I am utilizing this power provide with a BIOSTAR G41D3G LGA 775 Intel G41 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard and it does the job just fine. Plenty of SATA power plugs for all the Pc's devices and it runs incredibly quiet. None so far.

Its glossy black, which looks cool, even even though it doesn't matter following set up. 2 Fans aren't as loud as some folks are saying. For 22 bucks, nothing at all can beat this one. One particular SETA cable. Didnt thoughts at initially, but new construct needs additional. Just add one particular additional SETA cable please!!

operates, look nice , great cables . dual fans. not as loud as some say . but not 550 . not 550 watt !!!. i only located that out when i opened the box and looked on the energy provide .. says400 watt output, 550 peak .. if anything will power a gpu requiring 500 or 550, but will run hot and burn up rapidly ,(actually like i saw an individual else mention i believe it will only run 550 on 220 power like if our in Europe} .. maybe even catch on fire and ruin your whole life !!! lolits runs at 400 JUst simply because and item has lots of very good testimonials and the specs are correct from now on i am reading a lot more evaluations before i buy something from new egg . new egg !! this is false marketing shame on you .. you must give me a cost-free energy provide now .. im not going to risk ruining my pc hooking this up to my new gpu and have it meltdown.. no computer system for a different week now

Affordable and it worked. Inexpensive and it worked for three months. Purchased for a replacement energy supply for a pals computer. It worked fine for a though, subsequent, had to press the on button for her laptop or computer various instances prior to it powers on. Now you have to unplug the power supply and plug it back in the wall outlet to start out the pc. Whats next? No energy at all? Negative eggs rating due to negative power provide. Newegg is fantastic for components and shipping, and have no troubles with them. Its just this power supply manufacturer.

Very good value.Nice black color. Two fans. None so far.I wished it had two SATA plugs,(has only 1) so you so require to purchase the added adaptor for your DVD-RW anytime you construct a Pc.Just a wish... Functions OK.I cant really tell if is noisy, cuz I have like five other fans on my computer, but I don't seriously care about the noise.I bought three of this so far (two for close friends PCs,1 for me)and they are operating perfect. If you are hunting for a gaming PS, get anything more than 600w.This is only 400,just for a common use. This is what this PS is powering rt now ...AMD Phenom II X6 1075T three.0GHz Six-Core CPU(FAST!!!)ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 SATA 6Gb/s USB three.(GOOD) G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB Ɣ x 2GB)DDR3 1600(COOL!!!)Crucial RealSSD C300 CTFDDAC064MAG-1G1CCA 64GB SATA3(O/S & Programs Only/FAST!!!)WD Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM SATA six.0Gb/s(Storage,Major&Fast)HIS H467QR1GH Radeon HD 4670 1GB DDR3 PCI-e two. It is nevertheless working (with 1 cooler down). Inexpensive. As well loud. A single cooler died just a week soon after plugged into my method. It is still beneath warranty, but I think it is no use pulling that warranty and getting without having Pc while waiting for problem getting resolved. It's nominal power is considerably less than stated in title 鷐W vs 550W). If you don't care for loud noise coming from your case and don't thoughts running it with a single rather than two coolers, don't will need far more than 400W then this is for you.

I puchased this energy provide in Dec 2009. Runs an ATI Radeon 3650 1Gb AGP Video card that demands a 300watt min. I have not had any troubles with it and it runs cool. Screw holes had a bit of overspray paint in them which produced it a lil dificult to commence the screws Excellent buy for the price tag

Mine came with two Sata connectors. Powers on decently. Not poor for ฟ Free S&H Has a weird smell coming out of the box and emits it faintly during running it. Will see if this continues. For ฟ not a bad energy provide to run an old machine. Harvested my Antec 450W for my new computer.

It works fine. The two fans are a plus. Don't actually know what else to say about a energy source. It is louder than I expected. Not that negative, definitely, but I noticed that I have to turn my sound up a bit a lot more to hear more than it. I guess that is expected somewhat with two fans although.

I got it for cost-free when I ordered my NZXT situation a couple of months ago. It functions. It's black, and its 550watts of okay energy. After I got it, I put it in my closet for a future use. When it came time for it to show me its stuff, I was not impressed. First off, this sucker is loud as heck. When I say loud, I mean LOUD! Second, the construction of this is low-cost. When I plugged the power cord to the socket on the back, the houseing dented inward (it still functions although). The cables are short, and not adequate adapters for more than two sata devices Ƒ challenging driveǗ cd drive). The fact that I got it for free of charge doesn't changed the truth that this thing is worthless. Yes, I'll use it as a spare. But I wouldn't trust this to run any of my computers for an extended period of time. But in all fairness, I will say, great attempt Logisys.

Low cost, that's about it. Only 1 SATA connector, so you're up a creek if you will need more.Fan is fairly weak.It "says" 550 watts, in reality it's a 400 watt PS with a maximum achievable output of 550. So, if you're computer wants 400 watts or a lot more, go for anything else.

supplies close sufficient to proper voltages.provides Lots of air flow quite loud. dont have a decible meter but would guess its about 50 db. or as loud as decent rain fall from outside.the 12v is at 12.eight and the 5v is at five.5 the other two are nearly dead on. i significantly perfer a 5% tolerance rather than the ten ive got here. but it ought to be ok in spite of the sound, it gets 5 eggs since, it was far better than no cost. had a combo deal with my mobo, that made my ๋ mobo cost ๅ

Affordable for 550 watts. It died following 8 months. I guess you get what you spend for. ฤ for a 550 Watt PSU is affordable, but dying right after eight months is fairly lame. My initially and almost certainly final Logisys.

Inexpensive!!!! Operates fantastic for older Motherboards with limited SATA connections and NO PCI-E!!!! (Has sufficient typical connectors to make a PCI-E 6pin connection with appropriate setup!!) Great Black finish!!!! SMALLER 80mm FANS (at least theres two!!) Gets hot with a PCI-E Video card in Complete Operation!!!! States it's a 550w, when truly it's about a 400w as sticker states!!! But this IS the "MAX Power" rating i guess ;) It's LOGYSIS, I haven't had "great" luck with this brand but, this unique model seems pretty excellent overall!!! It's runnin fantastic with a BFG PCI-E 9500GT 1gb 鵬wቮa rating)....an EVGA 7800GT 256mb 鸂wቶa) with a Ŗ Molex-two-PCI E Converter" tends to make it pretty warm even though!!!! --------------------------------------------------------------It's runnin a Sempron 3100 64bit Ƒ.86 mild OC - Socket 754) with 2gb DDR400 on an ASROCK K8NF6G-VSTA board wit no difficulties but!!!! I'm usin 2 SATA Tricky Drives with 2 DVD/Bluray Drives, so it left me with 2 additional connectors to use for the PCI-E converter testing of the older 7800GT!!!

The value. I really should say, "You get what you pay for", but in this situation this power provide has held up truly effectively considering that I purchased it for my 1st time create numerous months ago. Its decently quiet (the other situation fans make higher noise) and it handles all of my present power demands! I identified the wires a little short, and if you're undertaking a construct with subsequent-gen supplies then be weary of the limited amount of connectors it has. In all reality these aren't actually cons, just smaller convenience errors. Even though my rating is high for this item, I would like to note that I am not operating close to 550 watts in my setup. I'm really running a thing just about 400W. That being mentioned, I do not know what this product is like if you are attempting to push 500+ watts out of this power supply. Also, the cause why it's so inexpensive is mainly because it's not 80 plus Gold Certified. So a piece of tips. If you merely need to have a power provide that delivers the power you need to have and has ample space to cover, this is surely a get for you. However, if you need a high and constant range of wattage worth, I'd suggest seeking at yet another product, just to be on the protected side.

It looks good and works for most applications. 550watts is somewhat misleading when it is in fact 550w MAX. 400w is often accessible, but the other 150w likes to be jumpy and comes and goes (usually goes btw). only 1 sata Couldn't actually give this only 1 egg b/c I got it totally free with a nice case I bought. Wouldn't want to trust it on systems wanting much more than 400w.
