Bought in a barebones kit. Tried ESXi install. Although chipset is listed on HCL, ESXi still fought. Loaded ubuntu 9 server and vmware server. Runs Great.

Very nice MB. Part of a Monster Deal. It's got enough slots to keep your PC top of the line for some time. Integrated graphics and sound are surprisingly decent.

No real problems setting up board. My biggest gripe was that there is no info in the instruction booklet for setting up RAID. You are on your own.

This is an excellent mobo. It installed easily and all the components I plugged into it work great. I'm using an AMD Phenom II. This is a very fast computer.

Works well as expected. Sound and video very good for my home entertainment unit. Should not need extra video card therefore very quiet. Would not work at 1066 with OCZ Fatality RAM

This motherboard is pretty good. The onboard HDMI is actually REALLY impressive. I'm used to onboard video being 2nd rate but this one screams 1080 video. You basically get two audio cards. one audio stream in the HDMI, and another onboard audio that supports Coaxial and optical 7.1 audio (additional cable required) can be found on Biostar's web site. Not on Tiger's site for some reason but I'm sure the connection to the motherboard is standarized.

CPU and Fan install very easily. The CD that comes with the board is useless, because for some reason it doesn't install the drivers instead it says cannot find driver for that hardware (sound). Also internal sound doesn't support 4.1 (Oh well). The board itself is laid out very nicely and labeled great. Works like a champ and is fast. I would recommend it.

Board is a good one, but went into some problem installing Windows server 2008 64bit. You need to use SATA plug 1 or 2 (was using sata plug 5) otherwise you may have a problem booting with PNPCLASS.SYS Manual is horrible, no explanation no help... But still a very good board for the price !!!

I will post an update when the rest of the parts arrive. Had UPS not lost the first one my review would have been done sooner. MB works excellent in the comp its running now. Will be upgrading it to a phenom x4 within the next week, and will repost if anything major happens. But a good MB for the price.

The shear installtion and the many features are impressive. My 700 watt power system and the 64 bit vista really brings the bear in this mother board to a roar. coupled with my hd video card with the 1 gig onboard memory and the full 16 gig. installed on the mother board it is an awesome combo.

i got this bored cause my bored i wanted did not sell anymore so i got this one it fast it works with the AM3 processors and easy over clocking for tho who do not know what to do it a great bored for the price and it plays fallout and all the new games just fine it is not the best but for tho who are just looking for a bored for the time this is the one for you.

It is an ok board but it does have some problems sometimes I have to reboot it 1 or 2 times to get it to complete post and let the system startup and get to the Windows loading screen. Maybe I just got a bad one or something because I've always had good luck with all the other Biostar boards I've purchased. Yes I have tried updating to the latest BIOS to see if that would help but no luck.

But I do recommend deleting all of nvidia drivers. Actually reformat if you have nvidia drivers before installing this Motherboard less headaches I promise you that, Haven't had any problems yet.

Had two of these boards replaced. Both with the same problem, no video on DVI. Second board also had bad CPU socket, it damaged my CPU, so I had to replace that also. Replaced with BigabyteGA-MA785GM-US2H, this one works great. I had to also replace the OCZ memory because it didnt work with the new MB. This retailer's Service is absolutely amazing. They replaced everything with no problems. I am strongly recommend this retailerfor all computer needs. THANK YOU!!!

this was my first purchace , and i must say these guys are among the best. order was shipped promptly and as promised. Right now I'm triple booting WI XP home (32 bit), WI 7 64 bit (no longer bootable, a file corrupted, i don't know the cause) and Sabayon linux 64 bit. Sabayon is working great, as was 7 while it lasted. WI XP 32 bit running OK, wanna try a 64 bit ver tho as they seem more stable and fast. Onboard graphics and sound leave little to be desired, looking forward to the day i can afford to add 2x graphics cards ... installing linux was a bit of a challenge, as i had much trouble finding a distro that would sucessfully install, Ubuntu, PCLOS, no go, only fedora and sabayon so far - both work gr8 tho - my only regret with this board is i forgot to make sure it had atleast one e-sata port on the back, and sadly, it does not,

1st RMA'd BAD Audio chipset. 2nd came quick works great using it now with 2 Ati HD3870 OC. Plays all games full graphics BALLS TO THE WALL. For a low budget this is great purchase. A very good value

Bought this to go with my phenom x4 940. worked perfectly and setup is a breeze. only problem is that in reality, its only only 1 pci slot available since the master video card slot is the bottom one and itll most likely get in the way of the pci slot right next to it. i dont mind since i dont need both slots but just something to keep in mind.

I got this in combo with Phenom II 720BE. The only problem has been my OCZ REAPER 1066 will not run stable on this board regardless of voltage settings or manual setup. However when I run it at 800 with the NB clock set to 2000 it gets a 7.5 rating in Windows 7RC. Have HD4670 x2 in crossfire, 720 Phenom II BE OC'd to 3300. AMD overdrive benchmark is about 9400.

This was the best motherboard I ever bought. It has a boat load of features perfect for customization. 6 gigs of DDR1033 Ram, 1.5 terrabite drive, ATI crossfire 512mb graphics, blu ray drive, and 3.2GHz Phenom II CPU.

Great MoBo. I've had it for about 10 months now. With the Phenom X4 it's really fast. I've messed around with many computers and with this it is by far the best I've ever had/played with. And I only payed about... $450 for it. If you're a gamer you might wanna up the video card though, I'm not so it doesn't bother me a bit. I have it on a 50" tv and everything is clear up to about 15 feet. Great!
