G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory
Cons: - Price drop  so quickly

Pros: + Cheap price+ Great for gaming+ Has decent head spreader+ Works great with i5 CPU
Comment:
I haven't OC these memory yet and left it running at stock speed. It uses low voltage and has pretty decent timing. I paid a lot more than what it is now, so am a little disappointed with the price drop . But that price drop  is good for new buyers.

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory
Cons: none

Pros: low price, stylish lookingworks with a core i7 CPU lol
Comment:
Bought it for a quick build, the price is very good considering that it is a DDR3 RAM. Not much to tell about it but is certainly is a good buy for a value build!Well, I made a mistake and didn't notice until now lolI originally chose a core i5 CPU but changed my mind to a core i7 and forgot to change the RAM. However the funny thing is that it works great if I only put one stick into the computer but doesn't work if I put two. Kind of a silly mistake I made lol

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory
Cons: None

Pros: - Fast- Compatibility (NOT just i5)
Comment:
This ram is one of the more affordable options with DDR3. Works well with a Gigabyte board and an Intel i3 processor. I would recommend for a value build.

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory
Cons: don't breath fire.....damn. oh yeah the price dropped $30 a couple days after I bought them.

Pros: fast, look great, work right out of the box
Comment:
alright so I bought this along with the rest of my system back in April and it was a toss up on which ram to buy, there were some other ones that were similar in price, maybe give or take a few dollars, but I read up on the other options and these seemed to have the most reliable performance, a lot of good reviews, I failed to oc my processor and had to remove the battery to reset my bios, and when I booted up again the timings changed to 9-9-9-24, that was a easy fix though I just went into bios and switched it back to 7-7-7-21 and they worked, these ram are great, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get inexpensive ram that run great right out of the box. the only thing I didn't like about them is I paid $140 for them and now they are $110, $106 on sale.... although that does make it easier for me to get a second set to have a total of 8gb, that to me sounds appealing :)

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory
Cons: Heat spreader may get in the way of big heatsinks

Pros: Low timingDecent clockHas better than average heat spreader
Comment:
It has the ripjaw heatspreader so it can keep the ram fairly cool. It uses only 1.5V as well. I haven't OC'd it yet but with some extra voltate (1.65V) you'd probably get a tighter timing or maybe faster clock.I'm disappointed the price drop  so much since I bought it a month ago though

Cons: None

Pros: Good LookQuick Install
Comment:
I initially purchased OCZ low voltage ram for my AMD 250 processor, however, there was an error with them. NCIX suggested this ram so I purchased it and installed it. Works great, quick boot-up with the computer, no issues. I did not try to overclock.

Probably the cheapest out of the acceptable options for my M4A77TD. No problems so far, haven't tried to OC though.

Cons: - Weird design

Pros: - Good OC potential- Price
Comment:
Good memory for OC, works very well with my phenom II black edition and give good OC potential. AMD gigabyte motherboard can cause some trouble at first but this is not G.Skill fault since the same memory work very well with and Asus AMD motherboard.

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory
Cons:- None at the moment

Pros:- Fast 1333 7-7-7-21 timings- Affordable- GKILL has good customer service- AM3 tested
Comment:
MSI 790FX-GD70 (Best AM3 motherboard in my opinion)AMD Phenom II 3.4GHz Black EditionATI Powercolor 5850Windows 7 Ultimate x64Most motherboards will detect the timings as 9-9-9-24. For my mobo, I had to go into the Cell Menu, Advanced DRAM configuration, selected "Both" for both dimms, changed timings to 7-7-7-21. Check the internet for the abbrevations if you've never done this before or email me at martin.renaud AT ca.fujitsu.com for details. This review was modfied by poster @ 02-07-10 08:22 AM

Cons:Voltage needed changing.

Pros:Fast clock speed, nice design.
Comment:
In general, this RAM is great for it's price. However, I encountered an issue while booting from a cd to install Windows 7. It kept crashing and I was forced to change the voltage to 1.7. I'm sure this isn't a big deal, but it was a bit frustrating.

Cons:-Heatsinks seem not as secured as they should be...

Pros:-Keeps cool-Overclockable-Very reliable, fast
Comment:
If you plan on overclocking, make sure you dont push the voltage above 1.55 because i could not get it stable at those voltage specs even though they should be able to hit 1.65 I have them set for 1400 and they run perfect.

Cons:Black/Red Heat Fins are hit/miss, I don't really careAuto detect by BIOS ran them slower, manually adjust

Pros:Timings are faster than other brandsCheaper than slower Corsairs I originally wanted by $50
Comment:
Seems to be holding up great, ran overnight Prime95+ and no errors. Updated BIOS and then manually adjusted timings to the advertised speeds. Time will tell if these hold up but I have no pressing need to overclock these as I'm happy with my new system setup for now.

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory
Cons:Heatsink is CheapDifficult to insert  in Slot

Pros:Cheap When On SaleFills The Slots
Comment:
Picked this because it was on sale. Pretty obvious this is just budget ram with a cheapo stamped-steel heatsink pressed on. Since the heatsink is so poorly mounted you have to be careful inserting the stick into the slot as it will put too much stress on the memory chips. The heatsink isn't secured to the circuit board, it just rides on the memory chips. But it does the job. Next time I'll stick to Corsair or OCZ.

Cons:-None

Pros:-Low timings-1333-Nice Heatsinks-Quality of G.Skill
Comment:
I have not have the chance to try to set the timings to what they should be. I purchased two kits for a total of 8GB and my timings are at 9-9-9-24. It is on an AM3 board so I couldn't have bought the 1600 RAM because I wouldn't have been able to keep it stable at that speed likely.Overall though, it is great RAM so far.

Pros:Looks really cool. Great price for 4 Gig of Ram.
Comment:
This is great Ram for the price. I haven't had time yet to overclock my system so I can't be sure how stable this Ram will be. If you just plan on using your computer normally you can't beat it.
