I've had several Logitech remotes and this is by far the best I've used. It's very east to set up and use. The remote is comfortable to hold and the buttons are well laid out. The touch screen is easy to use and bright. The other good feature is the back lit buttons. The charger base holds the remote very easily and quickly recharges the remote. On the whole, this is a wonderful remot.

GREAT WAY TO CONSOLODATE INDIVIDUAL REMOTES. WORKS AS ADVERTISED. ONLY THING I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IS A TIMER FEATURE TO TURN OFF ELECTRONICS AFTER A PRE SET TIME.

This site - has the best price on the internet - received it ahead of time! The remote is just great - for the past 5 years i have been using a Pronto at 5 x's the cost - now even my wife can work the remote!

I have a system with many components. This remote replaces many others and is easy to use. It has correcting features so if you make a mistake in set up, then you can fix it with ease. It is pricy, so wait for a good sale to get one. I have no complaints.

I already had the Harmony 890 and loved it's ability to eliminate the use all of the other remotes that were previously needed to control my home theater. The one complaint I had from the beginning with the 890 was the ergonomics. That has been resolved with the Harmony One. The LCD screen on the remote is much easier to see and the button layout has been greatly improved. If you are looking for a quality universal remote that will still be relevant in the future as you acquire new components, look no further than the Harmony One but wait for a sale as they are usually available for significantly less than MSRP.

With the great deal I got, I'm a happy camper. The setup was easy (at least the basics, which is all I've had time to do) and this is a well-built remote. The one thing I don't like about it (or haven't yet figured out how to change) is that some of the device-specific functions are buried deeper than I'd like. For example, my TV's source controls--they're on like the 4th page of soft-buttons. If I could move the functions I want to the first page, I'd be ecstatic. And maybe it is possible--I've just not looked into it as of yet. Since the basics worked so easily, I'm doing okay the way it is.

Everything works perfectly. I no longer have to deal with a box full of remotes. Simple setup ,great software. Does what it is supposed to do.

Wow- less then 20 minutes with PC software, replaces 4 remotes and multiple steps for home theater system. This is the best purchase I have made in months!

Really solid and well designed. The control software was intuitive, and made setup easy. Out of the box, it does not support PS3. PS3 is Blue-tooth, so I had to but the PS3 adapter separately. It did support all of my other devices, including a 15 year old Sony receiver. Everything works flawlessly, and I no longer have to deal with a huge array of remotes.

Upgraded from a Harmony 880 and can say that this one is even better than that one. The touch screen is great and it's the easiest remote to setup and use out there.

After years of being hounded to find a single remote to replace the cornicopia of device specific remote needed for our system, I finally found the ONE! This thing controls everything in my entertainment system and then some.

I got a great deal on this product and highly recommend it to anyone looking to simplify operations of their equipment. Setup provides lots of detail and options and you can program the remote to do just about anything. But at the same time it's very easy to get the basics up and running. Highly recommend this product, built solidly and performs excellently.

Bought this remote for my elderly parents who were struggling with multiple remotes. It's working great for them. Terrific product, happened to get it on sale. Easy to set up, and had it working quickly.

There isn't much else to say that others haven't already. It's a GREAT remote. As a long time Harmony user, this was a very nice step up from the 880 series without breaking the bank. The touch screen is responsive and attractive, the buttons are FAR easier to use then the earlier series and they modified the charging mechanism to be wider - which I expect will avoid the charging issues that previous models have had. (The small contacts on both the remote and the charging bass wear out and you can no longer charge the remote!) CompUSA has this item on sale for $119 and I honestly feel I got every penny of worth with the remote. The normal cost of this remote elsewhere is far too high IMO.

Great product. I wanted to get rid of the multiple remotes and was waiting for the right product that was an easy set up. This was it! A little pricey but was a third of the price that the electronic store was trying to sell me when I bought my entertainment system.

This thing is a lifesaver for anyone who has someone in the house that is remote-challenged. We had 4 remotes to run cable, satellite, cd and sound and the TV and this now runs them all. It took a while to figure out that if the remote wasn't in the database that you can set it up yourself. It often starts ups everything but one component and requires you to hit the help, which then fixes it with a stroke or two. Fine for me,

bought this remote and the 7 button didn't work. The replacement I recieved also has issues with features that don't work. Seriously questioning the value and reliabilty of this product. Makes me hesitate on any future purchases

This is my second Harmony remote. The first one I bought nearly 5 years ago and it worked great until recently. This replacement unit works very well too. I really like the rechargeable base since my previous unit went through batteries fairly quickly. All the components are turned on and get set to the right inputs about 95% of the time. I believe this is one of the best units out there.

Really an elegant solution to a somewhat complex and cumbersome home entertainment system. Forget entering codes to make the remote work. All the programming is done on your computer and downloaded into the remote. The basics were up and running quickly. There are still some fine tuning tweaks that I want to go back and do. All of our components were in the programming database.

This thing rocks. Easily the best URC I Have ever owned. Initial setup is easy and will cover 90% of your needs. It is somewhat easy to modify settings however adding 'learned; functions to the RC can be tedious if you need to add a lot of them. Main drawback is the IR, not RF however Logitech has an RF model arriving shortly. I'd highly recommend this unit though.

I shopped around for a good universal remote. I was able to purchase this one for a great price at Sears (price match + 10% off). It was so easy to program using my PC. We were happy to discover that we were able to program our older DVD player with this system.
