Got it in a barebones kit, and I love this thing it fit into my case so amazingly. Loads up great and my first PC build was great cause of this board.

Installed and set up without a hitch. Runs great.

I installed XP and everything went fine. I then upgraded to Vista and the audio quit working. After 3 days of trying to fix it, I discovered that the driver uninstalls poorly and leaves a lot of junk in the registry which multiplies as you try different versions of the driver. After manually deleting every line of the registry that referred to HD audio, of which there were more than 100, I installed the latest driver and everything worked. Upgrading Vista caused it to not work again because the default in the HD audio driver got turned off and I had to select it again. Everything has been working for a while now and I am pleased with the motherboard but I will stay away from other boards using the VIA audio driver.

I got this board as part of a barebones kit. The connectors on the board itself need to be changed as far as position. With my graphics card installed, I had to make the chassis fan wires 7 inches longer to go over it and plug in.

Was replacing an 6 year old machine. I've been an ASUS motherboard user for years. First time for Biostar. It lacks extra features but serves my purpose. It booted without a hitch, went together easily and has been working without a hickup for about a month. I would recommend their products.

Not sure what the other guy's problems are but this board was easy to install and easy to get everything working, no problems encountered at all. Not my first choice of system board, I prefer a full size board with some more expansion slots and sata connectors but for the price and use of this board in my wife's computer. Good enough.

I used thi Mobo to built my roommate a new system. Most of the time it runs great, but a couple games occasionally get a BSOD and the sound will randomly cut out and he'll have to restart the system

I returned two dead boards. waiting for number three now. If I have trouble with this board, I will never buy a Biostar product again!

The onboard LAN does not work. went to the site and downloaded the latest drivers and was still unable to get it to work. Had to use the PCI slot and a LAN card for internet access.

the Ethernet connector is broken. Win7 says it's OK but the system claims no cable is connected. The same cable works well when moved to another computer. The single PCI slot is needed for a NIC. I wish it had more slots

If you are using a video card that has a larger heat sink you will have very very little room between it and the Sata connections. Ditto the lone PCI slot. The CPU fan also comes very close to the memory. Keep those things in mind. Very solid value and porformance for what youre paying. Just keep in mind that this a much smaller matx board than usual. Space is tight. Very tight. But I'm pleased with it

Loved everything about this board. Easy to Install and configure. Easy website to download the drivers once OS was installed. used a quad core processor and 4GB ram but wish it had 4 ddr2 memory slots for a 64bit system. But at this prices who could complain about such a great deal for the price.

Mother board is extremelly small and cpu fan is to close to memory slots but works well so far. installed four days ago and works fine so far.

System went together without a hitch, had no problems with setup and ran fine. I would consider this to be a great little starter Motherboard.hard to beat price vs performance.

I use to always use biostar. never had a problem with these boards but this one when it arrived it was doa sent it back got it a week later and once again no problems.put a quad core processor in it and it runs excellent

I'm a complete amateur at computer but I had only one problem with this board which I bought as part of a kit - the back panel for the ports is not suitable for the arrangements of the ports and had to leave it off. Hasn't effected performance.

I beleive the price to value is great (combo). The board seems to be working without any issues. I bought a dual core before and it crashed within a month. The only issue I have found so far is that my reset button isn't working and I burnt a device (cheap web cam) from my usb port so not sure what thats about. Over-all I am satisfied with my purchase and recomend anyone eles looking for this product. I am a amature builder without total techinical knowledge. I would suggest to the manufacture to provide a more detailed step by step manual because builders like myself need more detailed support.
