Well, it fit in my case, and it worked effectively for a month or so... The supply died within a month of installing it. It was a far more effective replacement of a weaker power provide in the tower previously. The old provide lasted 4 years +, this a single? a month. Not a very good power provide. I wouldn't buy inexpensive supplies for your laptop or computer. You run the danger of frying other issues when they go out. I was lucky and didn't shed something but this cheapo provide.

Performs great so far. Replacement for a failing HP Pavilion 7850 124W mATX power provide. Has 4 4-pin Molex connectors for PATA HDD and/or optical drives, one 4-pin connector for 3.5 FDD, 1 energy connector for SATA, adaptable for a 20 or 24 pin motherboard connection. Also has a four-pin square connector for newer video cards or CPUs. Supplies far more than adequate energy for this old P3 935 mhz machine with 1 HDD, 1 FDD, and 2 optical drives. The bracket from the old HP power provide is not an exact fit for this one. It is about 3ቬ” off, producing for a incredibly tight squeeze. Had to use some moderate force to get it on and was in a position to get two of the 3 screws secured. Other than that, it fits just fine in the case. Does not come with a energy supply fan connector to the motherboard like the original, but I will gladly give that up for twice the energy output. Hope this issue performs for a few years.

fit in my hp pavilion 7940 with out a hitch, comes with a sata connector, and the wires are long sufficient even for a full tower atx case that tiny bump on the bottom where the fan is fantastic value for such a good psu.

Well it is an impossible fit. It says Micro ATX, and I have a Micro ATX case... So why does it not fit? Beats me. I'm not the ideal at computer systems but I've built them just before and never ever had a problem with a power provide. I'm going for an high priced a single, that's what I get for trying to save some dollars. Just get one thing else. I ought to have read all the evaluations before I bought it. Great provide for the value. Really low fan noise and no EMI/RFI complications. None really other than it does emit an odor at initially then went away. Connectors should cover each situation.

It's a very good PSU for the cost and handles your typical mobo. Delivers your simple upgrade demands. There is the matter of the fan not permitting it to fit most MicroAtx circumstances. Also the cord will eventually die on you so a new one will be required. A superior obtain thinking about that you have an added cord lying around like me. The dam factor is defective. But now it's smooth sailing with my old power cord.

Great power for smaller mATX instances. A lot of connectors. Superior size fan. Not loud at all. Decent construction. Purchased two units from Newegg and 1 arrived DOA hence the 4 rating. Returned the DOA unit back to Newegg and received a operating 1. I bought these to replace a couple of 300w PSU's that went haywire. Although I did have to mod the case slightly (Had to bend a piece of metal that supported the original PSU), it was no problem receiving it in. It was really shorter in length than the original so I gained room in the case. I would surely recommend these for smaller cases.

it came with chassis so i didnt have to pay for it way too loud for media center pc, i'm positive it would suit fine for a low finish computer i expected this ps wouldnt meet up to expectations, i'll invest in much more solid manufacturer like corsair, coolmax, or seasonic

Fit in my case... but barely (see con) Boots up just about every time, powers everything, lets see how it lasts! The fan sticking out knicks my I/O pannel, just enough that the powersupply dosent want to sit perfectly flush with the rear of my case, frankly I dont actually care because its snug and all 3 screws are in. Boo newegg, took you 2days to pack the goods and five days to ship the 3 day shipping. I ain't happy with you! D:<

little, 350w, fits the micro atx case i was updating, has SATA energy connector. lots of wires and didn't come with anyway to hold them together, ended up using twist tie perfect fit for the HP case i was updating for my brother, ending up gutting everything but cd drive and floppy drive350w was plenty for what he does with it and mobo had on on board video so no need to have to run video card. running at full power the entire laptop or computer almost certainly won't reach over 200w.

Adequate energy to run whatever I could stuff into my Tiny form factor case. none so far at all This small energy property was bought to replace a defective poweer supply from an APEVIA Qpack case. It surprisingly runs an evga SLI socket 939 motherboard with an overclocked AMD64 400+ ʂ.8GHz, TWO 6600GTs,a DVD RW drive and two hard drives with no fail or challenge.

low cost, great brand ( i use thier 550w "Black Beauty" power supplys all the time at perform, with the only return getting pretty much three years old) didnt fit in my mini atx case! the case was created for a full sieze power supply, so its not actually the power supplys fault excellent brand, inexpensive. 1 of the two items in this build i dont have a complaint about.

Power supply worked fine in Micro-ATX computer. Unit has a lot of power and connectors. This unit emitted powerful Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) in the 1.8 - four. MHz range (amateur radio frequencies). As a result, I had to trash this item and replace it with Rosewell RV200, which is considerably quieter RFI-wise. If you are not concerned about RFI (most people aren't), this power supply may well be OK.

Price, Freatures None but This works with normal 110 Volt US power, contrary to what newegg says here. You can even see the small voltage switch in the picture... it's dual voltage just like 99.9% of all other energy supplies out there. So don't be concerned and go ahead and get this.

It came in a pretty, blue box with a energy cable and bag. I like blue. Practically DOA. The unit powered on, worked for about 10 minutes, then shut down; a high-pitched 'eeeeeee' could be heard from the PSU. Had to unplug it for about 20 seconds to allow the 'eeeeeee'-ing component to discharge. Also, considerably smaller than a regular mATX energy supply; the case in question had a protruding rear support-lip that had to be bent to accommodate this atrocity. Is going to expense more to RMA than it's worth. Keep away from. I've had good luck with full-size Logisys power supplies (those silly clear acrylic ones), so this really surprised me. By some of the other reviews, it doesn't appear that I'm in the minority when it came to complications with this piece.

Installed rapidly, works fantastic, not incredibly loudincludes sata metal kind of flimsy, just sufficient to notice running a microatxboard,athlon xp 64 3000+, 3.5" hdd, and a dvd writer no issues

tiny, powerful, fits wherever noise, both whining and "whooshing", due to the "flute impact",did not notice if it can switch at all as claimed there are a lot of quieter cheap supplies on the market place, just spend extra 10-20 bucks and get the desired comfort and peace
