I got this because I wanted to make a bluetooth headset work as microphone for some recording projects. Turns out the software that comes with it doesn't work with Windows 7, which is a pain. You have to NOT install the software, install the Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse software from Microsoft, and THEN you will see it. I also tried it on XP. The software works better but you can't use the headset as a mic in XP... Blah.

I was really pleased with the IDEA of buying a $9 bluetooth device...it was on sale at the time. However, I was really disappointed there were no drivers for the device for Windows 7 64. It took me a couple of weeks to find a bluetooth stack that would work with it. But, I'm up and running now and it seems to be a decent enough product. I just didn't like the effort I had to go to, to make it work.

This little guy does its job. It does cause a conflict with my Bejeweled game for some reason and I have to disconnect it to get the game to even open. Aside of that it works as it should.

Great blue tooth adapter allowing inter communication with phones (I have a BlackBerry Tour 9630 and communicates perfectly), mp3 players (with blue tooth radio such as iPod Touch 2g-which I also have and works great with-or 3g), etc. Also, it is very flexible regarding customization options that is device specific. Great product.

I bought this Bluetooth adapter to connect my Motorola Razr2 V9X to my computer. Much easier than messing with cables.

Just plug it in and you're ready to go. The drivers are installed instantly without the need for a CD. The range is great and this little sucker was half the price of the Dell bluetooth card I was looking to get for my laptop. I love it!! Its so small you'll forget its there. The best part is that I can use it at home and work by simply unplugging it and taking it with me.

This small dongle just stays plugged into the laptop and does not present a problem with transporting. Probably can't be beat for the money.

I definitely need to get another and I have recommended it to others. It works great with all my bluetooth devices and it is so small it takes up no space.

It has all bluetooth features, once you insert it to your USB drive, it automatically installs any necessary drivers and softwares. CD is not needed! Gives you the option to tether to your mobile phone for quick internet access, connects to all bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I am going to buy another one because this bluetooth device is so small you can carry it around with you in your wallet!

If anyone would please tell me what this thing is useful for. The description only says it communicates with bluetooth devices. But, what kind of practical uses is this device for? can anyone give me some examples? Thank you.

This is the second one of these I had purchased. Absolutely great for streaming Internet radio throughout the house. (Bluetooth receiver required also for that) Install the software / install the device, and it just works. It doesn't take up much space either. It only sticks out about 1/2 an inch from the USB port.

I use these with my desktop and laptop. Running XP Pro, Bluetooth is already installed--I didn't have to run the software disk.

Works great! Added this to my Acer ONE and set up a very compact Skype communicator for on the road. Small enough that it hardly alters the profile of the machine. Just be sure to shut the Bluetooth OFF when you are not actually using it to get the most out of your netbook's battery.

I am very pleased with my adapter. I recieved it in the mail, opened the pkg, run the disk, popped in the adapter and I am up and running. Couldn't have been easier. Thanks for a great product.

Once I got it set up I was happy with the performance. I gotta confess that I didn't use the manual and by winging it, I got it running smoothly. For the price, it's worth it

I was able to load the product easily and it works great with my mouse. I'm sure it has more capabilities than I am aware of. I was hoping that it would work with my cellphone so I could upload music and photos but so far I have not been able to make it work. It may be because I use Verizon.

Honestly, a great product. Works wonderfully with my bluetooth keyboard and mouse as well as my earpiece for VOIP. A great buy!

This product installed quickly and easily but I was not able to get devices to work with it. It did find one device but did not work for what I wanted it to do. Giving it a 1 for that reason but rate it very good for everything else.

Connects to Palm, Motorola, and mouse just fine. No complaints. Seems bulletproof.
