This power supply runs properly and the cords are simple to handle. It delivers those cords which you will want and any further are simply added due to it getting modular. Also, its incredibly quiet. The first one I received was DOA which is why I knocked off two eggs. Others have posted that although a solution may possibly arrive broken it shouldn't be knocked down two eggs. Considering that the rating does not reflect Newegg (who have been outstanding as usually!) I knocked off the two eggs, since when I order a product I expect it to function and so this should be reflected in how the solution is rated.

It powers on. The factor sounds like a freakin jet engine. I couldn't think how loud this point is. I can actually hear it from the next area. I adore antec merchandise (I have their 900-two case) but this power provide will be the last I buy. Its super obnoxious. Do oneself a favor and buy a distinct power supply.

ModularLots of cablesQuite great PSUPowers my OCed 955 BE and dual OCed GTX275s just fine. Modular - Its only partially modular so I am forced to have an 8 pin connector when my mobo only demands the 4 pin, it really should have been modular or just have the 8 pin that breaks into dual for pins so its only a single cable.

It is a bit bigger then the normal inexpensive power provide and it is also HEAVER!! Its well built as nicely as not all parts are cramed on one particular board.. this items heavy, effectively built and I am impressed . Had 2 OCZ burn out in a single year.. so trying Antic as i have had excellent luck with all there stuff including circumstances <my dragon case is nonetheless in use 8 year old case> so when i wait for the OCZ to send me a repaired 3rd power supply . my system is operating on this 24ǝ and i am not disappointed. it is a bit larger.. had to move it to the bottom on my haf932 case.. have a radiator on prime and only have 7 inches open. the power supply takes like 1Ǟth inch much more.. arrgh.. but the key cable for the power to mother board fit <yeah> longer then typical 20ቴ pin main cable and eps cable , fantastic. Incredibly Extremely quiet and Wonderful air flow.. cool operating. man i sound like a antic commercial..

Came rapidlyWorks beautifully and is really quieter than my prior energy provide Yes its modular... but only kindaThe modularity bit only implies you don't have EVEN A lot more cables unless you actually actually need to have themBut I don't so this isn't a big challenge for me

Comment:
Semi-modular cabling is a decent compromise, and routed well for me. This replaced a TruePower Trio 550W, and enhanced stability beneath heavy load. I have 5 Antec power supplies in the property, like two TP 550w ones. The EA750 at idle is louder than the rest place with each other; below load it makes an ASUS two-slot 4850 inaudible in comparison. It was unexpected and unacceptable. Energy supplies are not perfectly efficient; they have heat they need to have to dump too. Could really feel heat, so not positive fan replacement (got a 135mm fan lying around?) to lower CFM would be a very good notion. Also, yes, PS is longer than most, and will not align with most bottom-mounted bottom-facing intake holes. My interior temps are low, but drawing air from situation can't make the heat dilemma much better.

Performs wonderful just as described and lots of energy for my 4 ghz i3 cpu. This is Very quietm so anyone whos picky about noise, I cant hear mine at all, not even at max load 100% cpu and ram usage. The case fans are all I can hear, which are still incredibly quiet. I gave it four stars for a couple of reasons: quantity a single, it took just about 4 months to get my mail in rebate, I virtually thought they forgot to give it to me lol and also since it states thats its compatible with the intel i5 and i7, so it would make one particular who is not knoledgeable believe that its not compatible with an i3, but I did my personal research and discovered out that it was. Overall wonderful item. The only genuine complaint is the MIR wait time, but im glad that I got it lastly :)

Quiet, supplies all the power I will need for my components, 80+ silver licensed, and the good quality you anticipate from Antec. None hence far. The Semi-modular setup is a little disappointing, but at this cost you can't actually complain for what you get!

Looks to be created well. The semi-modular style is very good, I have also several cables to count (which is very good). The sheathing is good top quality, not fantastic, but, adequate. (I'm not putting in a server right here). It's heavy. If you have an old case and want to mount this above your motherboard - forget it. It's also heavy unless you mount it with several screws. Play it safe and use the Pc sideways. I have no way to ascertain whether or not or not the DC ripple, hum, or quality of the output is seriously good. I do know it can manage hefty-duty video cards and more than-clocking. And that's all I will need it for.I just hope the fan holds out. Maintain in mind I've only had this provide for a week or so. From what I can tell, the high quality appears good - even so I have concerns because this supply was created in China.Quickly I turn into worried and envision really low-cost capacitors being used, or garbage solder joints. I haven't opened this up but.

Much more than sufficient power to keep my rig goingParticularly quiet, if I hadn't cheaped out on the rear case fan you'd never ever know my computer was turned on.Added cables, which it turned out I did need to have even although i thought i didn't, SATA cable wasn't very long sufficient to reach both harddrives and the dvd burner, but fortunately there's space for 2 more! Let off an annoying smell for the initial small while, went away soon after it was burnt in (about five hours running time)Had to move my dvdrom from the top rated slot to the bottom to make room for the cables, PS is a small large for a microATX case, but it does fit with some "creative packing" I've been living off of residence-brand 750watt energy supplies that just kept burning out and were really loud, and decided to just ask for this for xmas due to the fact i just kept placing off spending the great money. turned out to only be about ฤ more than the inexpensive ones i've purchased prior to.just bear in mind to open a window when you first boot it up :P

Very good assortment of connectors on key connectors (the non-modular connectors). I have twin HD 5770 GPU's and don't even want to use the modular add-on connectors, which is good considering that it saves on clutter. Output voltages tested out good for the 12v, 5v, and 3.3v outputs - 12.01v, 5.08v and three.34v, respectively - properly within accepted tolerances. Great cost for 750w. Not a big deal, but not 100% modular - there's a major, non-modular bundle that has: * Major Connector ྴƲpin)* EPS12V 8pin (also goes into MB, on my setup),* 3x peripheral (with a FDD at finish)* 3x SATA* 6ưpin PCI-E and 6pin PCI-E.Then there's a modular port for a cable containing:* 6ưpin PCI-E, and 6pin PCI-E connectorThere there are two remaining ports for which any two of the following four connectors can be attached:* 3x SATA* 3x SATA* 3x peripheral* 3x peripheral

Lots of energy, fits fantastic in my Antec 900 TICK, TICK, TICK, This thing is driving me crazy. I can hear the fan rubbinig on some thing. The ticking is there about 95% of the time. Not real loud, but quite annoying. I dont want to take my personal computer down to RMA this. Antec must be sending out replacements at no charge to us. I believed i was buying the greatest. Energy seems good, develop appears poor.

Quiet , powerfull, reliable (for me).Braided cables, semi- modular. Caught a excellent deal once again on this one particular. CPU lead could be a tad bit longer for better cable management. Not a huge con. I will have this model PSU running in two rigs now.By no means had a challenge with an Antec product.(PLEASE DON'T MOVE TO CHINA!!!!)

- The huge fan is Quite quiet.- It's portion-modular. That's better than non-modular. I was capable to leave out one cable, and only had to hide one extra cable.- It has enough energy to not be worried about overloading my PSU. This factor is Big. Massive as in deeper than all my other Antec PSU's. To get it in my Thermaltake Armor complete size situation, I had to get rid of the back panel, remove the situation's top-exuast fan, eliminate my two removeable 5.25" HDD bays, and eliminate the USB/Adio ports on top of my situation. NOT enjoyable. Nevertheless, it ended up fitting, and I guess it has to be bigger for all that energy... So not truly a con, just a solid NOTE to spend attention to before acquiring. <Antec>

Quite great PSU! bought this for my son to use in the laptop or computer he built. He is working with it with a MSI mobo and 6 core AMD Processor, EVGA graphics and a Creative Labs Sound Card. He didn't have any difficulty making Sata connections with the plugs on the PSU. Plenty of power for almost everything. A small pricey, rebates take forever! lol
