I was operating 512 megs with XP and it wasn't fairly enough. This stick makes tends to make her run excellent and the price was correct. None. I installed the stick and it worked perfectly...even started overclocking a small and it's excellent.

I've had it running almost 24ǝ for six years, and it still performs excellent! Following all this time, DDR is nevertheless fairly expensive compared to equivalent capacities of DDR2. That's sort of a pro for this memory, though, since I haven't had to replace it!

Inexpensive with rebate. Not so affordable when defective and return shippping comes close to the rebate quantity. Add in time spent and it's not the deal it seemed. This is the initial time memory has offered me a true dilemma. Most times it's just not compatible with one brand and functions in an additional. (Dell, IBM, HP, and so forth.)

I purchased this for a computer system I built for my Mom a couple years ago. Installed and booted initially time. Wonderful value for the price. None The Egg Saver shipping is horrible. I waited nicely more than a week for the product to be delivered, and the tracking never ever worked until the day ahead of delivery. My Dad ordered RAM for his laptop on 7ǜ employing Egg Saver and has not but received it. Each time he emails Newegg he gets a diverse answer as to when the product was shipped. Tracking has but to work for him. Newegg has been great up to this point for me, and the exact same goes for my workplace. I guess you get what you pay for.

Fits in just fine, comes with screws, not loud no LEDs, but whatever I was a bit skeptical immediately after I was reading all of these testimonials that they didn't fit, but figured it was worth a shot. Turns out, it does. And it keeps my 1 TB WD caviar black HDD nice and cool.

I bought 4 sticks and 3 of them have worked flawlessly for years. Right after two-3 years one went undesirable, but Corsair made it effortless to replace for free of charge. Just the stick I had to replace.

Was nice although it worked. Failed over a year later, purchased 2ǜባ. Triggered random bluescreens and slow overall performance. Soon as it was removed every little thing was operating. Even tried on a different program, which failed to even boot with it. The SECOND Corsair item to randomly fail. I had a 1GB Corsair MicoSD card that randomly decided to quit operating. Had 2 512MB of the similar kind currently in current computer system ƒyrs Old) wanted to upgrade to a total of two gigs so bought 2 of these. Despite the fact that i knew it wasnt assured that the serial production #'s would be in sync it was more affordable than buying the single 1G kit that had 2 512's in it. Nice surprise when it came in that the serial #'s had been in order so i saved some cash. Shipping was great and quickly... it showed up just before the projected ship/delivery date. Excellent packaging and in original containers. Effortless install and nevertheless till this date no crashes what so ever and a extremely nice system speed increase.
