My aunt purchased a dell e521 over a year ago, and it came preloaded with vista residence basic, with 512mb of RAM, she was not satisfied with it so I installed ubuntu, so the program could run decently, I told her to order this memory and to get a copy of windows XP, as soon as she did I went more than her residence installed the RAM and XP on her system and now it runs far better than ever. NONE

A single of the two slices of memory perform 1 of the two slices dosent work Very poor return policy for merchandise that doesn't operate out of the box, too numerous hoops to jump by means of. Why really should the customer have to pay a restocking fee for a item that does not work as promised?

Right after a poor knowledge with 4GB of comparable Important RAM, I 1st purchased 2GB of these Corsair sticks. They have been operating perfectly for 3 months. I nevertheless had two slots open, and a need for far more RAM. I now have 4GB (Well, three.43GB that Windows XP can manage, anyway, but that's yet another story). I'm quite pleased with Corsair. I will never trust Critical once again. Cons? There are no cons.

Had RAM for more than 2 years, with no issues! Price tag could be much better for todays standards for what this RAM is. Would buy it all more than once again if I had the possibility!!

Purchased two of these to take my program up to 4GB. Shipping was rapid, and they arrived nicely packaged. Memtest86+ shows both are working. None Make positive you have a 64-bit OS that can use four GB ram.

value is excellent. i bought one particular of these when i initially built my tower, i got tired of waiting while i was multi-tasking, so i got a different. now my dual core can use much more of its possible. one particular was good, two is twice as fantastic. my mobo isn't compatible with 800 mhz.

Works two months and going on. Nice! Combined shipping with DVD drive arrived swift. Ordered one additional but no combined items and DHL delivery was terrible. I give you 3 stars! Don't use DHL!

trustworthy, rapid and affordable none so far I have been working with Kingston as my top choice. This time I was searching for memory to upgrade my recently bought Dell inspiron 530 and located this one with very a few very good comments and the value is also great (dell oem 1 charges 75% additional). Most crucial, it functions good on my dell laptop.

Inexpensive DDR2. It operates as advertised. It's just affordable DDR2 RAM and the SPD is only up to 333MHz. As long as RAM works as advertised, that's all that can be expected of it.I installed it ƒx1gig) in a new, Biostar 945GC-M4 MOBO and it runs flawlessly. I ran a RAM test plan for rather a whilst and it did not find any errors with the RAM. If you program on runnning speeds higher than 333, I would appear elsewhere. It may possibly run stable operating higher but, it may well not.Nonetheless, if you want inexpensive DDR2 and are operating at 333 or lower, this RAM will run just fine.A compurter does not care what RAM looks like, it just has to function appropriately and, this does.

low-cost, 1.9v @ 723 would go greater but i downclocked my cpu, running @ 4-four-four-8. you wish.. have a ram cooler if you wanna overclocked this since theres no heatspreader..

It worked out of the box, and tested clear with Memtest 86+. I got 2 sticks, and am operating them in dual channel with no an problem. none I have installed over 15 sticks form this firm in multiple computers. Only 1 ever failed, and it was promptly replaced by Corsair.Just use the default settings on them, and you won't have an concern.

Works, Reliable, Very good Price Not actually any, However. Only 667, not anything to complain about given that my board is fairly outdated now and this is the fastest ram it can support. I have 2 of these and they have been operating for more than a year with no an issue. Not the fastest technique in the globe, but it helps run oblivion quicker than the X*** 36*!

really fast speed. no probelm with it. had to jiggle it little bit to make it work. dilivery.dhl sent it by means of normal mail took along time to get here.. overall excellent for the cost no probelm with it so far.

Low-cost, Works Doesn't look as cool as some other ram with fancy heat spreaders and stuff. I had a an old Dell with two open RAM slots, so I dropped two of these guys in there and now I've got an added 2Ǚrds RAM and I can truly notice the increase when working in photoshop or minimizing existing games.

This memory makes a really superior and reasonably priced RAM upgrade for Windows Vista. It sped up my laptop or computer's performance incredibly noticeably. The only con for me was that my personal computer would not boot effectively with two 1gig modules and two 512MB modules, so I have to run my computer on the two gigs of Corsair that I purchased, instead of a total of three. This is the fault of my motherboard, not the memory. Don't run Vista on 1 gig of ram!
