Pros:- Compatibility is great- Runs at advertised speeds- XMP means able to accept higher voltage standards- Low cost- Has retaining clips on the heatspreader; not just held on strictly with tape. Comment: Using this on a DDR3 LGA775 motherboard, and runs great at any speed the motherboard is willing to run the ram at. Since the ram has XMP, you can overvolt the ram yourself to the maximum spec and get some very good FSB increases. No more ram speed bottleneck on Core2 systems! Yes, my computer is old. Allways been able to get them for just over $40 on sale. Never had any troubles with them so far, I was getting Mushkin for a while but these seem better Mushkin were cheaper at the time and though they work fine there a little slower and don't run as smoothly as the Kingston or Corsair brands. Would buy again if needed

Comment: I've purchased several sets of Kingston HyperX RAM. They've all performed as advertised. This is no different. The motherboard defaulted to a speed of 1066 and 1.6v. I raised it manually to 1600 and left the voltage as is, on auto. No problems so far.
