I got this a the other day and so far i cant connect it to any bluetooth devices i have at all, im wondering if it is the product or if none of my other bluetooth equipment is compatible with this. I had no trouble with installing on a win vista 32 or 64-bit and win xp pro 32-bit i just cant seem to connect it to anything? It searches but finds nothing. I rated performance 1 cuzz i still haven't gotten it to hook up to anything. if i do connect to anythng ill re-rate this product,but till then i cant say much about it.

I bought this to use in my new Vista-64 computer, but when used with Bluetooth headphones, music just broke up horribly, unlike my Mogo adapter that works perfectly. So I put this one in my old XP laptop and it works fine there. I tried downloading the software from the company's website, but that didn't help. But I'm satisfied that it at least works in something.

The only thing that I can complain about was the installation, for some reason the install wizard crashed twice and then froze up my laptop the third time. After an uninstall and a reboot, it finally installed correctly. Im running XP so I dont know what was going on. Besides that, it works great and has good reception. Pairing with my phone and headphones was easy and I like the size of the device. Just the glitchy install kept me from giving it 5 stars!

Great buy for the money. I have yet to find any fault with it. It installed into Vista-64 without a problem and it functions identically to an internal bluetooth adapter. The only 'cons' I can think of are that it takes up a USB port and the included software generated an error when I first ran it which was quickly corrected by Vista.

I bought this product to replace an older less effective model. It's great! Installs easily, the software is really nice and my Targus bluetooth mouse doesn't drop connection easily. Connects seamlessly with my blackberry and is fast on downloads. Connects with more than one device at a time with no problem. Money well spent.

Extremely Pleased. I can find nothing negative to say about this product and give it my highest possible recomendation. I'm also very pleased with the consistency of my orders from Tiger Direct. I've placed 5 orders in about as many weeks and have had consistent service and never a major disappointment. I was in ''Best Buy'' the other day to buy a hard drive toaster and the product I looked at seemed a little high, so I went to their laptop display, typed in tigerdirect.com on a Macbook and looked up the exact same toaster. It was approximately 40% cheaper at Tiger Direct, so I placed my order right there inside Best Buy using my Google account to checkout. Three days later I had my hard drive toaster and more impotantly some money left in my bank account. Thanks Tiger Direct. Seriously, Thank you.

Range is awesome i am currently using it with my Wii Remote to interface and i can detect the cell phone in my neighbour's house.

Just got this couple days ago. It comes with ''Toshiba Bluetooth Stack'' software. Very quick and no problem installation on my Gateway laptop under the Windows XP SP2. No problem pairing with my stereo headset Motorola S9, and mobile phone Samsung M510. Very small so can be left attached to laptop's USB port and carried around without removal. ''High 5'' for this one.

Great Product! I have used this on a couple of differnt laptops with great success. It was very simple to configure and connected to my cell phone and mouse in just a couple of minutes. Its size was great! I never have to remove it when I pack up my laptop for travel. I have used others that were too big and broke off during use.
