Frank Rating: Review Date: 07/14/11	CORSAIR 2GB (2 x 1GB) 200-Pin Dual Channel Kit Laptop Memory Comment: Bought this to upgrade my Latitude D520 and it's been running with no problems for close to two years now. I've run XP, 7 and currently Ubuntu 10.10 and have had no problems recognizing all of it. I use this machine as a webserver and as a result rarely power it down, but even immediately after all this time of it continuously becoming on the RAM passes every test with flying colors. Fantastic value for the cash, which is typical of Corsair IMO. Didn't turn my laptop into a time machine.

This wasn't sufficient for my needs so I upgraded it to to 2 x 1GB. I notice slightly faster boot times and responsiveness. Linux runs even faster now. I am a happy camper.

Installed it without problems, and it was fully recognized on bootup. Don't seem to be having any problems with the ram so far. Paid $64.99 for it at the time.

The system is stable. The RAM keeps programs running happily, including Adobe Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. It's a good quality product that you can depend on. For $80 that I bought it, now it is even a better deal for $65. Oh well, this stuff goes up and down in price. Just buy some when you catch it at a good time.

I had been somewhat monitoring the prices of laptop RAM, and could not pass on this special $64.99 price when I saw it.Installation was easy, primarily due to the easily accessible RAM slots on the motherboard. After installation, an increase in performance is definitely noticeable. The system boots faster, not lightninig fast, but definitely faster than before. Applications load quicker, and returning from sleep mode is quicker as well.

Pros:price Comment: I received memory the other day from NCIX.Unfortunatelly one stick is bad and it hangs my computer. Corsair was very quick in issuing RMA number.I guess I will have to pay for shipping to CORSAIR plus I will have to wait another week to get replacement memory. The old ram ran at 533 mhz and the fsb of the processor i have is 667, this ram runs at 667 so everything is nice and running at the same speed! Two thumbs up!

Pros:Très bon prix en solde à 69.99$.Fonction bien avec mon Laptop (Compaq V6110CA). Comment: J'ai acheté ce kit de barrettes de mémoire plus parce que le prix était dérisoire (69.99$) que parce que j'en avais réellement besoin. Je ne regrette pas mon achat parce que le prix de ces barrette à déjà commencer à remonter. J'ai installé ces barrette dans laptop Compaq V6110Ca et passer Memtest 86 pendant plus de deux heures et aucun erreur n'a été détectée et Windows XP tourne sans problème avec ce kit de mémoire. Un très très bon achat particulièrement au prix que j'ai payé.

A huge upgrade from 512mb that's for sure. I would ask Ram Guy on the Corsair troubleshooting website first just to make sure.
