It is impossible to hear the fan when idle which makes it almost a silent card. For 160$ there is nothing wrong with this card, it can run any current game.

This card is very well made. It's run at 35oc to 40oc, very decent temperature. I got a passmark benchmark 3D of 1600. Now I can run flight sim at ultra high resolution without lagging. The heatsink is very very big, that's why the fan run at low speed, very quiet. I recommand, good price and good quality.

This card will auto downclock like my old BFG 260(half dead).core clock default max 725 MHz, then down to 405, then 50Maybe that's why it's so quiet and run at low temp. 25C idel.Even if you launch the programs like adobe lightroom or ACDSee Pro to crop the pictures, it'll go up to full speed automatically.Overclocking is very easy. I don't know much about it so I left the voltage alone(MSi Afterburner). Install went smooth, didn't have any problems and it runs nice'n cool even under full load. Never thought I'd get a top of the line GPU until I saw this after reading the reviews on other sites. Came accross it here for a budget price. Always been a big fan of MSI w/Nvidia GPUs and drivers, never had an issue with them and this one is no different. Had some issues with a game download promo that was offered but NCIX took care of it nicely.

768mb gtx 460 are in my opinion the sweet spot in graphics card bang for buck right now. If you grab one on sale you are getting a great HD or lower resolution video card. The MSI cyclone version runs extremely cool and quiet, and installed without a problem. Go forth and buy it.

I set up my computer this morning, the GTX460 from MSI and the 1055T w 3.5GHz is insane!I'm blowing away games I never thought I'd play... I was suck on the 9800GT before and now.. the difference is night and day to me.With framerate increases of up to 4x in certain games for me compared to my 9800GT I'm amazed at the quality of this card!Got it for $149.99 = $195.75 after shipping/insurance/taxes.I'm going to be buying two of these bad boys for SLi and I'm also going to be watercooling it.

Very nice card. Runs most games on max without hassle. Overclocking is easy too and the card stays cool even when overclocked and under load. Very quiet card as well compared to my GTX 9800.

Got this card on the boxing day sale. Extremely good deal. Am currently running this card OC'd to 800mhz core speed stabally. Can probably push it further as the core temperature is still in the mid 40s-50s on game loads.

Great card at a great price. It’s a lot smaller than my old geforce 9800GTX+ and has better specs, so I couldn’t be happier. The fan makes less noise, but I don’t like how it blows hot air on my sound card. The fan “fans” out under the card for a considerable distance, which means that you should forget about the slot that’s just under your PCI-E slot. Its smaller length allows more freedom in cable management, especially PSU cables, and a better airflow. Also, the fan is less noisy than the one from my old video card. As for gaming, I don’t have much time to play these days, but my 9800GTX+ could survive dual-screen on Win7 with SCII and internet or with Supreme Commander, even after more than a year of service. Thus, if the benchmarks say that the 460 is better than my 9800GTX+, I don’t see any reason to doubt the awesomeness of this card.

Nice card. Looks sweet and performs well. 2X6pin connection sux but this thing is a power house for the price. Had to overclock my CPU to 3.2Ghz form 2.2 to get the best performance possible for my setup. Everything works flawless.

This is a great performer. It truly is true what they say, for the price it is a solid buy. Performs great in all games. With just one card I was running Crysis on high with stock settings.It runs very cool and for those of you will limited amounts of power it only has a TDP of 151 Watts on load. Highly recommended.

I bought this to sli with my other cyclone 768mb. So far it is pretty stable with a decent overclock. 839/1004/1678. I am sure both of them can go higher, but I just don't have the time and patience to try up it every 5 mhz.

Replacing a HD4850 which was giving me grief with its ATI drivers and running too loud, this GTX 460 is not only a nice performance boost, it runs cooler and much quieter than my old card. The performance for the price puts this card in a nice sweet spot for value. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the card. The cooler that comes with it is quite good. I had a hd4850 in the past, and it had heat issues, and i had to buy an aftermarket cooler, not this card. It stays quite cool, and I've had no issues with it. Just bought a second card (same one) and am going to run them in SLI, but haven't got my motherboard back from RMA. Hopefully soon....

The MSI GTX 460 768MB is an amazing card for the price i paid for ($150 + MIR). The performance is simply astounding, especially at 1680X1050 resolution. And, as a Nvidia card, it can FOLD!!!

Wow. i own a 470 and bought this for a build for my buddy and played some games on it when i was done, and i have to say i was very impressed! great temps no matter what!! gaming and folding!! for the price you cannot beat this card. My hat goes off to MSI for this one. i'll let the no cable thing slide, since it comes with every type of adaptor.

Got this card a couple weeks ago. After using a 9600gs for so long I can feel the power. I recommended to a friend and they also love it. I would recommend anyone to buy one of these cards.

Pleasantly surprised how quiet and effective the non-reference cooler solution is. Nice bundled OC software that allows for easy overclocking: mine managed 900 Mhz core (kept shader clock ratio) and 2100 MHz memory with stock voltage using bundled software.
