They are cheap and they are rapidly. I noticed a dramatic improve in speed, or rather I haven't bogged down the computer but. I maxed out the iMac and it does every thing I require it too. none I put two of these in my iMac. It came stock with 1gb, so 4gb blazes. I seriously notice the speed when I have a lot of tabs up in safari and firefox. Workplace 2008 runs just as rapidly as 2004 did. If you have an iMac, get this memory. I ordered an additional pair for my Macbook. I'll let you know if they work in there too.

Functions eggcellent, no drama. Superior price and service. Of course XP only sees three.25 GB but Win7 sees all four GB. My rig: DG965WHMKR, Q6600, 8600GT, 2x 74GB Raptors in RAID0, 2x 500GB Seagates in RAID1, Plextor PX-716A, Antec Standard 550W PS, Antec Sonata III. Not genuinely a con but....these RAM sticks are about half the height of most RAM sticks. They are about a half an inch tall. As of this review date the photos getting applied on the product page are not of these sticks. If utilized in combination with full size sticks, you'll in all probability want to install these shorty's first, in the A & B slots, then add any taller sticks to the A & B 1 slots.

Works as expected in my Dell XPS One. Excellent brand name, good cost. Newegg used (or created, if you've observed their facilities) a way too massive box for such a smaller item. (Save our planet, Newegg, come on.)

Works great on my Asus P5GC-MX񳄥. Windows and Ubuntu 8.04 each recognize 3.five gigs of memory. Although its rated at the exact same speed as my old ram, I somehow uncover the program faster than just before... None Kingston is dependable as ever

Inexpensive, quick, dependable. None. I have had 8gb of Kingston RAM for a few months now, so far I haven't had a single difficulty. It's uncomplicated to install, wonderful cost, and fantastic top quality. I would recommend this for anyone looking at upgrading their RAM.

Excellent item, no complications at all. Dual Channel, which is aweesome, lifetime warranty!! ^_^ Non-ECC!!! UGH! ECC corrects erros if they happen. Yes, some folks say getting ECC is a waste for desktop household users, but I beg to differ. I LIKE having ECC, but this RAM doesn't. The price rules, the warranty is lifetime... everyone says superior things about Kingston, so I went with it. Pleased so far.Bus speed on this is 667 MHZ and that is kinda slow, but that is what I could afford and my motherboard only supported up to 800mhz anyway!!Buy it, it is a excellent RAM kit. Make positive to check compatibility with the MOtherboard on the Kingston dot com web site! ^_^

Wonderful product for the price. Windows Vista sucks up the RAM. I had 3Gig of RAM and upgraded to 4Gig and I was not confident if it would be considerably improvement, but it has produced my pc considerably faster. Newegg has the ideal prices on RAM, but I did the typical shipping this time and it was slow. Running the 32-Bit Windows Vista Operating technique I was told that it would more then most likely not show all 4Gig, but it does. I do have a upgraded video card with 512MB on board memory and a upgraded power supply.

As usually with Kingston RAM, you plug it in, it works. Often forever. It's not the super costly stuff. No heat spreaders. The box is a handy location to store your old RAM, due to the fact you KNOW you'll hang onto it.

Works as advertised.Huge boost to "teh snappies" from 1GB (sole survivor of a 2x1GB Corsair VS2GBKIT667D2 set we got back in Feb. 2008) under Windows 7 32bit. Still runs in dual-channel mode even if the OS can't see all of it, in case you had been wondering. None so far. Now I'm going to have to re-installed with Windows 7 64bit to get totally modern, RAMy goodness! May as nicely choose up a far more spacious HDD whilst I'm at it... I'm applied to obtaining items from Newegg inside three enterprise days via UPS, but this order took a organization week. It's also the first time I've gotten something shipped via DHL (which goes through typical USPS for small items like this). A little disappointed. Nothing wrong with the RAM although.
