Durable, washed and dried it twiceby accident! Significant sufficient to hold files I need for work and have plenty of space for play. Faster than most computers I've attached it to! Unfortunate I can't get these prices where I live Newegg generally beats the store costs in town even on a "sale" day. More typically than not it's delivered to my door earlier than promised.

Got this for $4.99 can't go wrong for that price, works great average write speeds.

paid $5 so no complaints here. Was supposed to be a refurb but looked new to me, arrived in a sealed package. wish I could have bought more than one at this price.

very fast reliable works perfectly nice blue light at the end unlike the cheap usbsi got it on sale for 16, still waiting for my 5$ rebate

Really fast flash drive. Good price when it's on sale. The only thing bad is its rubber cover is easy to get dusty.

I bought this beast to use as a USB boot device to install Win 7 OS and am happy with it. Sure beats installing off of a CD. I should of probably bought a USB 3 drive though.

Slow, tops out at 12 MB/s with large files, 5 MB/s using small files. USB 3 flash drives will become mainstream in 2011, so these are obsolete. Get them only if they're giving them out for free. This review was modfied by poster @ 02-22-11 11:44 AM

I bought a refurb for 5$ during the boxing day but I already had a real one for a few years. Weird that I didn't already do a review. Anyway.. so yes it's the best flash drive on sale imo.

The body and cap of the flash drive are rubber. There is no place to put the rubber cap when removed, making it easy to lose.

For a 8Gb USB Flash Drive at this price you really can't go wrong. Corsair makes some pretty decent products and this is one of them. Go for it!

This is a good deal. I always felt that these USB drives should come with a small lanyard so that they can get hooked together. I'm always losing the darned things because they are so small!!

after having a kingston key dying, i got myself 2 usb key from a reliable company, very unpleasant when you realize you lost every files stored on the dead key

very rugged little usb, cap is not loose and fits very snug. Transfer rate is OK. would definately buy again.

This thing has done its job from day one. Its cheap, faster than my Kinston flash drive, and I like the rubber coating myself although I can see how it can make it difficult for some usb ports.

Good price after MIR, transfer speeds seems standard. The rubber attracts dust and makes it dirty. Seems durable. So far it works ok.

i have about 12 corsair sticks now for various purposes. love the feel, look and abilities of these sticks. i've bought other memory and sticks at time but corsair has never done badly buy me. only thing i wish was that ncix was able to offer instant rebates instead of mail in. mail in rebates are passe'!

Fast reading speed around 30MB/S and writing speed 13MB/S. Price is great during on sale. Working great with Windows 7.

Bought this one on sale and glad I did. Plugged in and was recgnised immediately by Windows 7. Data transfer rate are good, about 12MB/s write and 27MB/s read. My only concern is that the flash drive is a bit too big, covering two usb port when in usb.

i purchased this about a two weeks ago and am very happy love the rubber protector 8 gig for 9.99 cannot go wrong love this flash drive gonna come in very handy.

The Corsair Flash Voyager is great value for the price you're paying. I got it for under $15 after MIR, and I got 15MB/s READ and 8MB/s WRITE when I ran some tests. This is considerably better than the cheap Kingston drives. Only negative is the drive a little thick and it might block the adjacent USB ports.

Speed wise, its defintely faster than those 4GB kingston drives. I'm using this on my dvd drive, and rubber padding makes it slightly too thick for the usb opening.

This a good thumb drive. I bought it to backup some of documents. It does it's job and don't have any problems with it. It's a bit on the ugly side but most don't care. The 8 gb helps.

Perfect drive, cheap and pretty fast. You cant beat the price on sale and this thing can take a beating.
