities are performance. I gave it a 4 because I bought 3 and one fan was not assembled correctly which gave it a severe wiggle.

This fan is noisy. I had 2, one intake and one exaust on my case(Ultra Wizard Black ATX Mid-Tower Case). Took them both out and now I only have one Aerocool UV Led (Blue/Blue) 80MM Case Fan blowing exaust and its only a slight difference in temps under load.

This fan is well worth the extra cost. It moves a hellacious volume of air. Beleive the other reviews that mention the noise; this fan is loud. I've been running mine at full speed for about a month thus far and have had no problems.

After only two days of my computer being up and running(everything inside is new) two of the three aerocool fans that i purchased burned up completely. The two cheap fans that came with the case are running great. Would not recommend aerocool products to anyone.

Works well. Noisy so a fan controller is a must to put the noise into exceptable limits. Blast the sound and fans and it will remove all the heat from your case while gaming. Awsome fans.

Bought 2 of these and all i can say is what a dream, they are very loud but i have a fan controller so unless my system is overheating they stay at half power and are reasonably silent. I have just order 2 more of these today to replace some cheap $3 fans that were rated at 40cfm but after hooking them up i would say they are more like 10cfm. These fans are fantastic and i recommend them to everyone even more so if you have a fan controller.

OMG this thing is loud, but is amazing. I have to keep it off when my parents are arround(more of my dad) because it's too loud for them to hear the TV over it. All in all, this is a great buy and trust me, I'm going to get another as soon as i move my PC into my room =P.

an extremely powerful fan, will def. cool ur system down. Everytime i start my computer up u can hear tha fan roar with power. I would give it a 5 since it is very good and cools the system like you wouldnt believe, but i gave it a 4 because of tha noise you have to deal with, i dont mind it that much but u def will notice it.

The most powerfull 80mm fan you can buy.. But buy a inexpensive fan controler becouse at full 4000 RPM it gets loud ... well worth it if your case does not come with a decent 120mm fan or those weak stock 80mm fans . if your not gaming just turn it down. fan controler around $4.00 for a single fan. Also the best side panel 80mm fan to keep your video card cool since this one is STRONG.........Again dont forget the fan speed controler YOU NEED IT.
