The dual fans preserve this card incredibly cool! It can manage almost max settings in games like TF2/SC2/COD Black Ops. With a tiny overclocking, this card can be a tiny beast! Starting obtaining artifacts shortly immediately after purchasing this card, so I replaced it with a NVIDIA.

Every little thing about this card screamed "perfect" to be used as aspect of my HTPC setup. Decent specs, good price, HDMI out, etc. Element of the frame to the HDMI port was not formed adequately and it prevented me from totally inserting an HDMI cable into it. As a result, HDMI out was really flaky and even the smallest vibration would jog the cable loose, causing signal loss. It was such a hassle I removed the card and resorted to employing the onboard HDMI out on my motherboard. Fantastic cooler, higher quality components, and capability to tweak voltage. What more could you ask for? Price tag, but this is a high high quality card, you get what you pay for. Yet another video output on the back would have been good as well (the normal two DVI, one HDMI, 1 DisplayPort, for example). MSI includes an HDMI to DVI adapter if you will need two DVI, but I'd choose to just have the two ports appropriate on the card. Additional of a private preference than a knock against the product, though. The Afterburner utility makes it possible for voltage adjustment from 1.-1.325V in about .125V increments. Quite valuable for tweaking. I truly undervolted the card a bit to cut down on heat, noise, and energy consumption (still testing this setting, but 1.1V seems to be stable at the stock clock of 875MHz). Fans are loud at 100%, but unless you're undertaking some serious overclocking, you won't will need to run them that quick. In a situation with rather poor airflow about the video card, the fans nonetheless don't ramp up beyond about 70% although gaming. At idle they run at about 40% and are extremely quiet.

I like this card. Runs anything I personal on max settings at 1080p. Borderlands and Mass Effect get 50+ fps, Team Fortress 2 gets 150+ fps, Final Fantasy XIV runs at 30+ fps. There is nothing I dislike about this card. The hottest it's gotten is 72C running a benchmark, in games is 68C. Soon after I turned on custom fan config it hasn't gotten above 58C but. None that I can assume of I got the card slightly utilized for 贄 through regional listings. Verify around for offers ahead of you drop 赔 on it brand new, at this point there are better options readily available at the 赔 value range. Like other individuals have said, the card is pretty heavy.Specs:Phenom II x4 955 BEASUS M4A79XTD EVOMSi R5770 HawkMushkin Enhanced @ 1600 MHz 8-eight-eight-24Corsair TX650Antec 902

Just, wow. It looks great, preforms nicely, and overclocking is a breeze. with fan at 30%, stock clock, mine has never gone above 60c, ambient is at 77f. I have a stable overclock of the core over 1ghz with a small a lot more voltage pumping by way of it. I have not noticed it spike above 67c beneath load. I am limited by the core and ram lengthy just before heat ever becomes an situation. It's heavy. Be conscious that this is a heavy card and needs to be mounted appropriately. I wish they would have located a way to stiffen the PCB additional. It flexes a lot more than I care for, but still looks risk-free and stable.

-For the income, it's REDICULAS. I enjoy it, plays WoW on ultra 1080P on my 42in tv.-Starcraft 2 ultra 1080P, so simply plays all mainstream games on max settings.-Its overclocking capacity by way of the afterburner software program is great, really simple to OC and even set fan speeds Vs. Temp.-Size is a small smaller sized than most other fullsize graphics cards, fit in my case with no problems, onto a micro ATX board.-Did anyone see how extended the warrenty from manufacturer lasts for? Thats also incredible. -If fan is on max setting, its very loud. But honestly, is that a big deal? its a laptop or computer, its supposed to be loud. I adore this card. The dual fans is worth the added cost. Card idles at 35 Celsius. While playing WoW (on directx 11) and Starcraft II, the temperatures under no circumstances reach past 59 Celsius. None. My 1st thought upon opening was "This might be also large" It wasn't and fits snug ideal subsequent to my sound card.

-It's run something I've thrown at it at the highest graphical setting-The afterburner management utility is outstanding (it allows modification of Core Voltage, Core Clock, Memory Clock, and Fan Speed and monitors each and every value as properly as CPU usage and temperature) -Crossfire and Eyefinity capabilities-Performs Greater than the cost suggests -The Catalyst Manage Center appears extremely dated-On my motherboard it blocks its adjacent PCI port I got it on a recommendation as my very first serious graphics card and I'm thoroughly impressed.

Simple to install, no driver troubles in contrast to some people complained about.Overclocks fairly very easily, but not as well as i was hoping (i'll explain below).COOL. this card keeps cool incredibly really nicely. the fans are amazing. The OC utility from MSI is effortless to use and performs nicely, although i do wish it permitted for a bit greater overvolting. But anyways I could only get mine to a stable overclock at 930 core and 1340 Memory or a thing like that. Which isn't poor at all, but folks reported considerably much better OCing, and considering that this factor has no difficulty with heat, i wish it would OC much better. But i can't complain also considerably about that.

I have no specs for the post but I can say this card barely gets above space temperature. Located CCC drivers tend to be a bit buggier than nvidia. I updated the driver and discovered it not stable, so I backed down to the prior stable driver.....everything is rosie now. I run Linux with this card and it's a dream come correct.

Simple install. Potent, fits simple in complete towers, may interfere with yet another bulky video card. Plays each and every game so far on maxed out. Installed this with an 8 g ram. and Antec 620w psu. Highest it has reached was 40 degrees. Not the finest card, but for the value its unbeatable. Also, ordered on a Tuesday with 3 days shipping. It came on the subsequent Monday( UPS fault perhaps) Newegg is the best.

Really potent for a 5770. Dual fans that cover the complete card. I have two of these set up in crossfire and they can run most games out there on their highest settings. Dont have any. Bought two cards, and each worked.

Plenty of Power to Run a lot of games at on High Settings. The Fan runs a tiny low on stock settings. Use the Over clocking Computer software to Alter the fan speed to run a bit higher. It can Get Genuinely Loud if you Transform the fan settings to High.

Required a replacement when the XFX 9800 GTX+ Black Edition died right after just Ӯ years completely stock. Getting appalled at that, a tight replacement budget and ATI's rep for bang-per-buck led to attempting ATI/MSI for the replacement. Off the bat, the differences are beautiful. The card is installed for Win 7 x64, and working devoid of a single hitch so far. (Installed ATI web page drivers instead of MSI based on previous critiques.) Plays Crysis at mostly Quite High settings 1680x1050. If the card keeps performing this well, I might stick with MSI and even ATI.-DX11-Superb At High/Highest Settings In Most Games-Low Power Consumption-Runs Freezing Cold Compared to the GTX(Under 40c idle, compared to 60c+ idle)-About an inch or two shorter than the enormouscard it is replacing.-No Full-Card Shroud. (SO Significantly Less complicated to Clean, Doesn't Trap Dust/Heat) n. SlangA convict. If present, they escaped the box unseen. -According to reviews, the 9800 makes use of 301w, even though this one will take 𞲨w. This card also takes HALF the energy connectors. If those wattage descriptions are correct, that is astounding energy-savings.-Screw in the side bracket with 2 screws when you set up a GPU. This card appears to sit perfectly when properly installed. Not possessing any wiggling/bending troubles at all.-Probably one particular of my preferred functions is the lack of a full-card shroud. Those make a card so tough to clean, and appear like they would just trap heat. It's awesome that this way, you can just reach almost everything with a easy can of air.

Runs cool and stable. WoW with max settings. Screen shiny and crisp, tends to make smiles larger..HDMI plus DVI running 2nd monitor for multi tasking. nada... not the greatest of the finest , but amazing card at great cost....so who cares. use ATI drivers (not MSI). have had no driver or heat issues like I had with Nvidia heaters, I mean cards. Spend the handful of further buck on this card for dual fans, large MSI card plus.

I have two of these in crossfire and I maxed out Unreal Tournament three with no dilemma! I am running Bio shock two, Mass effect 2 and a slew of other games with all MAX settings at 1900X1200. Yes pull the trigger! I installed the MSI CCC and yes I have had troubles, but its been difficult to pin them on the CCC specifically. Also some games install a 32bit version of Visual C++ that messes with the 64bit version. I had to manually eliminate the 32bit and that resolved many concerns. Nevertheless I am obtaining frame rate problems type of like stuttering with distinct games only, for example Far cry and Crysis. I guess I will try to just use just the drivers from ATI only, but I would just like to know whats going on? Its not that massive of a deal at the moment since 90% of other games are working but nonetheless kind of a con.... I think the card is much better then military grade to be truthful. When you turn the fans up to max it is louder then you can picture. Also when you do that it will suck mad watts from you PS. Be cautious, I have a OCZ mod X 700 watt. On the other hand that is not adequate energy some instances and my technique is ether reboot or lock up due to the lack of power utilised when the fans are at max. I have other fans on the situation too so I can only turn the fans up to 80% otherwise there is a large power drain. Don\'t forget I am running two on cross fire so that is four fans just for video cards alone.

Operates fantastic and doesnt get that hot. whilst gaming for tiny bit the card max temp so far has only been 52c. really like the Twin Frozr design and the fans are quiet. None the AMD divers are a small funny occasionally but the card performs nicely. havent had likelihood to use it to it potential mainly because i have an old 17" lcd monitor and its max res is 1280x1024 which i will be upgrading soon. i also tried it on my samsang lcd tv at 1920x1200 and looks extremely excellent.
