Got this on a $299 deal and looks very good for the price. Arrived with a single stuck pixel but ExpressRMA (worth the $15 for any LCD) can fix that if I decide it irritates me enough or gets worse. Dual inputs good for me as I use DVI from my 4830 video card and HDMI from my satellite receiver. (One point to note, HD satellite (Starchoice) NOT supported on DVI because of out of range sync issues but works perfectly on HDMI - looks great too)Speakers (as expected) are totally weak and useless. Not even strong enough as a backup sound system but I have yet to find any monitor with built-in speakers that have any purpose. Easily disabled in setup menu. Use outboard audio. Placement of pass-through headphone jack on back near video connectors would be inconvenient if, like me, you constantly plug and unplug your headphones. Again, solved for me by using outboard audio.Strong liking for stand which has very easy adjustment up and down (I move that direction lots) and tilt forward/back. Stand does not rotate left/right, but the base is round so just turn the whole unit in same footprint.OSD straightforward. Can disable power LED for dark movie viewing. Plenty of adjustment to preference with small amount of patience. Comes default set to 100 level brightness but I find half that to be plenty. Lots more detailed tweaking options. Odd hum noise on low brightness first day but that disappeared soon after.Curious screen rotation (90 degree clockwise) for "page style" viewing comes with software to accomodate. Handy if, like me, you read a lot of electronic texts. Rotate back for perfect HD movie viewing with just a twist of the hand.Included cables, standard 6' lengths.Overall image quality good (or better) as any I've seen. Very attractive price and LG documentation was helpful (on their site if not included on support disc). A very solid buy recommendation (with dead pixel insurance) for budget 24" widescreen.

I bought this 24 inches lcd for my new q9450 computer. It is paired with 2 4870 1gb and does great job. Thanks to the 10 000:1 contrast ratio. This screen also have a 2ms response time wich is great. I can sometime see a little bit of backlight bleeding on the edges but the center of the screen is perfect,I setted everything to 80% because the 100% was giving me head ache lolll. LG ROCK!
