This card prevents my PC from booting into Windows, unless I enter its BIOS settings on every boot and then cancel back out. While the product does what it says it does, I don't like having to jump through hoops like that to get basic functionality from any product I purchase. I attempted to contact Masscool about my problem and received no answer. I can't recommend this product in particular, or Masscool products in general. Summary: Card does the job, but not without constant attention. No help at all from manufacturer.

No instructions provided, jumper details printed on board very small. I configured for 2 internal ports, only one is working. Trying to find drivers or further instructions, but not available from Masscool, Fannerusa site. Did find an installation guide on pny.com.

good card, good price... i want to repeat what the other review said... this card only adds TWO more SATA ports... both internal, both external OR one of each... it does NOT add four more ports. i had problems reading the mini driver cd so i had to download drivers. probably better anyway. it does come with ONE SATA cable and ONE SATA POWER ADAPTER!

''Support, 2 x External, 2 x Internal''.. should be Support, 2 x External, OR 2 x Internal, OR 1 of each. It just sounds like you get 4 sata connections you only get two. Instructions are poor default jumpers are set to external jacks not internal as Instructions say, for xp64 get your drivers from silicon image wed page. Once installed with correct drivers works fine.
