Inexpensive.Bright.Effortless to set up. Contains two tubes! The Electrical converter box is ugly yellow. Hide it in a HDD bay or in a corner.1 of my cathodes was stronger than the other a single, so I utilized a spare fan controller to dim the other one particular down to a matching level. Not sure why individuals are calling these orange. They are brig red. They only look orange if you dim the cathodes via a fan controller.

Vibrant! Work like a champ. They match the color output of the saitek eclipse II keybord beautifully. Super low-cost for a set of 2. Yes they are a bit orangey, but only if you appear at them straight. Energy leads from the tubes to the transformer are short, barely had adequate length to mount them in a Qmicra V2 SFF case. Certainly woud not be in a position to mount them on opposite ends of a full size situation. Initially set came in broken, as usual New Egg's RMA method is flawless! Thanks New Egg!

Performs as indicated - red dual lights. No difficulties working straight outta the box. Would have been good if the cable could be a small longer and black in color to blend into case better - wrapped wih black electrical tape and that did the job

They are RED, if they are not then they are a mishap as all of mine have matched my red LED fans of distinct manufactures. I have employed these for years an love them. They fit my Cooler Master Stacker perfectly. -1 Egg as the cables can be brief for some. But it is uncomplicated to rewire the power cables with each other to operate from one on-off switch. They do get a tiny dim soon after a year but are cheep and effortless to replace.

Reasonably close to red, inexpensive, comes with expansion port switch. Large, ugly blue inverter. Only one of the lights operate. RMA time.

appear seriously nice if you can hide them behind anything inside the situation so they dont show in front of window somewhat orangeish color a lot more than a bright red which i would have liked

Fantastic color, on/off switchplate rather than a push switch. Fantastic value. Um...connection wires to the inverter could have been longer. If you're seeking for a great blood red cold cathode I hate to break it to you, but you're not going to get it - no matter what brand you purchase. These are fantastic cathodes that emit a lot of light for my Dynapower black widow case. Very satisfied.

Insanely Bright. Great price. As well a lot for shipping. But hey. I knew that going in. Much more orangie then red which in my case was what I was hoping for. I'd adore to have an orange case.

Easy to install, great color, and lots of it. Turns a bit red -orange right after some use. *still looks fantastic although. Ugly Blue connector box, and negative low quality adhesive Velcro Seriously Brings a window case to life. Just make certain to obtain excellent adhesive Velcro and clips and wire straps t a neighborhood hardware shop to give oneself lots of mounting choices.

These are fantastic cathodes! They are great a bright, and quickly light up my complete case with a demonic orange glow (yes orange, not truly that red). Install was pretty straightforward and they went into my case in about 5 min. The back panel with the switch doesn't fit in properly and it slides back and forth (it wont fall out, but it isn't snug like I would like). As stated ahead of they are not truly red, but orange (I don't mind this as it tends to make my case appear amazing, but other people do appear to mind). You can tell how dirty my case's clear side panel is now :P All in all these are fantastic! Install was effortless and they appear great. Strongly recommend if you want to give your Computer a cool new look.

only want 1 set to give a excellent glow to a entire situation.cable lengths were long enough on each part of this kit.the Velcro is semi-decent.great quality and casing for the tubes. have to mount the cc's out of web site or else you get a orange impact, there not BLOOD red much more of a orange tone, BUT they still are rather red compared to alot of other ppls critiques. 1 trick is to use red saran wrap and cover them to acheive a more intense red. so a Differ straightforward fix for ppl like me looking for the blood red impact. these are low-cost and are of grate high quality, so use your imagination to reach your desired effect. dont give em a bad rating bring about you mounted them in sight and have the orange glow straight from the bulbs themselves, ever think thats why we have lamp shades?

Bright and red. Don't see the orange other people have complained about. 1 of the two tubes arrived broken, even although there was no damage to the product package or the box it was shipped in. It would expense me also considerably to send it back versus what I paid for it so I decided to just use the one particular non-broken a single that was left. I don't know if it was broken during shipping or if it shipped that way, but the break was clearly visable via the clear item packaging. Remaining tube operates just fine as advertised.

Came From UPS Ground unharmed, Bright for what they are. Coulda had longer cables, other than that none If you Have a complete tower like the CM HAF hiding the wires and nevertheless reaching is a choir.

Really bright cathodes. They would be too bright for me, but my son loves them and due to the fact I purchased them for the process I built for him, I have to give them 5 eggs. I can't even look at his case or the light blinds me. None that I can thiink of, other than how bright they are. I hooked them up to a spare port on my son's fan controller, and they can now be dimmed down to a non-retinal scarring level. For some strange cause he nevertheless keeps them all the way up tho. His close friends also loved them at the last LAN party he went to, so possibly it's a teenage issue.

Nice, red light... I have four and they illuminate my case genuinely good, two are sound active with the inverter I got from an older set. None... use double sided tape as an alternative of the velcro... just about every morning they would have fallen off. Would get once again if I was creating a red themed case.

They are plenty vibrant sufficient to light up my HAF 932. They are Halloween orange. I was hoping they would be red, as advertised, but they are really really orange. If you are looking for orange cathodes, appear no farther. I genuinely wanted red, not orange cathodes, so I'm kinda upset, but I guess the orange is livewithable. If they had been the appropriate color, they would have all five eggs, but because they completely fail in their intended operation(i.e., being RED lights), 1 egg it is.

Good top quality red in my opinion, slightly orange but you would have to appear straight at it to see the orange. With my case the bottom part of the case hides the actual tube, so you only see the *red* glow. Stopped working after about 1.5 hours of use, can't get it to turn on. Made my case look nice up till it stopped working, now my case is but a former shadow of what it once was ;(

Vibrant, affordable, effortlessly installed. Looks great! Velcro is kinda cheap, only lasts a couple days at ideal. Other than that it's good. Some people complain its much more orange than red. Its true- while if you arrange them horizontally with a blue and violet arrangement the look is excellent.
