This Nav-Mat works great, even better than the original Garmin one does, and it's cheaper too! What more could you ask for. I have used it in a Ford Taurus and a GMC Yukon and it stays put. Great product that works as advertised.

Looked at same product in store for $20.00 more. Went to this site and saved that twenty bucks. Less than half of that paid my shipping. Suprisingly heavy, where you put it, is where it stays. Be sure to remove from dashboard when not using. Can be damaged by high heat temp. areas of the country.

This is the greatest invention for the hassles of windoe suction mounts. It never has to be taken out of the holder. Why didn't the gps companies come up with this in the beginning. Alleviates the problem in California where it is against the law to mount a gps on your window.

Easy to use, stays put and blends in well with the dash in my new Ford Fusion Hybrid. The price is more than reasonable and would recommend the unit highly and also this site. A pleasure to do business with them.

Wife loves it. Window mounting kept the GPS too far away. Dash mounting would not work unless I superglued the plastic mounting disk to the dashboard (thus permanantly defacing the dash). I didn't really want to pay twenty bucks for something so simple -- but it turns out to be worth it.

This is my first GPS,so I wasn't sure how big this product needed to be. It is almost too big for my small Honda CR-V dashboard, but it does the trick. Once my Garmin goes in, it's secure as can be. Glad I chose it instead of the windshield mount.

Why did'nt I think of this and make lots of bucks! It is a simple weight that can stay in one place... on the dash. Attach the suction cup of the Garmin to the base of this little holder and you are cruising. I found that the suction cup came lose after an hour and some bumpy riding. I may not have put it on securly or the sun shining on it generated enough heat to make it lose the vacume. Yes it is helpful as I can port it between my wife's car and my jealopy, and take it off the dash and place it on the floor of the car so it is less visible to them preying little hands. They are directionless anyway!

This is great for states that don't allow any suction devices to be attached to the windshield. Also great for car rentals. Really secured my GPS to the dashboard. I highly recommend this product. And,as usual, had it shipped in no time.

This prevents your car from having the car burglar's "GPS alert" (the ring on the windshield or dashboard from the mount). We drove all over the Apalachians for two weeks with the Nuvi 255W mounted to it with no problems - didn't slide even under brutal brake applications to avoid a collision. It pulls off the dash and conceals under the seat easily so no worries about the GPS getting stolen (remember to pull the power cord from the lighter though. There's even room to rest your EZPass inside the ring in front of the GPS mount so everthing is in one spot. Well worth the money - not as slick and compact as the 4-point bean bag of the older Garmins, but still a great deal!

Just got my wife a Garmin refurb from here that was an awesome deal. Then we tried to mount it in her VW New Beetle to use as both GPS and bluetooth hands free for her cell phone. The dash on that Beetle seems like it is four feet long, and the windshield so far away she could not reach it anywhere. Searched the 'net and found all kinds of solutions fo a hundred bucks or more. Her dash is curved and we didn't want to spoil it by using the glued permanent mount that also came with the Garmin. Found this and thought it looked cheesy in the pics and doubted it would do the job. This holder is much bigger "in person" very well made, and works like it was glued on! It sits on a hump in the center of the dash! No sliding, it is secure. It ain't just a bean bag with a disc sewn in.

I connected my Garmin 680 on to this, and it works like a charm. It is bigger than the picture looks, about 7 inches across, and it is heavy.

This thing works everyplace I put it in a variety of cars! On the dash, on a cup holder, on a center console, etc. And it just lifts up and "hides" when I want it to. Good purchase!

This works great. Its much better then using the window mount or the disk mount provided by Garmin. Although it did move around on some of the rough roads you encounter, the problem was almost totally solved by placing a non-slip liner between the product and the truck dash. I would recommend this product.

I have owned several GPS systems that required a laptop computer. While they worked fine it was a pain mounting the laptop and to view the screen. I have owned one other GPS with a dash mount and had that on the windshield. It feel off every 5 min, so when I brought my new navagon GPS I bought the holder right away. It brings the GPS much closer, so it is easier to see. Also the mount stays put. I have no problems with it even moving let alone falling off the dash. This unit is a fantastic holder !!!
