This device should keep your GPS in place through all but the most violent maneuvers. My Ford Explorer has a pretty smooth and slippery dashboard, but it hasn't slid off yet. It is constructed of sturdy materials, and although it's not small. it is relatively unobtrusive. I am very satisfied with this product.

At this price it is a steal. I paid $25 about eight weeks ago. I have driven over 1500 miles with this mount, over all types of roads, and it never moved. I see Garmin has one out now for $40. Buy this one or one for each car. No-brainer

I am very pleased with this product. It stays put on the dash of my truck, which doesn't have much room. It lets me position the unit for best operating position. Great product at a great price.

Work well. Stay put on the dash. Better position than the windshield mounting: closer to driver. With my TomTom model 1, the braket that come with the GPS is a little short and this create problem with the power cable, making positionning of the GPS not so easy.

This portable GPS holder works as advertised. The non-skid base holds the GPS securely on the dashboard without any problems. The only thing that I dis-like about it is the holder a little too deep for my TomTom 330S to mount on it easily. Even after I mounted it securely to the holder, but the monitor angle was not exactly what I like it to be at and I couldn't re-adjust it without breaking the mount. However, I still think it is a good product and workable.

I love this - no more marks on the windshield. Very well made except it could be just a little smaller; it fits on my dash but there is not much room - I'd like to put it closer to the glass but the Garmin doesn't fit. However, it stays put and doesn't slip. I'd recommend this to anyone!

this is a great product and so inexpensive. I received it really quick. it is so easy to manage and I can cover up the stuck on glue from the attach to dashboard stuff so yes I love it

Store price was $10 more for the same product. It stays put and doesn't slide off the dash. With the increase in GPS thefts, I can leave the holder in the car and take the GPS in the house, or hide the GPS in the car. No one knows that I have a it because the tell tale suction cup ring on the windshield left by the GPS is not there. No ring, no car break in looking for the GPS. A no Brainer.

This handy little 'beanbag' is far superior to the windshield mounts. I constantly had to realign my GPS when it was on the windshield depending on the sun's position and that was only when the windshield mount wasn't falling off! The 'beenie' is slightly larger than my center dash but it's held it's own and neither it nor the GPS has moved since being placed there over a month ago.

This beanbag works like the old triangular one and is very effective at holding the unit in place even with sudden stops. It is very large though and would not fit easily on my dash so I had to return it. Although it involves a permanent mount the disc is a much better alternative unless you are renting a car or can't "ruin" a leased or company car.

My Garmin would not stay stuck to my windshield. I've had this device for over a month and used it on a daily basis. The little guy just works and works great.

Picked this up to go with a gps my dad bought and considering the price and all, this holder is pretty darn nice, it holds onto the dash of our 300c as well as the cover of the cup fillers witch surprised me... a very nice product and i recommend it to any1 who wants a nice holder

I had no idea of the real 'need' for this mount but once I tried to use my GPS without it, it was over! I immediately saw the 'need!' Very glad it was a 'recommended buy, ' as I would not have been able to properly use and enjoy my GPS without it!
