Great set of ram to go along with the set purchased with my computer bringing total to 12gig. So far not a single problem with either set. Only problem was that shipping kept being pushed back and i missed the cut off to get the rebate off. |

None. Some peole might say price, but the price is what it is so don't complain if your willing to pay it. That is my outlook on it. Cutting edge is always expensive.
Pros: Memory timing 9-9-9-24 were recognized correct in the bios, but the speed was not. I manually increased the speed to 1600mhz with no problems. No hic-ups and system is rock solid stable. More so than the last 3 computers I built. I feel there is more headroom on this memory than stated in the specs. Definitely would reccomend to a friend. Comment:
I've been away from the bleeding edge and the new i7/x58 systems are new so I was a little nervous about compatibility/stability. No issues and I'm extremely pleased with the entire combo. More stable than the last 3 computers I built. I've been waiting 16 years for a computer like this, finally it's here! |

This memory is exactly as described. I use it in a Linux box that I built to work as a server in my home network and it worked beautifully. I just had to tweak a little the BIOS to make it work the way I wanted. Other than that, it didn't gave me any problem. So far, no trouble at all. |

I purchases this RAM to work with my Rampage II Extreme MB that I had purchased. I had previosly purchased some GSKill RAM that would not allow me to take advantage of the full 1600 speed of the memory. This memory I installed and it worked perfectly the first time without the need of any setting changes in the bios. |

Memory works good. Using it with my i7 920. I will be buying another set of 6G's to max out at 12G's. I dont over clock so I can't say how it reacts to over clocking. Coukd be cheaper though. |

works flawlessly at rated specs, but i kinda wish i had gone with the dominators, which apparently can get clocked to faster timings manually, or even come with tighter timings stock. i wish i could get these things to post at 8-8-8-24 or even 8-9-8-24, but it just wont happen. going to try some more combinations, but like i said, at the rated specs (99924 at 1600mhz) theyre flawless. and like a few other reviews said, you will have to manually clock these up to 1600mhz, or use the xms1 profile in your memory settings in your bios. |
