Thinking about adding a fan on both sides of the rad for a push-pull effect will see if that drops my temp more. Also gonna try a higher quality paste as i dont think the stock paste compairs at all to Nocturas paste that i have coming

Corsair CWCH50-1 Hydro H50 CPU Liquid Cooler I love this cooler. It was a little harder to install than the Corsair website might lead one to believe, but not by much. The hoses were more rigid than expected. This made installation more difficult (I had to rig them a little to keep them out of a fan.), but the rigidity prevents kinking. Despite this it is wonderful. The exhaust air from my case is so cool. (2x 120mm in (incl. radiator) and 1x 120mm out)

Corsair CWCH50-1 Hydro H50 CPU Liquid Cooler I built my new system and tried the stock fan. I got 39c at idle and 52c while under full load after 24 hrs. I installed this and WOW! at idle 26c and under load 34c. I couldnt believe it!. I reccomend replacing then fan or running in in-out setup. I just replaced the fan and I was impressed! BUY IT! Seriously best investment I made on this machine!

Corsair Obsidian 800D Full Tower Case Very in-depth review however with a case this gorgeous, he left out several things. If you remove the front bezel, you will gain access to the bottom hard drive cage. It supports only two hard drives and like the hotswappable cage, it can have a fan mounted on the side 120mm. Another cool thing is the bottom seal between the power supply area and back of the case is removable. This case has no front fan ports, so you're drawing all the air in from the bottom, so don't block the bottom explains why it is raised. I believe the fans are two internal side 140 and 120; three top 120x3 one rear 140 two bottom 120x2 To those that buy it, beware of the plastic packaging, the plastic can peel off part of the logo on the front that is painted white go over it with a hairdryer or peel it off slowly!

Corsair CWCH50-1 Hydro H50 CPU Liquid Cooler Have an AMD 965 quad core. Small OC to 3.6754Ghz. Knocked down temp from 5 degrees C. So good product. Very quiet now. I give them a 10 on the product Support on the other hand is NON-EXISTENT. Went to their website and logged three questions. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM... PERIOD.

Corsair CWCH50-1 Hydro H50 CPU Liquid Cooler I bought the Corsair H50 for my new Intel i7 920-based system I built. I didn't want to use the stock Intel cooler, as I planned to overclock the CPU. At idle, the H50 was about 5c cooler than the stock Intel. However, at load, it was also only 5c cooler!! My cpu temps went up to 95c! I removed the unit, reapplied the grease and reinstalled the cooler. Still poor temperature numbers. I have since replaced it with a Cooler Master N620, which was less expensive than the H50 and worked awesome!

Corsair CWCH50-1 Hydro H50 CPU Liquid Cooler I was somewhat skeptical at first, however, it's Corsair! I have yet to not get a quality product from Corsair. The day I received the H50, I was very eager to install it and did so immediately and was impressed at the ease of installation! One thing to watch for is, MAKE SURE YOU USE THE RIGHT MOUNTING SCREWS!!! THE LARGE ONES ARE AMD! THE SMALL ARE INTEL! I almost ruined the back-plate as they look so similar when you're eager to try a new cutting edge product! Other than that, AWESOME! Buy this and you won't be disappointed!

That being said, I forced myself to join this website just to write this positive review! I highly suspect that it will equal any air cooler out there given the right case, fans, flow, etc. I would also bet it will not outperform a heavy duty water-cooling apparatus. It works perfectly on my i7 in a HAF922.

It will perform as well as very good water cooling solutions without the expense or trouble involved with those systems. A good first step towards improving over air coolers. You would have to move to a high end water cooling solution to do better.

Corsair CWCH50-1 Hydro H50 CPU Liquid Cooler I've often wondered how a solid heat sink cooled by fins could efficiently cool anything. There is no way to move the heat away from the source quickly enough. I always thought that a heat sink that at least had some fluid in it to circulate the heat through the heat pipes. Well, this product is it. The H50 rocks. Using a AC7 Freezer Pro, I couldn't get the temps to stay reasonable. Using Everest System Stability Test maxing all 4 CPUs I couldn't keep the temps below 95C. I actually terminated at this point out of fear. Using the H50, I can't get the temps to go above 68C. I'm running an ASUS board with an i7-920 clocked at 3.6GHz. This cooling system is as good as it gets short of going to a full blown water system. It indeed does pull the hear away from the CPU and brings cooler fluids to take more heat. AWESOME!!!! If you have heat problems, BUY IT TODAY!! You will not be sorry. Casey

I liked the way it has performed so much that I have purchased another one for my second system. The installation could not be any easier. The only thing that I would recommend is to make sure that the Cooler Brackets are assembled and checked to see they line up first before attaching the backplate to the MB.

Corsair CWCH50-1 Hydro H50 CPU Liquid Cooler I like this water cooling solution for my i7 860. I used an Enermax fan (much quieter) instead of Corsair's stock. I don't overclock, but I do run heavy load bearing benchmarks without fail everytime.

Corsair CWCH50-1 Hydro H50 CPU Liquid Cooler have this on an i7 920 for a little over clocking. Ran at 3.5 ghz and was seeing 78 deg after about 35 minutes. Reseated a few times, but couldn't really get any better temps, finally tried a 3rd party thermo compound (the freeze), that seemed to help a little. I have this with a push-pull into the case config. I'm not trying to dog the product, I think it's doing a good job, and it's pretty sweet to say my cpu cooler has a radiator. I was hoping to see some better numbers. Next on the list will be a new case with some better air flow, maybe that will do the trick, or maybe my i7 920 just runs a bit hotter than some others. Too many variables to say this cooler is over hyped. I still think it does the job well, just not as well as I hoped for my current set up.

Corsair CWCH50-1 Hydro H50 CPU Liquid Cooler Cosair has made the best liquid cooler so far. The Hydro H50 is an all-in-one unit that is easy to install & maintain. I keeps the processor way below the normal operation temp. to you don't have to worry about ever cooking your CPU. I have an AMD 9600 x4, at full load running it on an Win Server 2008 machine, it keeps it about 3-5 degrees cooler that with the standard CPU cooler. No need to keep adding water to this one like the other liquid coolers. This is maintance free, all of it is self contain & sealed which means no need to keep adding water.
