GIGABYTE GA-880GM-UD2H Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons:
SATA port location, wobbly chipset heatsinks
Pros: Performance, price, appearance Comment:
Very easy to install (like all motherboards), the heatsinks look solid but wobble around. Why or why must these boards have their SATA ports right where they will conflict with double wide graphics cards. Ridiculous.4 stars because I really can't tell if the heatsinks are going to stay on or not. |

Good motherboard, no issues with it, really easy for me to OC, considering it was my first time. The only issues I did have was on my part not manufactures |

GIGABYTE GA-880GM-UD2H Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Cons:
Heatsink not installed properly
Pros: PriceBIOsCopper PCBWarranty Comment:
Been a fan of Gigabyte and Asus, both very good manufacturers. This time, I thought of going for Gigabyte because it had the better price. The motherboard is well made and works great, also comes with support for 6core AMD CPU. The major downside was my discovering that the heatsink over the southbridge was loose and shaky. This means it wasn't secured properly or had the thermal pad installed right. Temperature readings show that its cool though. |

Wont restart

Bought as barebones bundle B69-0209, computer wont RESART. Get 4 beeps and black screen. Returned and replaced everything except RAM. Crutial assures me the ram is good and compatible with mobo. These components just do not work well together. Can only start if i unplug or turn off at power supply. Stay away from B69-0209. |

good product
Comment:
The specifications say it has a max ram of 8gb but its 16gb. The specs are wrong. |
Seems like a pretty solid board but havent had it long so will probably update this review in the future. Have it paired with Athlon II x4 635 Quad. No overclocking and using stock heatsink.
