This card is definitely anything I was hoping for. Fantastic performance, low power draw, and it runs cool and quiet. And as far as mid-to-high range graphics cards go, it's definitely not the largest out there. The fan noise is borderline intolerable if it's at 100%... BUT it was only at 100% because I was manually adjusting it, just messing with points. In standard game play I haven't seen it major 50 degrees, and the fan has been fine. I really wasn't planning on spending rather this a lot on a graphics card, I was thinking much more along the lines of the GTX 460. I decided to go up a level to hopefully postpone upgrading again that substantially longer, and I'm so glad I did. I've been playing Rift (beta 7!) at Ultra with AA set to supersampling, and in very-populated rifts/invasions I'm nonetheless receiving 45-50 FPS.
