- Top quality treble and crisp sound- Responsive, clear microphone- Volume dial on headset - TERRIBLE COMFORT lots of force on ears/temples.- Clunky feel and shape.- Driver software program required for 7.1 surround sound and software package is gimmicky -- adds additional approach energy.- Stereo is not so great and is quite soft.- Surround sound is fairly soft. These are a so-so headset in my book. For the price I was expecting perfection, I didn't get close to it. The surround sound is alright for what its worth but the bass is really lacking. The rubbery mat finish is a good touch but it doesn't make up for the over whelming discomfort. The microphone is splendid but the comfort confident isn't. If you have sensitive ears, or sensitivity in your jaw don't get these. These will even make your pressure points really feel off. Tonight I will be deciding on regardless of whether or not to return them and get the best of the line tritton or Astro A40.

They're comfortable, sound excellent is quite fantastic, function buttons are good for controlling music. The surround sound is not great, I don't use it at all. I knew it was simulated surround sound and didn't essentially have separate speakers but it's ridiculous. It makes the sound appears like its seriously slightly echoing and that is as far as I can tell the only difference amongst the stereo and surround sound modes. I tested it in games that supported 7.1 surround sound and its impossible to tell if sound is coming from behind or in front of you, all that can be determined is left/right. This tends to make the surround sound useless. This desperately demands new drivers as well, the most up-to-date ones had been released more than a year ago and they only allow the buttons to control a handful of applications. They also will need to have an selection to have them be detected as regular non-surround headphones since in some applications that only set the sound configuration to the windows setting the sound only comes from the correct earphone unless you turn on the surround sound which just sounds echo-y. They are excellent for games and programs that use stereo configuration but if they force you to use the surround sound they suck.

7.1 surround sound that in fact operate, I use this to play on the net FPS games like battlefield and COD games and due to the fact I got the G35, my game has vastly improved. I am able to not just hear the smallest of sounds but I can inform where precisely are they coming from. I can inform where the undesirable guys are before i see them. the G35 has the volume handle on the headset which is incredibly handy bring about you know specifically where it is, you don't have to run your fingers along the cord to locate it. also the G buttons are extremely handy, and the headset comes with a voice morphing system that comes with the computer software. the Mic is flexible and sounds fantastic, it also has an external mic that gathers the surrounding noise and cancels it so that only what you are saying is being applied. I put on glasses and the foam does not interfere with the glasses resting on my ear. so it nevertheless forms a best seal close to the glasses. they are incredibly comfortable for lengthy durations. utilised it for eight hours straight and was comfy the entire time headband pads look affordable. I kept the one attached to the headset out of the box but the other two were bent in the package. Nevertheless that is the only factor that looks low cost in the g35. each and every factor else looks and functions completely. I was able to obtain them for ๲ and they had ฮ rebate going on, so i paid ๔ for them. soon after owning them for practically a year if I would gladly spend 财 for them cause they are that excellent. They are not light weight but the headband pad tends to make the weight unnoticeable. they are not the loudest pair of headphones but i under no circumstances had to turn them up past ຒ of max volume. But the Bass sound is so fantastic, it seems like the managed to squeeze a subwoofer into the headset

- higher quality constuction all the way around.- most comfy headset i've ever owned. i've got a big head and i often have to bend out the headband so my ears don't get crushed. had to do the identical with these, but the ear cups are large and extremely comfy. the only greater earcups i've had are on the cloth ones on the Plantronics 777, but have been somewhat smaller. - the surround sound works pretty nicely and i can hear the zombies creeping up on me from behind and all over.- utilizes USB so it works just as effectively on a laptop or a desktop with a constructed in garbage soundcard.- the cord is lengthy and cloth wrapped. i've rolled over it a bazillion occasions with my chair and it's never ever taken any pinch harm like all my other headsets.- the mic functions excellent and my good friends over vent say i have never ever sounded clearer. the boom is a bendable rubber, but doesn't stay bent quite well. - the headset itself has some weight to it so i can't appear at the floor without them falling off my head. - it makes use of USB only which makes my sweet soundblaster card with EAX certainly useless.- the 7.1 is software program emulated- the leather ear pads make my ears sweat and itch like crazy. there is no ventilation. - the voice changers are neat, but in the end useless. there is no way to modify them or generate your personal. - the programmable G buttons are cool, but not extremely practical for in game use where you generally need to maintain your hands on the mouse/keyboard. there is a built in mute button and you can set it so when the mic boom goes up it automutes, so the G keys are in the end just there for fluff.

Comfortable, Highly adjustable, Top quality construction, Idiot lights? A little Hefty (if i look straights down at times the headphones slide forward result in the padding doesnt grip hair (wait isnt that a pro?) About 6 moths after I purchased these the headset cracked above the left ear. I searched Logitech forums and found that I was not the only 1 to experience this challenge. I place in a ticket to Logitech and within two weeks I had a brand new (in retail packaging even) headset. To me that made this product worth each penny.

Sound is remarkable. Incredibly sturdy and comfortable. The on headset volume adjustment is fantastic! Music sounds wonderful and I can even hear sounds in games/music that I've by no means heard ahead of. Strange challenge whilst using Ventrilo. The inbound sound will quit when I move my mic to the mute position and often just randomly so that I can not hear everyone speaking. Windows and other sounds still function. The only way to get it working once again is to move the switch on the headset from surround sound to stereo and then back once more. Can slide off your head if you lean forward or sneeze. Have owned this headset for almost a year and they are holding up effectively. Nevertheless sound good and they look just as nice as when I opened the package they came in. It took me about a week or two just to get utilized to the closed ear design. It felt like my ears were popping like riding in an airplane for about a week. It also took awhile to get utilized to not getting in a position to hear external sounds. Surely recommend if you can not afford the really high end headsets.

Comfy (even for the duration of extended sessions), superb audio, fantastic mic, simple & practical software, thick braided USB cable bulky, braided USB cable kinks, buttons lack actual function I noted the braided USB cable as both a pro and a con, due to the fact it is good that it is so robust, but a discomfort to attempt to and maintain managed because it kinks very very easily. It's a love-hate partnership.I also said "bulky" since it's not best for scenarios exactly where you need to have to take the headphones off and on repetitively. But if you are working with these for LAN parties or just gaming in general they are good.Lastly the "G" buttons are great, but you can't really manage them beyond the functions the computer software makes it possible for you to carry out. In other words, don't buy these hoping you can use the G keys for macros due to the fact it's not designed that way. I had hoped they would, but sadly they do not.Other than a few complaints listed above these are more than-all an astounding headset and and qualms I have with them are strictly my opinion and really should not cease you from getting this headset.

Cons:-Stiff cable-Heavy-Price (when not on sale or pm)

Pros:-Good sound for gaming-Acceptable sound for music-Adjustable head band pads (comes with 3 of different thickness)-Quality mic-Cable length
Comment:
Got these mostly for gaming and occasional music listening. Overall satisfied but I must say it takes a while to get use to the weight. One thing that I like alot is the fact that it mutes the microphone when you raise it. There is also a red light at the end of the microphone that lights up when you mute it.The most annoying thing is the stiff cable that tends to produce sounds while rubbing against your cloths while you turn your head.

Almost everything. The computer software is seamless with Windows 7 64-bit, the sound high quality is beyond belief, the microphone is crystal-clear, and the fit on your head is best. I very suggest this headset to anyone who is either an audiophile or desires to get really serious about their gaming experience. The buttons on the side can be a bit annoying when you take the headset off, as you may accidentally press a button and open up iTunes (Opening iTunes is the default setting for the button), but this can be effortlessly solved by utilizing the software program and altering the binds. Several individuals have said that it feels a bit tight and constricting on your head as soon as you get employed to it. I agree. Even so, I guarantee that, if you make confident that you have adjusted the headset to match the height and shape of your head, it will adjust to the size and form of your head over time and you will get applied to it. I honestly don't notice it any longer, it feels like there is totally nothing at all on major of my head.

Outstanding sound excellent for gaming and watching movies on your computer. These headphones have great sound separation and pinpointing. It's quite easy to turn into immersed ingame or watching movie. The headphones appear extremely durable and have a fantastic quality feel as opposed to other headphones that really feel flimsy. As a usb headphone it gets the job completed for game or film. Enjoy the light on the mic when it's muted! They are not the most comfy headphones I have place on but i feel time will inform as I continue to break them in.The large drawback for me is that these headphones are typical or even slightly superior than common for music, but as the add says these are gaming headphones and that they are. I have a pair of hd555's and I have owned a pair of Razer Carcharias. If you want gaming and music I'd go with the razers.

Really very good sound high quality, you can barely hear a issue while they are on. They have good huge ear muffs so you can put on them for sustained periods of time, onboard volume manage and macros and so on. Headset is weak at the Swivel but overall build excellent is not undesirable. I have had not had the headset lengthy enough to essentially have the headset break on me so I am not docking an egg as the sound good quality is great for the price tag.

They look good?!? Well, I just received my new Logitech G35 Surround sound headset and I am not at all impressed. They certainly aren't worth the original expense of 贡.99. The surround sound has a certain echo like speaking into a tin can. I don’t get the sense of becoming surrounded by noise. The stereo sounds better, but not by a lot. I might be a tiny anti surrond sound given that I have gone through three pairs of headphones given that February of this year. Back in February I purchased Creative Labs Arena Sound Sound headphones and by the finish of May they had broken. In June I purchased a different identical set and just last week the also broke--they broke in the same identical spot. Luckly NewEgg was sort sufficient to give me a gift card in the amout of what I paid for the Creative Labs Region headphones. So, I only essentially paid ฤ fior the Logitech G35's.

The listening practical experience of this headset is sheerly amazing. The audio qualify will blow you away and scare you half-to-death at instances. Left-side audio and G-Keys are effortless to find. The recording skills of this headset are crippled by a terrible driver. The noise canceling is disabled if you are NOT employing the voice changer effects. You cannot hear what you are saying in the headset (sidetone) so you typically speak too loud. The problem was acknowledged in ten񳏊 and Logitech has but to release an updated driver to address the difficulties. I count on a recall, class action or driver update ahead of the end of 2011.

Surround sound, extremely comfy, and very nice computer software to adjust settings and do voice warping. Really solid build, doesn't really feel flimsy in my hands. G keys on side are nice as well as volume control. Adjustable microphone with a red LED on the tip that lets you know when you are muted is quickly 1 of the greatest functions I have ever had in a headset. USB connection is nice answer thinking about I don't have a high end sound card. Vinyl ear piece doesn't gather dust or hair. The cable is wrapped and effectively protected and there is a lot of length that I don't have to be concerned about turning the incorrect way and yanking them out of my personal computer. Incredibly good at noise canceling as nicely, at below half volume I can't hear my pals yelling in my face and noise doesn't escape, great for late night gaming when you don't want to wake a roommate or considerable other. Doesn't breath super effectively so it can get a little hot. Also it is a bit heavy and significant. Microphone comes initially extremely rather, but can be fixed by merely altering the volume in settings to max. Just a great headset overall. I first had a low cost pair of Plantronics that had been unbearable to put on for more than half an hour, even though I can have this on my head for 5 plus hours (used it for a LAN celebration that lasted a great 12+ hours). Also as a note, these are very comfy with glasses, for whatever cause these are the first headsets I have employed that I can put on and not get my glasses pinned against my head, recommended to any other gamer who doesn't have 20ተ eye sight. Overall a wonderful product and very suggested.

Audio is crispSurround sound is very handyFairly very good at muffling out ambient noise. When volume is set also high, drivers crash and restart, so you have to redo your settingsSurround sound can bring about some points to sound poor. Voice is directed at the surround speakers, which give the voice a slightly echoey tone, as if it echoes off the walls of a room.Could be tight for some persons who aren't applied to headsets The surround sound is actually great! Just that it might not be for all people..

The headset sounds great when listening to music. I turn up the bass and I can really feel my skull rumble with the sound. The braided cord is quite tough. The mic is versatile and the buttons on the headset are incredibly handy to have in-game. The padded headband feels weak and the cord is quite stiff. I wouldn't say it's worth an Egg, because these are personal feelings towards the item. The Gkeys do not function with Winamp. I'm not sure if that's an issue with the drivers and Winamp. It's not a large deal.

Sounds clear, fairly comfortable and the mic comes through well. Wonderful for games such as battlefield poor firm 2. Cheaply created. Ok, so I purchased these a year or so ago. This have got to be the least expensive built thing i have ever paid for. My friend had my headset the one day and sat it down GENTLY mind you. The ear cup just snapped off. I couldnt believe it. So I sent them to Logitech and they sent me a new pair. I figured this was just a fluke. Got my new pair went to set them down and it happened once more about two months right after the initial pair. Now I'm thinking that there was anything definately wrong. So similar routine. Called Logitech got a different pair. Was playing a game and just went to touch a button and the headset snapped yet again. Whoever the genius is behind creating these ought to be fired promptly. The ear cup is held with each other by the smallest cheap plastic post. Now my warranty is up and I have a 130$ mic stand. Oh and if you call Logitech they act like they have never ever heard of the problem just before even although their forums are complete of the identical posts. DO NOT Obtain THESE! It will take place I can't anxiety this adequate!

Diverse Velcro cushion pieces for your head, choose the one particular that is most comfy (for me it wasn't the default).Headphones totally envelope the ears, block out a lot of outside noise. They sound wonderful in direct pass through and 7.1 sound.Customizable profiles interchangeable by three presents on the headphonesMic turns off when up, and on when down.High quality USB cord with great length and Velcro strap for cable management.Comfortable more than long hours at least for me, when I changed the head cushion.Adjustable volume manage on the headphones (I use this a lot)Delivers full spectrum of sound from game effects, I'm able to hear a lot additional nuisances with these than on my speakers.Got them for ~์ on sale at finest acquire shortly soon after the new year. Function fantastic with vent (my earlier headset wasn't as clear) 7.1 does sound a little weird, 5.1 would be nice, haven't played around with it sufficient to see if there's a way to realize five.1. Haven't required to use a lot of the characteristics that these headphones have. Original Price. A little bit of tips on the comfort of these... make sure that the #s on the sides of headphones match up (ex. both sides show ten), otherwise they will be lopsided and not comfy. Also, leave a small bit of slack on the headband, it doesn't need to be tight around your head, nor ought to it be, the actual ear pieces supply fantastic assistance. I appreciate listening to music on them, though I can see that they are designed for gaming. Download the most recent software / drivers from the logitech web site.

Cons:May not be comfortable if you have a big head.

Pros:Sound quality is surprising.LED on the microphone is quite useful.Love the mute button on the headset.
Comment:
I don't consider myself with a big head at all. In fact, all other headsets I had in the past fit me fine without stretching the headband to its limit. However, I had to stretch the G35 all the way to 11 (yes, it has a scale) to make it fit. I have it stretched to the max and now it fits me.Sound quality is quite good even with Dolby Headphone on. I'm not an audiophile with ears that can pickup impossible frequencies, but it sounds quite good to me. I like the tiny LED on the microphone that lights up when you have it on mute. An actual visual feedback to confirm that you're muted and it's just on the edge of your visual field so it's not a bother. I also like having the mute on the headset itself instead of having to hunt for a mute button somewhere on the cable. The microphone also folds up neatly to get it out of the way completely when you don't need it. I also prefer an analog volume wheel as opposed to + and - buttons. The software is pretty much what you'd expect where you can adjust frequency response and change your voice to preset effects (monster, alien, squirrel, etc). You can customize the Dolby effect too, but I don't bother with that. What's different are the G keys. Haven't decided yet when I'm going to do with those, but the configuration choice is vast. They are macro keys that can do lots of things for you. However, don't bother with the included CD. Go on the Logitech site and download the latest software there.4 Stars because I'm afraid the way the headset is stretched over my head may become uncomfortable over long usage.

Cons:transmitter acted up after about 4th month

Pros:Very comfortable, Nice flexible Microphone, neat software, 7.1 Surround, it's wireless.
Comment:
I bought this because I was sick and tired of wired one's always shorting out and wanted one that I could rely on. The sound quality is great (especially when running the Logitech software). You can run it without, but you will notice a quality drop  in the sound, and you won't be getting 7.1 surround. I like the fact that you can customize your 7 channels individually, so if you want to beef up the rear speaker sound, you can. Software has voice morphing which is fun to play with and make others laugh, but I don't use that much. Only disappointment was the transmitter acted up at about 4 months, but Logitech was AWESOME to replace it without any questions asked. I wonder if they'd be as accommodating if it were the headset that was faulty, but either way, I was VERY pleased with their professionalism. They didn't even ask for the other one back, they just sent a new one out. Basically the sound would cut in & out & since I replaced it, it's been working good. I take maybe one star off for that (in case it happens again). This headset is comfortable to wear, although I'm not a extreme gamer, I believe the most I wore them for was about 2 hours max, but other than being warm on my ears, they were very comforable to wear. I would recommend this set, so I give it truly 5 * but take one away for the faulty transmitter. If the replacement doesn't fail me in the future, I give this a 5 *, but only time will tell.
