Very good value, straightforward to get an RMA to exchange product. RAM didn't work when installed. Built a new Pc, plugged it in, no beep code. Removed RAM, got beep code. Went to Pc Club, purchased 2 Kingston 512MB DDR2, which worked. Will exchange the two Kingston 2GB, excellent price tag, just want them to perform.

I want to upgrade my Dell Optiplex GX740 to Vista Enterprise 64 Bit. So I purchased four pieces of memory giving the machine eight GB of memory. It absolutely brought up my Windows Experience Ram section to 5.9. Nothing negative about them. The form aspect of these chips is not conventional, but still straightforward to install. With the height of each chip cut in half, it will allow additional airflow throughout the enclosure.

Excellent memory. Began right up. Good for overclocking. I instantly surpassed all my prior method specs with this RAM and every little thing stayed stable. With my old RAM I generally errored out on memory errors when I overclocked. Now I don't know what the bottleneck will be. No heatsink. I like the solid really feel it gives the RAM. (not actually a con as far as function. There are plenty of references out there that say the memory heatsink is just cosmetic and serves no function). I can't support it. I like heatsinks. I nonetheless can't think there are persons complaining simply because there 32bit process only recognizes ӯGB of this memory. It is your technique, not the memory. Get a 64 bit Mobo, processor, and operating system and you can have all the RAM you want. I purchased this RAM after I got a refund for a DOA stick from PQI. Exact same specs, size, speed, etc. This RAM functions good. Timings are nice and loose to permit for tweaks and overclocking. Spend the added five bucks for this RAM more than the PQI. You will be glad you did.

Operates good on my AsRock 1333 D667 R1. MO. Replaced two 1gb DDRII 533 modules with these. Noticed improved performace immedatily. The system loads faster and my video editing doesn't slow down. Price tag was great. I identified these at 1 other place and had been โ.00 a lot more. Also shipping was Fast. Recieved in three days. Check your mother board and make sure your mother board will support them. Was not genuine sure they would perform on my AsRock 1333 D667 R1. MO. Used many Memory Configurator's and they stated it would only assistance 1 gb modules. Even so the mfg says it will assistance up to 4gb. I think they were going by the assumtion that this MO has two banks of 2 Ɣslots) and not just two slots as it has. All the specks matched.

Well, it works. Effortless to install. None genuinely. 1. Because I'm employing a 32-bit OS, it's only showing up as 3 GB RAM. I'm upgrading to 64-bit Vista in a few days to take advantage of the new RAM in addition to my prior 1 GB.two. Shipping. I placed the order on the 19th, just got it in nowadays, along with my DVD player. Nonetheless waiting on the monitor. Was hoping almost everything would've been here on the 22nd, but whatever... I had concluded that Vista had caused a somewhat decent configured pc to drastically under perform. I could not pass up the cost on this memory. I paid much more for the 2gb of patriot memory in the method. Installed this 4gb of memory and Vista finally showed some responsiveness. None.
